worst mail carrier ever. Especially Keller location, the delievry eople are horrible. Missing mail and packages, late mail, that shows processed at lcal facility today ad it s out for delivery 3-4 days later. Open letter - the ones containng company checks. 2 weeks ago one of their mailmen who couldnt say ne worrd in English was leaving, after knocking on my door once, with my CURRENT passport in his hand , menat to be left in the mailbox. I've been coming here for the past year and appreciate how close this location is. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quick with the service they provide. They are a typical post office that offers stamps, self-service options, cards and mailing supplies. I noticed during noon time is when there can be traffic and plenty of people. I needed four stamps and was just HOPING there was a kiosk. There is! You have to purchase a minimum of two stamps as a heads up. Definitely a time saver! Parking lot has ample spaces. Can we just close this location, Please? The outdoor mail drop has been missing for over 6 months after someone ran into it. How long to rebolt a blue mail box to the ground? Today I went inside to drop off a package, and the drop box was all taped up, "Out Of Service" Is this a United States Post Office or a local non-profit? A handle on the main door was missing for over a year. It has finally been replaced. I was raised in a small town of 3,500 people in Alabama. Their post office puts us to shame. Witnessed a customer harass a postal worker using racial remarks. The worker was very professional and did not let that bother him. Come to find out that worker served our country. Very happy for the 24x7 self service machine. In the past it seems this location was understaffed, but lately there are more employees behind the counter and the line does move better. The drive up mailboxes are good too, as they are not part of the main parking lot. So good designed there. Bottom line: Keep sending me the junk mail, I use it to start the fire in the fireplace, and I'm sure it helps out on rising costs. read more

The outdoor drop box was removed months ago. Prior to its complete removal, USPS had removed the existing mail chute on the box and replaced it with a much narrower opening that created a bottleneck going into the box. Customers still tried to cram their packages into the box effectively putting the box out of service for the rest of the day. The mail drop for packages in the outer lobby has been broken for weeks. I am a handicapped 70 year old woman who uses a rolling walker at all times. I now have to park, get my walker out of my car, try to make it in and out through the double sets of doors with no handicapped automated door opener, rather than drop off at the Drive Thru box from my car. I cannot always make it to the Post Office to ship packages during their business hours, so I now have to drive much farther to a Post Office that has a drop for packages in their lobby. I sell on Ebay to supplement my Social Security. This Post Office's lack of concern for the elderly and disabled is shameful! read more

So I feel like post offices are notorious for basically being about as much fun as the DMV. However, FOR A POST OFFICE, the Keller post office is actually very pleasant. The lines are actually usually relatively short, ecspecially for a post office in a relatively busy city. Not only are the lines usually short, they tend to go very fast. The automated package sender thing I think greatly helps out on the lines. Even though I always just go in line to the in person, because I always get confused on how to use the machine. The people who work here are usually pretty pleasant, and always helpful! For the most part, I like this particular post office! read more

Best post office in the area BY FAR. I resell so I frequently visit many different post offices in the area and there's no competition. They're very thorough and the employees are all top notch. They one star reviews are all ppl that are too broke to afford tape or a car. It's the busiest one in the area and they get stuff done. This is the only post office I can drop a package off on a Sunday through the drop slot and it'll get scanned in same day. read more

Horrible. I went in today and realized my package really needed one more strip of tape. I asked the worker for a piece of tape and he told me because of the type of package he couldn't give me a piece of packing tape and that I could buy it. I don't live close and had to buy the tape. I wanted to leave the tape for others, but I am sure it is just a way for them to sell overpriced tape to people and if I left it the employees would have probably used it for themselves. Just horrible and no care for others. I won't be going here again. Wish I could give it one star. read more

I had a great experience today at the post office. In and out in about 10 minutes. It was longer for me as I was sending something certified. All workers manned all 5 registers and things were flowing. I could hear lots of pleasant conversations. George Jolly waited on me and he was very nice and helpful. read more

I order a small package to be delivered to my friend under my name and When I went to check what was taking so long it said that it was sent back to sender because the mailman didn't recognize the name on the package. So he assumed that it was the wrong house. Honestly this is very creepy that he knows who lives there and it's none of your business whose name is on the package if it's being delivered, Just deliver it. Thankfully the sender is going to send it to my house and I will have to now find another way to get it to my friend but this was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE... read more

Something is not working at this particular post office location. We have lost so much mail that is routed through this post office that goes in and never reaches it's ultimate destination. While I have no complaints about the individuals at this post office I have encountered (they have been pleasant and attempt to be helpful), the workings behind the scenes are beyond poor. I have taken to driving all mail to North Richland Hills. I wish they could figure out how to fix this post office. It's the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. read more

I've been coming here for years and I've always been satisfied. The line inside can be long sometimes but if I'm just picking up mail, someone is usually designated to find the mail for you so I usually done have to wait. If I have to ship a package, I try and use the automated machine but if it's an international package, I'll go inside. Even then, I don't really have to wait that long and have never had any issues with lost packages. The location is kind of secluded but a convenient location for me. The only complaint I have is sometimes the drop by the automated machine is jammed by some idiot shoving his package in there. So I'm stuck having to come back to drop it off after they've cleared the jam. read more

