I stopped by to get an adjusted 15 min before closing Sunday Aug 16 and saw someone vacuuming then said there was ONE doctor and 6 customers waiting and being adjusted but was turned away; so I requested the front desk to call Green Valley, The Joint, and he did but no one answered. I drove to the Green Valley, The Joint, then saw Dr Jackson and the girl staff standing there not doing anything as I showed up 3 min before closing. I was turned down as well the service because they said they were about to close. I never had this happened to me even when I still showed up before they closed and I was suffering back issues from a sport I just came from. Dr Jackson from Green Valley, The Joint, said I was there from a year ago that I would have to fill out paperwork and all which would take longer but how do you turn away customers 3 min before closing when I didn't go there past 4 pm. Any compassionate and caring people would not do that to customers whether not been there over a year or a new customer, even to turn away a military veteran, but they only think about their time to go home and not take care of customers. That's messed up. It normally wouldn't take long to adjust me and I fill out things pretty quick, if it's set up properly. Who does that to customers to turn away when suffering back injury from a sport that just happened but think about closing that seems to be more important to keep the policy in place for that? What kind of world do we live in anymore these days? read more

I just wanted to give a 5 star review to Dr. Jackson! He had some big shoes to fill taking over for Dr. Wood and Dr. Smith at this location. He is very friendly, listens to my concerns, makes suggestions about my care. We try things and see how it makes me feel and then I update him weekly. I'm a patient who needs weekly adjustments to feel normal following a bad break in my leg and ankle that required 8 surgeries. The Joint is very convenient for me because of the hours they are open, they are open 7 days a week and I usually have very little waiting time. Dr. Jackson gives me a great adjustment every single visit. He's consistent, does exactly what I need and gets me ready for my week. where can I even start? The front office was nice. They were polite and then you go in the back. It's three beds in a big open room. The doctor spent more time telling me about my x-rays than anything else. I'm the one who had the MRI shot my physicians have already gone over them. I don't need him to tell me then he of course had me lay down. He spent maybe 5 to 7 minutes simply push pushing on my back and neck this is while two other patients were sitting in the same room watching then said OK stand up walk around everything was the same. I asked him don't you work on like the legs the arms because all he did was literally push on my back and neck. Dr. Smith, at the N Green Valley, Henderson location, has always been our favorite chiropractor among a long list of quality chiropractors throughout their network. He listens to your concerns and works on those specfic areas of concern with an emphasis on the whole body approach. For example, you might be having neck tightness that is being caused by a blockage further down in your back or legs. He is very accurate in relieving discomfort and very compassionate about your level of pain before performing adjustments in those problem areas. In addition to great adjustments, he is very well educated and often gives advice on stretching and icing/heat for problem areas post-adjustment. Stumbled upon this place after going a long time with no cracking. With covid l, I stopped going to the guy I was seeing months ago and even though the other guy was great there was always a hassle to make appointments, to wait there etc (even with appointment I was waiting on average 1 hour fo get in). So, I was so surprised to have such a great experience here. First, there was no wait (and yes I am guessing there may be a time when there will be a wait but still, I doubt it would be more than one hour what I used to wait). Then, it was great. It was $29 for the initial visit and going forward I will go for the $69 per month for 4 visits for a bit and then just switch to regular $39 per visit. I feel great and the cracking was amazing. OMG!! I thought this would be a good place chiropractic services....WRONG!! I went there and there is a professional partition from the front to the back of the office, which I assumed led to rooms where the Dr. would come and do your adjustment. Not so! I showed up and sat in the lobby while the receptionist finished my paperwork, all the time noting patients enter, check in with the receptionist and go back behind the partition, again, assuming they must know to go to the first available empty room. I was called by the Dr. to follow him and as we came around the partition I was greeted by a completely open room with 3 adjustment beds and all those patients I spoke of, sitting in chairs waiting for their turn. I was told to sit on the first table, all the while all eyes were on me and I felt SO uncomfortable as the Dr. kept asking all of my medical history about why I was there in front of all these people whom were watching and listening! I should have got up and left then, but, I didn't. Imagine going to your Dr. and sitting in his/her waiting room full of people and the instead of going to a room, the Dr. came out to the waiting room and in front of all those people asking you about your medical history and performing all aspects of medical in front of them!! No way in heck will I ever go back there again!!! You'll save a dime but pay with your dignity! I am a business man, what if one of my clients were in there hearing all of my issues? I would die! Recommend this location. Friendly, spacious, relaxing, no pushy sales pitches. I've seen a number of chiropractors since a neck and spine injury in 2008. When choosing a chiropractor, it's especially important that it's someone who is knowledgeable and who you fully trust to help heal (not hurt) you. Dr. Cozza is one of the best and he listens. He was very thorough with my intake exam and medical history discussion. Plus, he proactively checks-up on my occupational habits since my last visit to identify specific adjustment focus areas for that day. Both Dr. Cozza and Dr. Wolf also perform extremities adjustment (wrists, elbows, knees, ankles) -- not all chiropractors offer this. This provides indescribable relief for the damage done by daily computer work. Dr. Cozza usually works weekends while Dr. Wolf covers weekdays (M-F). Heads up, this is a no appointment office (which I love because of my ever-changing schedule). So sometimes there's a wait. You can call ahead to check on the wait time if you want. Usually, if I have a short wait it's no longer than 20 minutes (which is about the same wait time as an appointment office that's running behind schedule). read more

Another frustrating experience and wait at this joint location. I figured I would go at closing time, Saturday 4pm, it wouldn't be that long of a wait. Well it was 430 and still hadn't been seen, 30 minute wait, and so I left. Granted there was one doctor but it took him 30 minutes to see 3 patients and then sanitize. I'm sorry that is way too long to transition and keep people waiting. It's frustrating cause the customer service and wait times have been horrendous since covid. read more

I didn't realize what I've been missing or know my body could make so many cracking sounds in a short period of time! I decided to try The Joint upon my daughter's recommendation and so glad I did! Dr. Woods is the best and the only doctor usually here. He is amazing at finding those trouble spots that need attention like that nagging --- pain that flares up...he gets to the source and gets me that relief. No more having your kid or wife step on your back indiscriminately. I've tried 2 other locations since first coming here and I have to say this one is the best. The wait time can be a bit but you can check in, go grab a coffee from nearby Starbucks, come back & proceed to one of 3 tables when it's your turn. The process takes an average of 5 minutes but it's never rushed. Treatment is based on your specific needs and Dr. Woods listens & is great. We come here at least once a week on the monthly $69 plan which gets you 4 sessions a month. Additional sessions within the month are only $10. Came in under the assumption X-rays and actual care could be taken on my back. I suffer from bad sleeping and terrible back pain. I assumed incorrectly though as this place doesn't offer X-rays and more over just wants to schedule you to become a reoccurring customer. Staff was very pleasant! Place was clean too! He is very polite, courteous and gets right down to it. I told him what was going on with my back and he made me feel so much better. I wasn't feeing my glamorous self so I was a bit self conscious, but he made me feel at ease and was quick . Definitely have to go back sooner rather than later because of my activities. If you have constant chronic back pain like me then The Joint is for you. A $69 membership gives you 4 visits per month. That's it, nothing extra. Use them or lose them , no refunds on un-used visits. So basically you're paying $17 per visit and nothing more. The reason it's so cheap is that they do not have X-ray machines, TENS units , heating pads or ultra sound technology. You walk in and tell the doctor what is bothering you and he manually manipulates your body ( pressure, stretching your limbs & spine cracking). This is great maintenance for us folks with bad backs and helps a great amount . read more
