Went in for the first time today with my mother to get relief on pain believed to be cause by misalignment causing a pinched nerve. The place is very affordable and convenient. Dr. Le was fantastic, one of the better Chiropractors I had ever been to. She aligned me and gave me some really useful recommendations/info. Definitely would have been back often. Here's where things went south rather abruptly. Upon checkout and payment discussions. The young lady, named Morgan I believe, working the front desk started discussing possible plans with my mother. My mother listened to her give the particular options, and began to try to tell the young lady that she wasn't sure about any plans just yet because we "still had to go see the rheumatologist and other specialists about my condition", and was trying to ask if we could just do a few weeks first as we take care of these other matters, super cordial about it. The young lady then proceeded, out of nowhere, to tell my mother "I don't know why you aren't listening to me!"...and began to engage in confrontation with my mother in front of the other customers in there. As Dr. Le approached to figure out the situation she continued to be condescending to my mother. My mother was very embarrassed and shocked at the whole ordeal. All in all, Dr. Le was an A+, but needless to say, after that filth example of customer service and human decency at that matter...we paid our 19 bucks and will never be back. I'd rather pay extra elsewhere. read more

I woke up with a horrible headache I get somewhat frequently that improves with an adjustment. I Yelped chiropractors in my area that are open on Sunday's and I found The Joint. Dr. Ginger did a great job adjusting me. She was so thorough and focused on my care. I felt so much better almost immediately. I will be back :) read more

I went in Monday after work. They were great. I was in a lot of pain. I feel so much better today. I like their system of checking in. It's so simple. Also very affordable. Dr Le is great. I went in with lower back/hip pain that I have been tolerating for years. I hadn't been to a chiropractor in more than a year. She adjusted everything pretty quickly. Since I hadn't been adjusted in so long, I had some muscle spasms that wouldn't allow me to stand up right away. Dr Le told me to take my time and showed me a couple if stretches to do while I relaxed. Within a few minutes, the spasms were gone. And, about 30 minutes after my appt, I realized my lower back had no pain! She had advised me to ice my lower back and to sit as little as possible, so I followed her directions and I still feel great 5 days later. She recommended I see her a couple times a week for 2-3 weeks and I plan to do that. read more

I like this place because it is affordable and it is open 7 days a week. It does seem kind of rushed the way they do things, but it seems like they adjust pretty well. The Joint in Round Rock has helped me so much. I was on a bunch of meds from my primary care doc. Nothing was helping. Over the last few months both Dr. Le and Dr. Knot have helped me. Regularly impressed with Dr Le. She has helped me through three different back issues during the past five years. Most recently psoas tightness that makes my lower back painful. Dr Le explains what's going on, provides immediate relief and tells me how to stretch and exercise to stay healthy. Very thankful she is nearby. read more

I have been going to The Joint at this location for several months now. When I first started going, I was having terrible pain in my lower back and hips. I was trying to become more active and the pain was making my goal of living a healthier lifestyle incredibly difficult. Dr. Le and Dr. Poth straightened me right out! I have since completed my first half marathon and am training for the next one. I never could have accomplished this without the amazing care that these wonderful ladies have provided. I went to another chiropractor last month and was told I would have to pay over $200 a month to get my back aligned. I was astounded and, of course, disappointed because I most definitely can not afford that. I saw a truck with their $19 special on it and decided to give them a try. Not only are they affordable, but the staff is super friendly and you are in and out of there in twenty minutes. I feel so much better after just two adjustments! read more

9/22/14 - This is a long overdue update, and an increase in stars for the Joint. First, the owner messaged me and gave me his phone number, which I always appreciate. Anytime an owner / manager offers to resolve an issue, the company automatically gets more credibility with me. Second, I've continued to need frequent/accessible chiropractic care and I'm a sucker for convenience, so despite my reservations, I've continued to go (even when Dr. Mike was scheduled). He acknowledged that we did not get off to a good start, and he adjusted his approach with me, which I appreciated. Despite him and the staff apparently knowing that I made some unfavorable comments, they continued to treat me with professionalism and courtesy (as I see them do with everyone else). More importantly, my adjustments with Dr. Mike are just what I need - thorough! Dr. Li is still there, and she's great too - quick, thorough and precise. I think this goes to show that how a business handles a customer's bad experience is an even bigger reflection of how they are/who they are than how they handle the smooth sailing experiences. My thanks to the whole staff for providing a much needed service to patients and to making this work for my family and me - and for turning a dissatisfied customer into a satisfied one. I needed it to work, and it is. 12/6/14 I've been going to The Joint pretty regularly for about six months now. When I started, I went to Dr. Lara and Dr. Li several times and I credit them (and the option to go 7 days a week) with getting my lower back on track. For those things, I would give The Joint 5 stars. While Dr. Li was on maternity leave, Dr. Daniel was there and I would give him 6 stars. He's one of the best chiropractors I've had, but sadly, he just fills in. My experience has taken a dramatic turn for the worse the last two times I've been seen by Dr. Mike. I don't give him any stars, and I send a warning to others...he does no good, and he barely goes through the motions. He "adjusted" me today, and when he was "finished", I said, "Did anything move?" and He said, "Nope, have a nice day.". That was it...and that was the second time I've had that experience with him. You don't want this guy adjusting your neck - mine hurts and I now have a headache, which I did not have when I went in. If/when Dr. Mike is replaced by someone that does a good job, I will readily give The Joint the 5 stars it can be capable of. read more

I can't begin to thank you enough! For years I've been dealing with lower back pain, and recently developed arthritis in my right hip, on my first appointment that changed! When the adjustment was complete, instantly I felt better! I was finally able to walk without a limp and my pain level dropped from an 8, scale of 1-10, to a 3. Hopefully with more treatment, I'm pretty optomistic, I will have full strength in my leg and able to do things I had to give up because of pain once again. Been to chiropractic for a couple of decades and most recently "The Joint" here in Austin. All north Austin locations and have always left happy and satisfied. UNTIL I tried this one. The most unprofessional and incompetent experience and finally left after 50 minutes and three people that arrived after me being shown through as I found out because they lost my info but didn't know it until I finally inquired why these people were jumping in front of me. No explanation nor resolution so I left still needing help but now with the worst chiropractic experience I've ever had. We can't give negative stars but I will drive the extra miles in the future to another Joint to avoid this experience. Stay AWAY!!! read more