The supervisor at location 520 E Vine St Keller, TX 76248 United States on 2/23/21 at approximately 1530 needs to be looked at closely. He seems unhinged and will cause issues in the future. Please take this seriously. He has violent tendencies. Completely went off the handle at me when I had a question about a lost package. I was calm and he immediately right off the bat stomped toward me, raised his voice and talked down to me. Yelled at me to go to my post office and that he wouldn't help me. Very animalistic and wild behavior from a supervisor. He completely escalated the situation. Incompetence and caused more issues than helping. Uncalled for animal behavior. He should be demoted or removed from his supervisory position if that's how he handles customers asking questions...like I said he is unhinged. I really hope someone reviews his work. read more

USPS is honestly the worst. Package that fits in mailbox ordered and shipped on 5/28 from Plano to Southlake, 22 miles away.. Ordered Tuesday, maybe it would arrive Thursday or Friday latest? Nope.. not at the USPS. Package picked up in Plano 5/28, hangs out in Garland for a day or two... hangs out in Coppell for a day and goes to Fort Worth. Original "Expected delivery of 5/30", now expected to arrive on 6/3 in Southlake. 5-6 Business days to deliver an enveloped sized package 22 Miles!! Such a joke. I was disappointed that my package was tossed on my porch by the Keller Post Office. I heard my package being tossed onto my porch. ( Delivery instructions: ringing doorbell to ensure accountability and delivery.) I'm sure she was aware of the instructions but decided to toss it instead of honoring the request. Hearing the doorbell, I could have collected the package instead of it being tossed/damaged) I walked outside and I ask the lady if my package was this damaged when she threw it onto the porch. She denied that the package was damage because she tossed it on the porch. I ask was it in this condition when it was delivered to the Post Office. She was only concerned with whether I was going to accept the package or not. The Government, in my opinion, is most likely, in time, to bankrupt, or fuck up any organization. Prime example: the USPS. This Keller USPS, unfortunately, is like most branches these days. Here's a list of the fun that can be had while standing in line, or frequenting this branch of filth: 1) Trash, at times, overflows from the garbage cans, and recycle bins. God forbid, one of these lazy morons takes the effort or shows pride in their appearance. 2) Rude, slothful employees, that, in my opinion, have extreme discontent for the mere sight of white people. 3) Supplies. Uh, yeah, rarely stocked. (Hence, the adjective "slothful" in #2) 4) Incompetence. Too damn ignorant to properly handle a change of address from my business address, to my new business address. Rude employ {thick foreign accent} actually insinuated it was my fault. I had proper documentation proving him wrong. If at all possible, save yourself the headaches, and do as much as you can online, or through other companies (e.g. Fed Ex, etc.) My solution. {hold your breath} This is really simple, folks: PRIVATIZE this bankrupt organization, and alas, it will generate a profit again. read more

This post office gets one star because I wasn't able to rate it 0 stars which is what I would have chosen. This is the post office that is supposed to deliver my mail but is so completely incompetent that they can't successfully do even that at least 3 days per week. My whole neighborhood plays the "hi neighbor here is your mail that I received by mistake" game a couple days each week! I receive about 60% of the packages that are shipped to me and if the carrier decides to take a package back to the post office she never leaves a slip. We have to call the post office constantly to make sure they don't just send our packages back to the sender. We have attempted to resolve these issues with the postmaster who is completely incompetent as well. My mom works at the Haslet post office nearby and has heard about how horrible our post office is and how hapless our mail carrier is BUT since it's a job protected by the postal union there is absolutely no accountability or recourse. This post office is every example of why the USPS is a giant failure and how our government is inexcusably ineffective and inefficient. read more

Went to Keller PO bc two items with tracking were supposedly delivered to my house. I spoke with carrier on my street and questioned him about it. Carrier said when he arrives at the address, he scans the package and places in the mailbox. I then went to Keller PO and spoke with the Postmaster, she was of ZERO help. She took down my tracking numbers and never got back with me. Thanks!!! Fortunately the resident were my packages were delivered brought them to me. Her address number was 3925 (different street) and mine 9325. Glad to have good neighbors as I can't depend on the USPS. read more

The couple times I've visited, the lines were not long and the staff was friendly enough. You'll find plenty of packing items for sale, most of them pertinent to sending via USPS. I like the flat rated priority mail that's offered- a great way to quickly send items, regardless of weight, as long as they fit into the selected box. Avoid holidays, that's a no-brainer. read more

If there was anyway we could have our mail delivered by a different means we would. I am absolutely disgusted by the complete incompetence. We have had numerous packages mis delivered, said they were delivered when they were not, and received packages for neighbors 2 blocks away. They in turn had been delivered an extremely rare expensive xmas gift that would not have been replaceable.
