He was very thorough during his analysis of what could potentially be wrong. He did a multitude of tests and asked many clarifying questions to confirm or deny his suspicions. His explanation of why things hurt and how things are all connected helped me understand the bigger picture of my injury. I was able to get X-rays the same day to verify if it was a bigger issue than what met his initial tests. I got adjusted and he set a follow up appointment. The initial consultation and follow up were very well priced! After the follow up he provided a potential schedule to further correct the deeper issue that could potentially cause me issues later down the line. Dr Jung is a very educated chiropractor who specializes in the adjusting of the natural curvature of the spine. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking chiropractic care. However there were too many negatives for me to recommend this. I visited 4 times. On 3 of my 4 visits I was seen at least 15 minutes late. On two visits the waiting room was so full I had to stand. The actual chiropractor room is open plan so you have 4-5 people in there getting seen in rotation. However it is the constant hard selling of signing lien contracts why I quit after 4 sessions. In a nutshell I was in an accident. I have amazing Kaiser coverage and my copay is only $10 per visit. I was clear on the phone, my first visit and again second visit I would be using Kaiser and not signing lien paperwork through my accident attorney. The fact is I am going to take the $10 copay over potentially being out of pocket hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a lien. Irrespective of this, I was super clear about using Kaiser again and again but it kept being brought up. On my fourth visit Dr. K put a lien contract on a clipboard and gave me a hard sell saying he could charge his full rates if I signed it and it "wouldn't cost me thousands of dollars" if that's what I was worried about. This was whilst I was hooked up to an electrical current machine. Just weird and really left me uncomfortable having to for the third time in four visits repeat I had amazing Kaiser insurance and would not sign a lien contract. I decided to call it a day after that visit. I am glad others had a good experience and maybe I'm unique because I figure most folks don't have Kaiser high with the $10 copay and the lien makes sense. It could also be that my appointment slots happened to coincide with rush hour at the office? Who knows..

Their auto text and email send me at least a dozen or more reminders and confirmations. They wanted me to email them my health insurance card, and when I tried, it kept giving me an error message. I Called the owner, and he said oh yeah, we have been having trouble, just bring it with you. When I got there, I gave them the card while I completed an intake form. When they found out I was on Medicare, they wouldn't honor the promotion even if I paid cash for the treatment. They don't want you as a patient unless they can really bang your health insurance. Don't waste your time. Not a pleasant experience at all.
