Be very wary of this business!! There are FAR better options in chiropractic care. There is very fine print in their agreements that you don't see and it will COST you. I responded to an offer to join for $159 a month and get 10 sessions. I didn't use all 10 sessions as I felt like I was being shuffled through quickly and out the door, with lingering pain. After the month that I agreed to pay for, I began seeing charges on my credit card for an on-going membership, not agreed to! I called to inquire, sure that it was a mistake. But it was not. I was abruptly told that I agreed to these terms. What they don't tell you..is that you sign the agreement on a small screen digitally. Impossible to read and they do not explain anything to you. I requested a refund and was denied. So they got me for $159 and 3 months of $79 ($237) Bait and Switch! No call back, no follow up, NO CLASS! read more

Went in with a neck pain and the chiropractor totally hurt my hip by doing the side adjustment. I've been in pain for 3 months. I can't walk more than a block. What they did to me is unjust. read more

Dr Mo Peerani was so impressive. Yes, I'm a believer in chiro medicine. I was in town on vacation and slept on my shoulder wrong. I was in some pain and hoped he could help. He talked to me and learned some history as well as what was irritating me. He adjusted me and then spent 10 minutes going over stretches that could help me. I'd say he practices holistic medicine. I visited the Joint due to some very very minor shoulder/neck pain I had (I work out at Orange Theory 5x a week and have for years and the workouts are pretty intense). The first Dr. I visited was amazing. He asked a lot of questions and took notes prior to my adjustment and did a thorough evaluation given the limited amount of time that I was there. The minor aches I had were gone after just one adjustment by this Dr. (who no longer works here so I do not know his name). It was so great, that I joined and paid for the first month. He recommended I come back in a few days for my next adjustment. I was not aware that they rotated Doctors or I would have made sure to be there when he was in. This next visit would turn out to be the worst decision I have made in decades. Dr. Grace Vazquez was my next adjustor. She asked zero questions and began to yank on my neck as no one had ever done before... and I have been seeing chiros on the regular on and off my whole life and have never experienced anything like this before. My neck would not crack and to my disbelief, she kept yanking and yanking. Three times to be exact. I left in AGONY. I immediately canceled my membership and I knew I would never be back to any place that was so inexperienced and unprofessional. This was February. Fast forward to nearly May and the pain is so severe that some days I cannot get out of bed. I had to quit my workouts. I have to see a massage therapist now once a week (it was once a month prior). I had to have an MRI and multiple treatments and adjustments and injections in my neck from 3 other Drs. They all seem to be in agreement that this is a direct result of the inexperienced "Dr." who not only gave me whiplash but may have done permanent damage. PLEASE do not visit this place. Please. I am not one to complain, but I am looking at thousands of dollars in medicals so far, months of sleepless nights, and so many prescriptions and gels and sprays just to be able to live with the agony I am in. I thought I was doing something nice for my body, but instead, I cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel and am facing possible surgery. read more
