The Mrs & I have been coming here for quite awhile now & I must say we feel much better. I can bend over to pick up something off the floor without groaning & hearing popping sounds. Dr Larkin shows his concern from your very first visit. Listening to you explain your miseries & offering various treatment methods. Rather than having the traditional method of manual spinal adjustment, we chose to have him use the "Pro-Adjuster" on our backs. A device that measures the vertebrae, determine which may need adjustment & then gently taps it back into place. I'm sure its' use isn't limited to your spine, but that's where our aches are. All this is done as you sit comfortably in a chair. Dr Larkin is friendly, energetic & easy to talk to. We highly recommend this location for your chiropractor needs. When I first came in during late 2025, I had already spent years trying to solve my pain. I had completed two large NUCCA treatment packages, maintained a chiropractic membership elsewhere for regular adjustments twice a week, and tried other highly rated and expensive chiropractic/physical therapy programs. Despite all of that effort, nothing truly seemed to move the needle. At my worst, everyday life had become painful. Getting out of bed hurt. I started developing plantar fasciitis. Loading or unloading the dishwasher aggravated my hip hinge, sweeping became painful, and even bringing groceries into the house would leave me needing to lie down with a heating pad or therapeutic trigger-point mat. Cooking dinner triggered throbbing back pain that often lasted through the night. Sleep was difficult, and for years I relied on weekly 90-minute massage appointments including deep tissue, cupping, electro-stimulation, and stretching simply to function and get enough relief to rest. Dr. G has a very friendly demeanor and truly listens to his patients. I appreciated that he paid attention to my concerns and adjusted care based on what I was experiencing. The prescribed exercises and treatment plan gave me structure and hope when I had started to feel discouraged. Sam, who is Dr. G's wife, is wonderful at the front desk and always welcoming and kind. Lois keeps everything running smoothly on the days Sam is out. Molly and Raymont in the therapy area deserve special recognition because they were the people I worked with the most. They do an incredible job tracking each client's progress, managing the flow of patients, and somehow still making everyone feel cared for. They guided me through decompression therapy, laser treatment for inflammation, scraping with cooling gel, and exercises tailored to my needs. Whenever I mentioned a new area of pain, they quickly modified my exercises and adapted my program. They are also simply wonderful humans who listen to everyone's silly stories and make the environment feel positive and supportive. I completed the recommended 28 decompression sessions, attending three times per week. After about a month, I noticed meaningful improvement. My hip hinge pain reduced, I could go longer throughout the day without needing my massage tools, and one day I realized I had no pain at all. It honestly felt strange because chronic pain had become such a normal part of my life that I forgot what it felt like not to have it. Today, I'm walking five miles every morning with very little pain, attending Pilates classes multiple times per week, and continuing my stretches and exercises to build strength and support my spine. Do I still have some back pain? Yes. But my improvement has been significant, and my quality of life is dramatically better. I also appreciated seeing the office continue to invest in clients during my time there through updated equipment, after-hours yoga classes, Galentine's events, and other complimentary opportunities that made the experience feel more community-centered and supportive. I plan to continue strengthening my body for another month or two and then reevaluate whether I'd like additional treatment, but I can confidently say this office helped me make more progress than years of other approaches combined. Now that I am in need of one 2 years since the last session that has helped me, all of a sudden they need an MRI because a doctor doesn't feel comfortable doing lumbar decompressions anymore without one. Either this tells me that he fucked up on someone and has a lawsuit on his hands, and now he's actually having to ask for them, because years going to them they have never asked for an MRI for the lower lumbar decompression it's always been X-Rays. So all these years they've been dropping the ball on not asking for an MRI apparently and just taking anyone in for quick money grab. I suggest whoever has been coming here for the same reason, look elsewhere who can attend to your pain sooner.

If you are looking to get your neck or back cracked, they do not do that here. The "doctor" will only use a small spring-loaded handheld tool called an "activator" that is mostly suitable for sensitive patients to "adjust" you. Again, they will not crack your neck or back or anything else. After 6 months, I didn't feel much different or that this type of "treatment" was even doing anything for me. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after enough time, I am not convinced. They started me off with 3 visits a week for a while, then moved down to 2 for a while, then down to 1. After 6 months, I was thinking I was driving a long way and paying a lot of money for this and wanted to discontinue their services. They asked if I was interested in a more budget-friendly plan, and I said that I might be, and to please call me with those details. At the same time, they offered me 3 months to take a break. I took them up on the 3-month break, and they said they would call me with the budget-friendly plan details. They never called me regarding that. Only 4 months later they ended up calling me back trying to get me to resume care, and my response to them was that I thought they had completely forgotten about me. I let them know that I would not be coming back and they said they needed me to sign some paperwork for that, AND that I needed to do it in person. I refused to drive all the way there to sign a document in person and told them it could be done via e-mail. I also wanted all future communications to be done via e-mail so it could be referenced in black and white. Ultimately, I decided to back out of the 1-year agreement, needed to sign a "Request for Discontinuation of Care" form, and ended up owing money. Don't expect your monthly payments and number of visits to coincide, and don't bother asking the front desk if you are paid up as they will not know until an "audit" is done. I made the mistake of taking their word for it. They propose a total cost for the "care plan" and divide it up into 12 equal monthly payments, and to quote them directly from an email, "because you are seen more frequently at the beginning of your care, if you end care early, it is very likely that you will still owe a balance." In my case, I was paying 100% out of pocket and my "care plan" was $177.82 a month, or $2133.84 for the year. Do not fall for the discount offered if you pay in full. When I cancelled, I still owed almost $60 after paying 6 months of $177.82. Re-evaluations also cost $50 each. I would highly recommend communicating any important issues such as billing through e-mail so that you can look back on exactly what was said so there is no confusion or miscommunication. I'll never go to this type of "chiropractor" again. I think they need to re-evaluate their business practices.
