I've been coming here for chiropractic care, but unfortunately, the professionalism at the front desk leaves much to be desired. During my last visit, the two receptionists were casually chatting--loudly enough for every patient in the waiting area to hear--about how "the big beautiful officially passed, which is a good thing." Political opinions are a personal matter, but in a shoebox-sized office where every word carries, it's wildly inappropriate to bring them into the workspace. It's disappointing when a healthcare environment, which should feel welcoming to all, becomes an unsolicited stage for ideological commentary. Especially when it's coming from someone who couldn't keep the father of her own child but seems eager to praise policies that divide families. Priorities, I guess. Honestly if you've been dealing with back issues and getting a lot of different people/doctors telling you different things-look into decompression therapy. Many years of chiropractic care from multiple doctors here in AZ & out of state. But I keep going back to Dr Haggard. Everybody is unique with a million different challenges; my discomfort is frequent and relief for me is found with frequency of treatments. Reason I say keep going back; you get what you pay for. It is not one of those franchise type of chiropractic offices with a revolving door. Dr Haggard offers a very individualized treatment plan, for me sometimes with some PT thrown in. And if you are trusting and venturous an amazing treatment technique - I forget the name, Dr knows; his father, also a doctor, taught him. Instant relief and best night sleep after. For my situation a 2 months worth of visits 2x / 3x a week and done. Now I'm maintenance type and worth every penny. Found Dr. Haggard during google search for "INCREDIBLE CHIROPRACTOR". He was the best reviewed I could find in AZ. I scoured the internet because I was sick of not being satisfied with my experiences. My first time seeing him, I got in my car with a big smile on, feeling AMAZING, and had a little grateful tear pop up. After the first session I felt better for a very long time. It's crazy to have pain every day, all day, and then to forget what it was even like after one session. I was blown away. He is also the ONLY chiropractor to acknowledge my dowagers hump and say we could fix it with work. Everyone else shied away because they had no clue what they were doing, and it showed. So many chiropractors know and care very little. I'd spend hours watching chiropractic videos on you tube, even though I'd want to cry with desperation. He is less expensive than most, was in a gym, and was set up sort of like a gym, everyone comes in, checks in, does their respective exercises, mine is 8 stretches on equipment and then neck stretching and working out which feels good. Immediately after they put you on a rolling MASSAGE TABLE (with ice on back and neck if you want it) until Dr. Haggard or an adorable assistant comes to get you for your service. They email you very personalized excersizes and stretches!!! I doubt you'll do them, not to worry, they won't harp:) If you choose to have an xray, you will be ABSOLUTELY WOWED at how he pinpoints and addresses every single problem you've been dealing with!!! I'll give the review a 2 just because I did get adjusted but that's about it. I first walk in to the office to see 4-6 chairs for people to sit on and wait with zero social distancing offered, or anywhere else in the building, clearly not a concern to anyone there including the doctors, or should I say chiropractor. The receptionist behind the counter had a mask that was worn as a chin strap and not a mask with both her nose and half her mouth exposed. Then the same woman takes me into a small confined room, still not wearing her mask correctly as she stands 6 inches away from me taking my blood pressure and temperature. If you have a social conscious or care about your health you should probably find a different place, just like I did after I left. read more

The WORST experience EVER. They upcharge you if you have an insurance claim. I had family and friends call to verify their fees and they gave them much lower prices. I went twice and they charged me $1600 which is RIDICULOUS!!! I called the doctor to tell them they were price gauging me. They lowered the bill, but WON'T send the updated invoice to my insurance. The doctor wants me to pay him upfront FIRST and THEN they will send me what is left when my insurance pays them out. Who was in the accident ME or YOU Dr. Haggard??? DO NOT GO HERE. I normally expect medical personnel to be good at their specialties. But, Haggard Chiropractic is SUPERB! Dr. Justin inherited me after I had an accident that broke my bones, moved my neck and spine out of alignment, as well as my cervical, mid- back, shoulders and lumbar discs. I contacted this office after not hearing back from a different chiropractic office that I had visited prior when I called to check on insurance. I was able to get everything verified within 15 minutes over the phone and scheduled for next day care. Upon arriving I met Dr. Haggard and was impressed with how personable he was. We talked for a bit, took x-rays, and then got right to work on treatment. I received a follow up call the next day asking how I was feeling by Dr. Haggard himself and followed up today for my next treatment. We reviewed the final x-rays and then came up with a plan for correction. All in all I've been more than pleased with the treatment, follow through, and personalities at Haggard Chiropractic. I have had 3 bulged discs for probably 9 -10 years now. I have been to doctor after doctor then when they decided to give up they sent me to pain management where they would give me crappy meds because I'm "to young" for the good stuff haha. The pain management would tell me they were going to make me better. That I should do injections and it would help. I would do them as advised and they helped a small tiny amount then wear off. They would say every month do more injections and more and more I can't tell you how many I have had. I would tell the doctor NO it's ruining my body I'm gonna tuff it out. All of a sudden I was introduced to DR Justin Haggard by my mom and brother. It's been 2 weeks going 3 times a week and I already have so much improvement it's so exciting!!! I do the decompression table and laser and it's helping every single time. He pointed me in the right direction to actually HEAL instead of just mask the pain like all the doctors have done over the years and not well either!!! Thank God for DR Haggard my mom and me feel like it's a miracle the way we feel!!! It's exciting to actually walk around with so much less pain already it's completely incredible!!! Not to mention it's costing way less than all the doctors over the years that didn't even help. They just wanted money and basically gave me nothing in return. Driving in Arizona is like a crap shoot for being safe. Unfortunately the good drivers are becoming less and less prevalent, and this was my first experience being in a car wreck. I fell down the stairs head first using my right shoulders to bump down the stairs! I found Haggard Chiropractor on the Internet because I just moved to AZ. I filled out their website appointment app around 8:30 pm and I wasn't expecting anybody to answer me until the next day. But within five minutes I received and email back asking if I'd like to come in the next day. I was amazed! I received X-rays and was explained what was going on with my bones and how it is affecting my body. Dr. Bradley put me on a stretch machine and put me on a massage and stretch machine and iced my neck and lower back for about 10 minutes before he adjusted me. I am very limber so most chiropractors have a hard time adjusting me. He was able to adjust me completely! After 3 adjustments I was feeling normal again. I had the pleasure of being adjusted by Dr Haggard yesterday for the first time and he was able to adjust me with no problem. For ears my toes and the bottom of my feet were always numb. But now the numbness is completely gone. I can also turn my head which I couldn't do before. I believe these doctors will be able to help a lot of people. I recommend going to see these doctors ASAP if you fell or got sick or have a headache before going to your family doctor. read more

Haggard Chiropractic saved me from having to take high blood pressure meds!! I was exercising and taking herbs and really confused as to why my blood pressure was riding the 140/100 line often at age 33. I really didn't want to go on medication, but one night when my pressure spiked I went to Urgent Care and they told me that some people just have high blood pressure and would have to go on meds. I didn't want to believe it, and randomly googled "chiropractor" and "blood pressure" on a last resort and learned about the atlas vertebrae, which can have an impact on blood pressure. After telling Justin Haggard about all the problems I was having with my left heel walking etc. Being very skeptical and the price. Well also realizing I've spent over $100 on orthotics through Walmart Walgreens CVS. I was limping couldn't walk would gauge the distance between anywhere I was walking now after purchasing the orthotics. I have zero issues I walk normally I have absolutely no issues whatsoever. I took my little boy in to Haggard Chiropractic for allergy testing and treatment and was amazed with the improvement the first day with just 1 treatment.
