As of January 1st, I was informed that if I drop off more than three packages, I'll be charged $2 per package just to drop them off. That means a quick, one-minute interaction to scan packages and provide a receipt now comes with a fee. I understand the economy is tough and businesses are trying to increase revenue. However, this policy feels especially frustrating when every other pack-and-mail store and all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) offer free drop-off, with USPS even providing free at-home pickup. This change feels less like a reasonable adjustment and more like being penalized for doing the work myself and using what was previously a free, basic service. While the cost itself may be small, it's the principle that matters. For those who rely on this location solely for high-volume drop-offs like I did, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
