To start off with the experience, I had a BOGO from and scheduled my sweet bath at the spectrum place. I called in to set up my free appointment here and was told that I could only get the basic wash. I ended up adding out teeth brushing & paw trimming which came out to the same total of getting a sweet bath. When we got to the place, there was dog hair all over the floor, it hadn't been broomed in a while. They also lost my appointment and was nice enough to take us in right away. The appointment which typically takes 2-3 hours ended up taking 1.5 hours. They request payment and tip before they bring you your pet. I wished I had seen her first because her fur was completely matted (which surprised me because her hair was never matted before I brought her in). I found sticky stuff all over her face which I realize later on that it was toothpaste that wasn't washed off. Her paws also still had really long hair so I ended up having to trim it at home myself and rewash her. Disappointed in my service, when I reached out to them about the issue, they asked for me to bring her back in but I did not have time to bring her in and traumatize her for another 2 hours.

He takes the time to understand their individual needs and treats them with such patience and care. With George's recovery and Waldo's anxiety, that extra attentiveness means everything to us. I always come home to empty trash cans, clean litter boxes and happy kitties. She even gave me a housewarming gift and gifted my kitties Christmas treats and toys! When my kitties broke a vase and she came in to broken glass everywhere, she let me know right away and made sure my cats were OK and had no cuts first, then did a wonderful job cleaning up (I didn't find any glass when I got home!)
