I've had a statement diivered to my mailbox that was opened and ran over by there van. And it's not the first. They put a letter in your mailbox that said they tried to deliver it to your address which is a bunch of BS because the time they said my wife was home all day

    Shrimp

The customer service here was so thoughtful and considerate. I have moved into a new apartment, and I'm never sure what will be delivered to my door and what will be delivered to my mail box. I actually ordered live shrimp for the first time online, and of course (and thankfully) usps didn't leave the package in my mailbox. However, the delivery attempt was made on a Friday, so the next delivery attempt would have to be Monday. And Saturday morning, I received an unprompted call from this post office. Sherri noticed my package with a live animals label and offered to open the post office for me to pick it up. So a huge thank you to the Justin post office! All of my shrimp are alive and well!

Unprofessional and severely lacking in customer service skills. Absolutely the rudest postal employees I have ever dealt with.

Disappointing policy change that penalizes small resellers…read more I've used this pack-and-mail location regularly for my reselling business, typically dropping off 15-20 packages per week across multiple carriers. One of the main reasons I chose this location was convenience: they have pickups from all major vendors in one place and it's always been a pleasant experience up until recently. I print my own labels and pack my own items, which I'm fully aware they offer as paid services. However, doing that work myself is how I keep costs down for my business. Despite this, comments have been made in the past implying that by only using the drop-off service, I'm "not making them any money." As of January 1st, I was informed that if I drop off more than three packages, I'll be charged $2 per package just to drop them off. That means a quick, one-minute interaction to scan packages and provide a receipt now comes with a fee. I understand the economy is tough and businesses are trying to increase revenue. However, this policy feels especially frustrating when every other pack-and-mail store and all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) offer free drop-off, with USPS even providing free at-home pickup. This change feels less like a reasonable adjustment and more like being penalized for doing the work myself and using what was previously a free, basic service. While the cost itself may be small, it's the principle that matters. For those who rely on this location solely for high-volume drop-offs like I did, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I'll be doing in the new year.

I also mail things because the post office has such a long line, but Pack N Mail is much quicker. They have all the mailing materials like envelopes and bubble wrap right there also, so you can buy what you need. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.
