This place is a scam, they lock you into a 3 month program. Be very careful, they do the same moves every single time and i dont see a difference. Just be very careful when signing they dont tell you about the 3 month lock in, they just slip it into your paperwork. The chino secretary was very unprofessional and hung up on me and did not answer my calls anymore, management never reached out, thats what these franchises do, they take clients money then treat them with no respect. If you only need an adjustment then they are fine. But I threw my back out and went only on an emergency basis, they just cracked my back and neck. It was probably eight minutes of cracking my back and seven minutes of talking about my history and the need the to buy a 10 pack of prepaid adjustments to fix my back. I left more sore than I went in. The next day my regular Chiropractor since she had a cancellation and fit me in. She completely rubbed the area where I was sore then stimulated it with electrodes then worked on adjusting the area I was sore. One day later I am 98% free of pain.. All I can say is I felt that the Joint was a money grab and looking to make more money. Save your time and money and go to a Chiropractor that is looking out for you and not a paid package. read more

I had book an appointment to be seen and was looking forward for examinations & adjustments on my body. The front desk receptionist wasn't understanding. I forgot what her name was. I just want to get my body adjusted and relieve pain that I have in my body. She refused service because I needed a workers comp authorization. Why couldn't I just have a regular chiropractor therapy for myself & want adjustments for my pain? Being a first time client, nowhere does it say I need authorization to be seen.. read more

Love this place for the convenience and the price. But had a very bad experience with Dr. Bowen. I think the poor guy is burned out or something has gone wrong. I suspect his pay is based on people who purchase packages. I like to just come in when I need an adjustment and don't mind paying the flat rate. He seemed angry with me and then refused to give me an adjustment. He used a little tool that taps the back and it took all of 20 seconds. When I requested an old-fashioned adjustment he said "no, I already adjusted you". I promise I'm a nice person and get along well with people. But he was very rude but possibly troubled. I do recommend the Joint Chiropractic itself but would recommend against seeing Dr. Bowen. I went because my back was hurting and we were leaving on vacation the next day. My introduction to chiropractor care began Wednesday 12 February 2025 at the Corona location. Overall decent experience but I was feeling pain, not what she referred to as likely to the soreness one may feel after a gym session. I had a headache, nausea, and a mild fever. The following day the symptoms were still present. Which led me to walk in to the Upland location during my lunch and seek assistance. Y'all let me tell you the chiropractor was legendary, his approach was pleasant, he even used comedy during his technique. This allowed me to relax and he was able to make the necessary adjustments. He provided some recommendations for exercises to provide further assistance in the wellness journey. When I tell you that I felt amazing it is an understatement, he had to have undid whatever was done the previous day because it was a very different experience and the relief I felt was beyond anything I could have imagined. read more

Whatever you do with them, make sure you have a copy of everything I went in for the first time as a new patient two months ago I signed up for two months. At that point, I was happy with the service. I recommended my boyfriend. He went in the next day and they gave him total different fees. I questioned them about it and they ended up fixing it. Two months later I called to cancel over the phone and the following month I noticed they had automatically charge my card again. I called and they said that I had to fill out a form that was not provided to me and they would not be refunding me my money so just keep an eye out with whatever you do with them get a copy of everything. read more

Honestly this location the doctor and guy up front are pushy. Almost make you feel bad for not keeping there service. I usually go to the Rancho location off Daycreek and Baseline & love them. I had to go back to Upland because they were my "home" store... any store should be able to cancel you but that is besides the point. I was quitting my membership because I have countless memberships and am not using this one.. waste of money if you aren't using. Basically had to hear a lecture of why my back still hurts because I haven't come in as often as he wanted and I don't do the exercises he recommended. I also don't like they have you fill out a paper of what's wrong each time instead of just conversating with you like Daycreek. He not once talked to me about my pain if something new happened (that paper was all he cared about), again continued to get on me for not coming in and unenrolling with the company. I will go back to The Joint but NEVER the Upland location until the Dr. is no longer there. read more

I've been coming here for about one year now! Love this location, from the ladies in the front to the Doctors themselves.. everyone is wonderful. My main doctor is Dr.Bowen... he is friendly, patient, polite and professional about his work. I always leave with a Happy smile after being adjusted. The best thing about it is you don't have to wait too long, you go in whenever you have time and you get adjusted and leave.
