I went in for a one month, $69 one month situation only to find out it didn't exist and they signed me up for monthly debit and continued to debit my account. My Rating is "0" I had been visiting numerous "The Joint" locations in the Phoenix area over more then a year and because of constant lower back pain I would buy the multiple-visit packages when offered. Recently I went to one of the Joint locations and was told I could not use one of my prepaid for visits and that all the ones I had on file would not be honored because they were older then a year and had expired. I was upset with the loss of paid for visits and when I questioned the personnel on the fact I was not told the prepaid visits had a expiration date or provided any heads up by email or text that they were reaching expiration they just advised thats the way it works. It was a expansive lesson on my part to not think or ask about this expiration issue and the fact I was never given any paper work with the prepaid records kept on their computer was also a problem. So Alyssa replied and since he had been previously I can vouch it does NOT take more time for a walk in. Literally 5-10 minutes tops is he there and gone. My husband has been here at this location about a half a dozen times when his normal chiropractor is closed. It's a Saturday and they close at 4:00. He arrives at about 3:40 walks in and a blonde receptionist tells him, sorry we can't take you today but we are open tomorrow. You close at 4:00, not 3:45. When he has gone there it literally takes them 5 minutes for an adjustment. The wait area had one person. And if they would have answered the phone when he called at 3:30 it would have saved him the trip! The Joint you just lost a customer. read more

Walking in, I was greeted by a front desk lady who was very sweet and personable. Where it was off to a great start, the chiropractic portion itself was the least personable experience I've ever had. I got my neck and back adjusted within 3 minutes and they basically kicked me out. I have a basketball game to play in tomorrow, and wasted my opportunity to get my injured back adjusted with this experience. I highly recommend going to a non chain clinic where the chiropractors will listen and give you a personable experience worth paying for. 2 years ago I went to this location and I never came back. I was pregnant at the time and had a different doctor who I never went to before. I advised them I was 10 weeks pregnant and the adjustment felt a little rough and sore. I never came back after I had my obgyn appointment because it cause some inside bruising. This was the only thing I did different that week. I don't recommend the joint. Thankfully after a couple weeks of bed rest the bruising went away. I never went back and never will especially to this location. read more

There were at least 7 signs between the front door and lobby stating a mask is required. Some said "no mask no service". I was there for maybe 10 minutes and 4 people came in without masks and they were all checked in to be adjusted. If you do not need to be masked then take down the signs. I love coming in for an adjustment! I first started coming here in July 2015 when my back gave out on me to the point I could barely walk. We were supposed to go to the Peoria Sports Complex for 4th of July fireworks that year and I was worried I'd have to skip it. That weekend, I started googling chiropractors in hopes of finding one that had weekend hours. The Joint was the first in my google search! I came down for a consultation and adjustment. After that first adjustment, I was able to walk without being hunched over and was able to enjoy our 4th of July festivities! I signed up for their monthly treatment plan of 4 adjustments for $59 per month. That first month I used up all my adjustments in the first 2 weeks. Which is cool cause any adjustments I needed the rest of the month were just $10! Dr. Lee is absolutely amazing! He does a thorough adjustment from head to toe and when my back is feeling particularly hateful to me, he spends extra time getting the swelling out of my joints. The receptionist (who's name escapes me) is very funny and personable. I feel like a jerk for not remembering her name, but she's the kind of person you just want to talk to all day. read more

My wife & I visited the Joint at Metro Center. Initially, I was skeptical of the low introductory price of $29 with coupon and the fact that they don't do appointments. When we arrived there was like six other people waiting but we were called back probably with-in 20 minutes. Established patients get their adjustments in less than five minutes and off they go :-) We were new patients and we got our consultation, exam and adjustment and were both done probably with-in 15-20 minutes. Our chiropractor was David Lee and he did an excellent job. He was very informational about our condition to the point that it actually made sense. We signed up for the no contract and no commitment $59 monthly plan. This gives us four adjustments for the whole month and anything over the four would just be $10 until the new 30 days start. Cancel anytime. They give you a keychain like card to scan at the desk and then you are seen in the order that you came in. They are open 10AM to 7PM and open until 3PM on the weekends! The best part is we were able use our flexible spending card to pay and we didn't have to use our insurance which is a $50 office co-pay each visit. Check out the Joint! read more

I haven't even been seen and I am disappointed in my services. I am a teacher and I called multiple times throughout my lessons, after I called multiple times I received a text, asking me to text for a faster response, didn't get a response. Once I got to this Location in person after I worked 10 hours I was turned away because the last walk-in is excepted at 5 o'clock and it was 540 I was told to come back another day. And then I proceeded to ask if they don't answer their phone or their texts and she said "Huh? I came in with hip and lower back pain. The receptionist was so nice and answered all my questions. She also sweetened my experience when she said I could use my HSA funds for payment! The doctor was thorough and took time to explain to me in terms I can actually understand. He was personable and relatable. He made sure I knew how to care,for my back in the next few days. I chose to sign up for the monthly membership @ $59 a month for 4 visits a month. This first month I will be using my visits up quick but ext4a visits are only $10! I walked out happy with my experience and my level dropped from 7 or 8 to 1 or 2. I'm confident with continued care I will be pain free again in a few visits! And I can use my membership nationwide which will come in handy next week as I vacation in Florida! read more

The Joint is a fantastic place to go for a chiropractic adjustment. The people there are always friendly, glad to help, and the Doctors know what they are doing. The best deal there is to come in once a week, and prepay on their monthly plan. Andrea is my favorite receptionist at the Metro Center location and I look forward to going for my adjustment every week. Most days, the adjustment takes only 5 minutes from walk in time to leave time. Other days, if there are a lot of patients, it can take longer, but compared to a General Doctor's schedule, even a 20 minute wait is less than waiting on a Doctor with whom you have an appointment. You see the Doctor in the order you check in. I feel so much better after being adjusted on a regular, once a week plan. I recommend this location and the Shea & Scottsdale Road location for the most friendly, knowledgeable Doctors & Receptionists. read more

I've seen multiple chiropractors and none have done what Dr. Lee has done! I have not needed to see any other chiros since. His adjustments address every concern each time. It's always great because the staff is friendly and actually remember who you are. Customer service is great! I highly recommend coming here. 01/11/17 The JOINT, While I greatly appreciate the three services I requested and received, I am extremely disappointed in your disreputable payment policy. I did not authorize or approve auto charging my Health Savings Account beyond a ONE time fee of $59.00. It was NOT explained to me that you would be stealing funds from my HSA each month for services I NEVER received or requested. I thought I was being charged a ONE TIME ONLY fee of $59.00 for four chiropractic sessions, of which I received three during one month period. This is quite a rip off. This is exactly the reason people don't trust Chiropractic care. You tell the patient they need to come in every other day and build up a big bill. Then you get ahold of their HSA and bleed them dry. Why wasn't I called, asking me to come in since you charged me for treatment??? It's obvious you only wanted the payment without regard for the patient. Your own website does NOT specify a two month minimum commitment on the wellness plan I chose NOR explain about the auto-pay policy. I demand a refund of $118.00 for the two months you stole funds from my account. Do the right thing. Don't charge people for services they did NOT receive. read more
