(June 14, 2017)UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST.... I AM STILL GOING TO THE JOINT MORRISVILLE. I go at least twice a week and see Dr. Todd when I go. Dr. Todd is great. He always gets me in and out, and I'm always feeling much better than when I walked in. I highly recommend Dr. Todd. (May 2017) Though the Chiropractors are very good.... The way the office is ran is something else. My first experience was a very bad one. They drafted my bank account twice in one day. I called my bank and my bank was willing to release the hold on one of the pending amounts, if the Joint could provide them with an Authorization number. NO ONE, locally, knew how to find the Authorization number and it took me all day to finally reach someone in their main location, in the accounting department, to contact the IT person, that could go in an find the Authorization number. Because of this, I asked them to remove my card number from their system and I was told "no". So, I had to cancel my bank card and have a new one issued. Until they have a better system for payments and offer better customer service, I CANNOT highly recommend the Joint. read more

This is an amazing business model. I wish all health-related services were this clearly and easily accomplished (and inexpensive to boot)! This is the way it should be. You can't afford not to take care of your body. I've been to all three doctors just because I could and they are all a little different. That's another great thing about this place: if you feel you need a second or third opinion it couldn't be easier. I like being able to make informed choices (don't we all?). I know it'll take at least couple months to get my shoulder back in decent shape again because I've lived with this meat grinder for a couple of years. I should have taken better care of my body and come here much sooner. read more

This type of chiropractic care has been a godsend for me. As a type 1 diabetic of more than 10 years, my kidneys have begun to decline. To protect my organs, I avoid taking all painkillers. I even avoid tylenol, as it affects my glucose monitor. After I had suffered a sciatic nerve injury in November, I struggled to find any source of relief. I went to my doctor and physical therapy to treat my pain, but nothing seemed to work. After my very first visit to The Joint at Park West, I felt immediate relief, and have continued to make progress since. It's been a month, and I feel better than I have in years! I was a patient with Dr. Todd before he opened The Joint practice. I was skeptical at first but genuinely see the benefits and love it! I work for a Fortune 500 company with great Insurance but my out of pocket insurance cost is actually higher with a traditional Chiropractic clinic than when I pay for service with The Joint. Also, its faster service. If you slept, wrong last night and have a crick in your neck.... instead of scheduling an appointment for 4 days out they can see you immediately and get the relief you need now! I have been going to the Joint for over a year now. I have been to multiple locations and am always treated as a valued customer. I do prefer some Docs over others, but seem to get properly adjusted by each of them. The Only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because the plan that I initially signed up for went away. I was told that my daughter could come in under the same plan. It is a little higher now, but still competitive with other practitioners. read more

I have been in pain for a minimum of 9 years, I remember the first time i had an issue with Sciatica and I thought I was dying. No other facility has ever offered to treat the problem, they all treated the painful symptoms but I want to be rid of the actual problem. I was so happy to find this place as my insurance co-pay for a chiropractor is $70! All of the staff are friendly and they greet you with a smile. The doctors take time to listen to every patient and make adjustments according to individual needs. I have been coming twice per week for a couple of months and my neck and back are feeling MUCH better, I am so glad to have found The Joint Chiropractic and highly recommend them! read more

I have been going to Chiropractors for many years, and when I moved here I was in serious need of finding one quickly. I found them online, and decided to try it out. Amazing! The front desk staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Great feeling when the doctor adjusts your back and neck and you can feel the energy flow back through that part of your body! That is great, but it`s also awesome not to have to make / keep an appointment - you just stop by anytime you`re close and wait for 5 minutes and get adjusted and then go on your way. I didn't realize how much better I could feel until I started coming here. My first visit I was in so much pain I was barely mobile. 3 weeks later I'm moving better, sleeping better, and standing taller. The best part is that i get all of this and it doesn't even break the bank. It's cheaper than if my insurance covered it and all I had to pay was my Co-pay. I have been going to the chiropractor for many years and to a few different places. This has been the best experience so far. The staff is really helpful and everyone is very nice. I also enjoy the flexible hours and flexibility of just dropping in when I need instead of rushing trying to make an appointment. The most flexible, affordable and practical chiropractic care center that I have visited. The cost doesn't hurt my pocket and with the center being open till 7pm I do not miss my treatment. I was very skeptical of Chiropractors but can honestly say, after going for a few months, I don't know why I didn't start sooner. Dr. Todd is very good and he adjusts his style depending on the patient. I have been to other sites where you could tell they just wanted you in and out. This is my favorite location of The Joint. Dr. Wegerski really takes the time to explain what is going on with your body. You don't feel rushed. I especially like that you don't need an appointment. I can't tell you how many appointments I have set with my orthodontist and missed because something else came up. read more
