Political opinions are a personal matter, but in a shoebox-sized office where every word carries, it's wildly inappropriate to bring them into the workspace. It's disappointing when a healthcare environment, which should feel welcoming to all, becomes an unsolicited stage for ideological commentary. Especially when it's coming from someone who couldn't keep the father of her own child but seems eager to praise policies that divide families. Priorities, I guess. The chiropractor is great, but the front desk? Might need an adjustment of their own--professionalism first.

The room - UGH they used sheets that looked like they were purchased from Good Will - just a mish mash. The bed wasnt heated, I am just used to a warm cozy environment and the sheets smelled like maybe someone was there before - just didnt smell clean. There is also a laundry basket of dirty linens in the massage rooms, I thought I was seeing things as I passed one room - nope there was one in mine too. You can hear everything going on outside of the room. She also played instrumental versions of pop songs - not very relaxing. I commented on it and she said "I like it, I don't like spa music so I play this" Which we talked the whole time so it was fine. She didn't use alot of lotion so there were times when she was just massaging skin on skin. The room didn't smell nice. She was a good masseuse, I cant complain about that. Again, we did talk just about the whole time - she's a sweetheart other than she curses a-lot. I feel bad to say one negative thing about her because she was a doll but my job here is to give you the info and if that would bother you then don't get a massage here. Again, she was a nice person and the massage was good. When I left, the only person around was the receptionist - no masseuse asking how I feel, no water being offered... nothing but a semi dark biz with the reception waiting for me to head out so they could have lunch. Just not a great experience. I have been to many chiropractic offices who offer massage and this is the least professional. I came home and called a new chiro who I know also offers massage - it will be a bit of a drive but I hear they are worth it. My last chiro appointment was weeks ago and I am still in pain from the adjustment and just cannot imagine seeing him again either. I ended up getting an MRI and found out that I have arthritis in my tail bone, I mentioned to him that it may be broken and he adjusted me like it was any other adjustment and now I know why it was aggravated. Also know if you have insurance, they will ask you to pay out of pocket and your insurance co reimburse you or they put the money on your account when paid by the insurance company

But I can't keep this secret anymore. James is absolutely incredible. His attention to detail honestly blows my mind. He actually takes the time to figure out the root cause of what's going on. When he explains what my issues might be and what I could be doing to cause them, I swear it feels like he has a hidden camera in my office and my house watching my every move. I left several messages and I have not received a call back. Avoid this place like the plague.
