This seafood place is fairly new. I enjoyed the seafood boil but there is room for improvement. While the food was tasty, the portion was small. I added eggs to the boil and I'm glad that I did because they are filling. An additional snow crab leg cluster would have been great and also another piece of corn on the cob. All in all, I believe portions will improve as the restaurant receives feedback and understand what's expected. The restaurant has a nice bar right in the center but it was not quite ready when I dined. The fish was not fried crispy, the wing were fried too crispy, I couldn't eat them. There were plenty of fries, yet, again not well cooked. First, I want to say I really love the Conyers location. However, the Covington location will never get my business again. The food is always great but the customer service is terrible. During my first visit the cashier charged me the wrong amount and the guy (IDK if he was asian/Korean) tried to do a refund and he treated me as if I didn't know how to use my phone. His attitude was terrible and I ended up going to the vape store next door to break $100 to pay for my order. Today, I ordered the same thing, however I ordered in advance but I was too late picking it up and apparently they threw my food away and I had to reorder. This is my wife and I first time here. I don't even know where to start. It took 15mins for our server to finally come and take our order and drinks. We get our appetizer but still no drinks. The food comes but still no drinks. We begin to eat and the seafood boil seasoning was really watery and wasn't the correct seasoning we had order. They also forget to give us a trash bucket. Finally our drinks get here after eating the appetizer and half our food. Then we get the check ($68) and I give the server our card to pay. It took about 10mins for us to get our card back cause the server was talking to other coworkers. We get the receipt back and I was charged $95 and we realized she had given us someone else's check and food order. Me and my wife begin to realize our food was for the other customer and they had our order. The server didn't even say anything about the check mess up and acted like nothing happened.
