I'd been a client of The Joint Chiropractic for several months prior to the opening of the Thousand Oaks location. I was so excited for this location to open as it is so much closer to my home and extremely convenient for me to use the plan I purchased (4 visits a month any time/any day). I really love it, however; if/when I need any extra adjustments the cost is so economical, especially compared to previous Chiropractors. Now the downside/upside depending on how you look at it - they're completely walk-in, no appointments; but, you can go to any location, whichever is most convenient and they now have 10 locations in San Antonio alone! Another bonus is they are open longer hours than your typical chiropractor's office PLUS they're open for several hours on the weekends which really makes it easy to get your visits in when needed. I can never predict when I will really be hurting (which is most days) or just need to have an adjustment, so the extended hours and multiple locations really help me out! Now for the MOST IMPORTANT PART, the office staff and Doctors, they have all been top rate!! The Thousand Oaks office is the most convenient location for me, and I adore Dr. Franco, he is extremely personable, asks you lots of questions about what brings you in, (of course this is after you've had your thorough initial intake and complete "inspection") but he also gets to know you personally. He really interacts and befriends his patients so when you come in, you are completely at ease. The front desk ladies are so friendly and keep things organized and moving smoothly. On a day when they are busy, you can check-in and they'll let you know if there is a long wait so you have an opportunity to come back when it's more convenient. I've visited 3 locations and I must say that each one has a great staff as well as the nicest Doctors, and I've received great care at each one ( I have quite the "record" along with lots of red notes due to my back issues and no matter where I go, the Doctors at each location look at my "chart" and clearly see where to and where NOT to manipulate, so I don't have to spend an enormous amount of time going over everything. It's really great when you find a Doctor you really like and their office staff is great too (which I have definitely found at this location) but, to have the added bonus of going to multiple locations and finding the same great service is the cherry on top! This location just opened up Oct 31st; I've been a Joint member since 2015 and used many all over San Antonio as well as New Braunfels & in Los Angeles, CA when I lived there. I just tried this location for the first time and saw Dr. Oliver Servin. He was very personable, nice comforting voice; and gave me a thorough work over of adjustments from neck to ankles. Our last chiropractor was a little pricey. It was a few months since the last time we got adjusted. Finally found The Joint. Wanted to find a place that took toddlers as well. I went for the first time yesterday to establish care and took my 19 month old with me. They have a $29 new patient special and very flexible and affordable plans. They recommend a first initial appt then after that you can go to any location as a walk in and scan your card. They don't take insurance which is fine since my last chiropractor didn't either but The Joint was way more affordable.Dr Robert Franco was there. He worked on my son first. Great bed side manner, friendly, and worked really well with my son. He does an assessment first talks to you about past history then starts working. He was awesome! We talked about care afterwards. You can cancel and change plans at any time which I like. We're starting out on the wellness plan which is 4 visits a month $79 for adult and $49 for kids. So so affordable. Then we talked about switching to the flex plan later which is $20 initial then $20 a visit again really affordable especially without insurance. By far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. Dr. Franco is extremely thorough and teaches me ways to improve mobility while during my visits. Checked in at around 3:10 - 3:15 pm. Always a new guy every week. New person before me, went in a few minutes after I had checked in. Update 4:05 pm, and still waiting. Had to cancel the appointment due to taking too long. Will be going to different location. Best recommendation for this place is at least have 2 chiropractors instead of just 1. read more

Not happy!!! they didn't want to see me at 6:30 pm because they close at 7 and have patients waiting. My last PAID visit will expire and they refused to provide the service to me today. Plus driving all the way here (gas is expensive right now). They either need to have more doctors if they're offering the service until 7 or provide a pass for me to use another day. I gave 5 stars when I began at this establishment but I was lost in the shuffle when I went into my 2nd month. My 1st month I was given the amount of visits I needed for my problems and was feeling better. The 2nd month I only received 4 visits and my headaches came back. There were no suggestions even though I talked to the manager. read more
