Christina was incredibly kind and accommodating, and within an hour Juan showed up with his truck and trailer, ready to help. Despite already having a nearly full load, he and his helper still managed to take more than we expected. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with such great energy that I immediately knew we would call them again when it came time for the full cleanout. Fast forward to October. I scheduled a full unit removal (almost 1,000 sqft, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and two outdoor storage units). Christina gave us a fair quote for about two trailer loads. On cleanup day, Juan and his helper Owen showed up on time and got straight to work, short-staffed but unstoppable. Juan hauled two full loads to the dump, and before the third run Christina even showed up to help hands-on. My aunt and I jumped in too, and together we almost filled that third trailer. We scheduled an estimate window from 11 to 1, but the morning of, Zach called and said they were running ahead and asked if they could come at 9:45 instead. Luckily that worked for me, and I appreciated the communication. When Zach arrived, he was sociable, professional, and easy to work with. I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros. Nothing was damaged, no scraping walls, no dings, just efficient work. Also worth mentioning: I get a little anxious inviting strangers into my home for work, but I felt totally comfortable. They were respectful, focused, and in and out quickly, and I was genuinely relieved to have those items gone. Only note: I prefer clearer pricing upfront. Quick tip: if you're like me and you want the price to feel locked in upfront, send photos of the items plus the stairway/hallway situation ahead of time. Easy peasy. Highly recommend.
