If you value your health and well being you won't dare let "Dr." Lucas touch you. I'm seriously concerned and I hope the damage he's caused is not permanent. I've been out of work for two weeks now and waiting for an approval on a MRI since he pounced on me. He is far too aggressive. I am small just under 5' and 116lbs. first he was putting so much pressure on my back while I was on my stomach and telling me to exhale that I had to turn to him and tell him "I can't your putting way to much pressure " and that wasn't even the adjustment it was just him with his hand on my back, he replied fair enough but barely released. That's not the move that caused serious damage though. When I was lying on my back and you twist with your knee over your other leg he jumped onto me. I never thought in a thousand years that something like this could happen. I thought I was seeing a trained professional. I have been to chiropractors in the past and only had good experiences. To add insult to injury the office manager never got in contact with me even though I left her multiple messages, and she is aware of how hurt I am. I feel like "Dr." Lucas is completely negligent and incompetent I just hope I get better. read more

I was there this Friday. The doctor who was there treated me with respect and used a lot of pressure but, thats whats to be expected. Tried this place for the first time yesterday due to neck pain and stiffness. The "exam" consisted of the chiropractor looking at my posture when I was standing up. There are no x-rays, MRI's, or any type of machinery used, just the human eye. From there he diagnosed me with a pinched nerve, eventhough I didnt have any of the symptoms to meet that diagnosis. He cracked my back and neck and then told me I would need multiple appointments to correct my pain and discomfort. They then tried to sell me a package deal to include 4+ appointments at a discounted price and he asked me to come back in again the very next day. He said he would email me exercises to do to help with my neck pain. When I didnt received the exercises and called, I was told I'd have to attend at least 3-4 more appointments before he'd email the exercises to me. What a complete joke. If this isnt a scam then I dont know what it. I now have lower back pain that I didnt have before yesterday. I'd rather deal with the pain than give more money to this place. read more

Dr. Stone is amazing! We have been to many Chiropractors and have not been satisfied. My son who plays soccer got elbowed by the ribs. It was hurting him to breathe, he told us exactly what to do to speed up the recovery and in an instant relieved his pain. Sonja at the front desk was incredibly helpful and so friendly! read more

I've never been to a chiropractor previously but I can say the doctor at this location relieved my pain... took a holistic approach to my care and is all about prevention. He doesn't just put a bandaid... he looks at how you got to the point of pain and how can you prevent that from happening in the future. His passion for patients is electrifying. I work at San Antonio Regional Hospital and I am on my feet all day. I love that this location is minutes away and open with extended hours to accommodate my schedule! I came in last week with accrued back pain and tension. I admit that I didn't have too much faith that I could feel better so fast, especially because this was my FIRST ever visit to a chiropractor! I was nervous but decided to try it. After just one adjustment, I instantly felt relief! Dr. Lucas recommended I come in for more visits and with my active lifestyle, he explained how regular maintenance would help me stay loose and pain-free. I decided to get the membership as a wonderful start to the New Year. I have zero regrets. This place is a complete joke, I went to go in and get adjusted . Walked in and didn't even get greeted by the lady in the front and the first thing she said to me after telling her I haven't been in a while was you're gonna have to set up a plan for the doctor to see you continuously, making it seem like I can't even be seen today without setting up a membership. Being a full-time college student even a small membership that they have I cannot afford. As well as she didn't even let me know what those plans were and expected me to know with being there once a year ago which she can completely see that. Then I went back with the doctor and he was also trying to sell me a membership and could care less about the pain I was in. It's not mandatory to set up a membership to be seen and I deafly was not seen because I would not set up a membership. This is a complete joke and no one should honestly go here and waste their money and time. As well as now I will be going to corporate because as you said I am able to get a walk in adjustment & I was completely denied service because I was not willing to do one of those plans.
