After suffering a minor back injury a couple weeks ago, I decided to try my luck with this location. I was very happy to see that they could take me right away! The process was very easy and everyone was very pleasant. After filling out the paperwork for first-time visitors, I was taken back to the tables right away and the chiropractor listened to my description of my current pain/discomfort. He then gave me an explanation of what he was going to do and got right to work. This was my first time getting adjusted in a very long time, so he made sure to talk me through every movement and adjustment and frequently asked if I was doing ok. Writing this review on behalf of the hubby. He recently threw out his back pretty bad and was desperate for relief. He called the joint and they took him right in. After a brief questioner and some measurements from the doctor he came out looking a lot better than he did going on. He still needed some work but at least he was able to walk. Over the next few days he returned a couple of time based on the doctor's recommendations and it significantly sped up his healing process. They are very COVId complaint. All staff wear masks and social distancing is in place. They have their process down to a science. You are in and out in no time but never feel rushed. I've been to a couple of them, and I happened to be leaving work which is 2 miles from the west sac location, and I saw Dr. Justin Fotter. Firstly, I'm 25 and I've been extremely active my whole life, I have had MANY injuries, both bone and soft tissue... and I have been riding/training horses for the last 7 years. In late fall 2019 I broke 3 ribs, had a gnarly concussion and messed up my neck. With covid and everything I just haven't been in to see anyone and let that injury heal alone. However I've been having a really hard time at work with my back and neck. After seeing Justin I went to work the next day to have my trainer ask me what had changed because my entire body language was changed, go figure I could actually move my back!! Kim was welcoming and thorough before and after I saw the doctor, which makes it easy to trust the establishment. She even gave me extra locations that were open seven days a week near my house. Dr.Chhun will give positive and insightful results. I have multiple chronic diseases which, alongside sitting at a desk 12+ hours a day, has created extreme pains and tensions in my hips and lower back. This is the first Chiropractor that I have ever tried and will continue to visit this location because of the staff and Dr. Fotter. I am not one to trust doctors to begin with but over the past month or so, I can say I trust him and what he does, which with me is kind of hard to do. They are all pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. Dr. Fotter understands that everyone is different and takes a different approach with each person. The process for me is going to take a while due to my situation, but Dr. Fotter explained that to me on the first visit after understanding all of my issues. Talking me through the first few visits, Dr. Fotter and the receptionist Kassi Jo and Catrina made me feel comfortable. All of the locations in sac are great. Even the location in Elk Grove. But this one we love most because my husband and I are really comfortable with one of the chiropractors here. I love the entire concept. You scan your keychain in, then wait for a table, 5 minutes they get you adjusted and you are back out. No need for an appt. Come in, get an amazing adjustment, and then get out. I was hesitant as my old chiro in Chicago was great and it would be an hour visit to talk and a lot of questions. However, they ask you how you're feeling, they make notes in the system and follow up when you come in the following week. Definitely a great place for those of us with busy schedules. First time will be a bit of time as you fill out paperwork. After that, it's in and out. read more

There are a few closer locations from my house, but I choose to drive 30+ minutes to the West Sac location to see Dr. Fotter. He does a very thorough adjustment, CONSISTENTLY! Which is not always the case in other locations. I particularly like the neck pull adjustment he does. Which I haven't experienced at other locations.
