I have been working with the Chiropractors at The Joint for a few years now. I have had great success for the most part. Their national network is by far the best part of their program. I travel for business and when I am away I can look for a Joint for relief. My file is accessible in their network with my full history. Great location and staff! All the doctors that I've seen have been excellent. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen and that was on a busy Saturday. I absolutely love this place. I have had back problems for the past 15 years and have seen as many chiropractors. I prefer this place the most of all of those, and it comes down to a few things. The price is great, so are the plans (and no pressure to sign up as well). The location is clean and the staff know precisely what they're doing. Most importantly, their professionals can read the needs of a person. They can tell the difference between a visit where the person may have questions and need explanation, and the type of visit where you just want to get in and out. My family will follow Dr Todd wherever. But, we are super happy that he is at The Joint. This model is how health care *should* be handled. Cash pay and CHEAPER than my copay. They even have "maintenance" packages for those like me who need frequent adjustments. I get 4 visits for the price of 1 1/2 co-pays. The desk staff are courteous & helpful, a true rarity in medicine. I have other locations closer, but drive 30 minutes each way to come here. read more

I have been using The Joint in Austin for several months and it has always been fast, professional, and friendly service. Today while in San Antonio I needed an adjustment the woman behind front desk says there is 1 person ahead of you and it will only be a few minutes. Well 30 minutes later the chiropractor finishes the first person and the 2nd person goes in, 15 mins pass and still nothing, so I leave for 15 mins to go to store and come back and still not available. Over an hour and no service. What makes this worse is I got no apology, and they still charged me for the visit....I received no adjustment. I won't be back. Don't use this location unless you have lots of time to wait and you appreciate bad customer service. read more

I am so happy I found The Joint....the Chiropractc Place. About 2 years ago I was determined to find a good chiropractor, but I was hesitant because my health insurance covers only about 10 visits a year and my copay is $40 a visit! As much as I know I need spinal adjustments, I did not want to pay $40 a visit and need to return sometimes 3 times a week. $120 a week did not sit well with me! Then one day I received a post card in the mail advertising the Joint! It seemed too good to be true! I went for my first visit, signed up, and have kept on going back regularly! I thank God for this place! It is the best and I believe more people should take advantage of it. My monthly payments for 4 visits is just a little more than my copayment for just one visit! I am even getting my TMJ fixed!! read more

Dr. John and Dr. Stitch are amazing! They know exactly how to make you feel better. I showed up a month ago after having such bad back pain that I couldn't walk. After my first visit, I felt relief. There membership program is super affordable and is easily accessible anywhere. The Doctors know what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable the whole visit. I originally signed up for a 10 adjustment program with The Joint, back in Southern California, so when I found on yelp that there was a joint around the area, I decided to check it out. There was one chiropractor working and check in was pretty fast considering they had to look up my membership in the system. Anyways when I met the Dr. who performed the adjustment (I can't remember his name but he's an older, caucasian male) he was very friendly and knowledgeable. During the adjustment he was quick, calculated and very strong which my back and schedule definitely require. It's hard to find time to cater to yourself in today's hectic world, but this particular joint definitely tries its best too! I wish I lived closer so that I could incorporate my visits here into my weekly schedule. read more

Just got adjusted here for the first time and I am more than pleased! I was nervous about getting my neck adjusted cause, well it's your neck! But the chiropractor explained everything in detail and didn't do anything without telling me first. They were very understanding when my kid was there with me and wanted to get into everything. I have been going here for about 7 months now and DR. Parseans is why we keep going the place is great besides the new secretary, she is very rude and I have never had an issue with anyone at the front desk before. Great establishment besides them hiring someone so unprofessionally rude. She has a pink rose tattoo on her left wrist and black frizzy hair. I don't know her name, I just try to get out the door before she tries to make my visit difficult. She has told me I couldn't be seen because I arrived 13 minutes before close and I needed to arrive 15 minutes before close,'it takes 5 minutes for our adjustments.' After I told her we live far away and these were never listed anywhere about the time. Luckily the chiropractor still saw us but she expressed her frustration and continues EVERY TIME WE GO. If you can deal with a rude and unpleasant person at the front desk this is a place for you. read more

Decided to try this concept out based on the reviews. This place is already busy despite being fairly new. The location is clean and comfortable. The Dr. didn't try to rush me and asked multiple times if I had any questions. As far as pricing they have additional packages besides the ones they have online. I started with a five visit package not including the initial visit. The visit also do not expire. I like the way this place works because I don't have to deal with a lot of pressure to keep coming back. I will be back read more

I've never been to a chiropractor before coming to the Joint. I don't really believe in that stuff but lately I had been having stiffness in my back. My insurance is an HSA so I can't see a doctor without paying the full amount. I went to the Joint to see if it would help. I doubt it would but for $19, it seemed worth a try. I saw Dr Stitch and he observed my range of motion and talked to me a little about the spine and spine health. Blah blah blah, I wasn't listening at all b/c I don't believe in that quackery. He adjusted my spine and my neck. I was very surprised that I felt good after the adjustment. I felt some of that stiffness was released when he adjusted me. I went home and waited a while and I still felt good. I am still a little skeptical, but I think I will go back to the Joint and this time I will listen to what they have to say. If you're in need of an adjustment, this is the way to go. I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was keeping me up at night. I called my insurance and found they don't cover chiropractic. Very discouraged, I did an online search and came across Joint Chiropractic. They are extremely affordable (cheaper than a copay). I downloaded the new patient forms, filled them out in advance, and I was literally in and out in 15 mins. As a new patient anywhere, that's amazing. The doctor didn't take much time with me, but that didn't matter as he was able to fix the issue. After the adjustment he told me to go home, take a hot shower and apply a cold pack. He did similar adjustments to what I'd had with other chiropractors (I've been to 4 different ones in the past few years, changing because of insurance). They don't do any of the extras like muscle stimulation, etc, so don't come here if you're expecting extras. The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place. read more
