I was instructed to take it to UPS and they would box it and return it, no additional effort was needed on my part. So I stopped by the Post & Parcel and was not disappointed. I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.

Absolutely avoid this postal service at all costs…read more Every single parcel sent from the UK to the US was lost. No tracking, no updates, no accountability. Once your item is handed over, it effectively disappears into a black hole. There is zero visibility, zero responsibility, and zero customer care. International delivery with no tracking in this day and age is unacceptable. When things inevitably go wrong, there is no way to trace parcels, no meaningful support, and no resolution. Just generic responses and complete indifference while your goods -- and money -- vanish. This service is unreliable, outdated, and unfit for international shipping. If your delivery matters in any way, do not use this postal service. Spend a little more and use a courier that actually delivers parcels instead of excuses. AWOID.

They don't offer bundle discounts if you buy 20/25 boxes like uhaul, but fine I was already there. I was prepared to pay more money per box. Once I checked out I went to my car and checked uhaul prices, I was charged $4 for medium boxes, $39 for 10 medium boxes. At uhaul it's $39 for 20 boxes. I came back apologizing saying I'm sorry but with the price 2x as much I needed to return them. The owner was *angry* raising his voice saying there was no price difference arguing with me, as I had the site open ready to show him. He angrily waved me off saying fine and a woman began to refund me. She was huffing, rolling her eyes, acting irritated with me. She didn't refund me tax (they do everything manually), and when i pointed that out and asked to do at first she repeatedly refused...umm that's illegal. Finally she did, with a very unpleasant attitude. At the end I softly said, hey I hope you can understand where I'm coming from. You guys charge 2x as much as uhaul, and I should showed my phone to her. She aggressively raised her voice shutting me down waving me off. Well. Alright. I went to uhaul and bought 20 boxes for $39. Instead of 10 for $39. Most aggressive retail experience I've had. Just...feral. I work retail myself...I was kind, calm, respectful the entire time :-/.

I called the shop to see if it was left behind and to see if they could check to see. The employee wasn't willing to help, so I asked for the owner. He got on the phone and was immediately angry with me for suggesting something was left behind. He went on to tell me that he doesn't make a penny for accepting my pre-paid packages (which is I know is incorrect because I used to work with a shipping shop personally). I asked him to stop raising his voice at me, and as a local resident I would think he would be willing to help me locate this package. His answer...."Call UPS and have fun trying to find it." and then he hung up on me. I've read some poor reviews of this place on Facebook before, but had been giving him the benefit of the doubt. Beware - and know that there are several other ship shops in Trophy Club and Roanoke, and I would advise driving right on down 114 to the next one. In reponse to owners answer - I called the shop to see if the package was still there because UPS doesn't show that it was ever scanned in to their system. I would think this would be the obvious question any normal customer would ask. Did I accuse him of theft? She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful. They not only have all the packaging supplies you need, but also offer copying, printing, faxing, and notary public services. You can also rent a mailbox here and access it through a separate entrance from the main one. They have a cute little area where you'll find candles, greeting cards, even handbags. Very boutique feels.The staff here are great. They welcome you with a greeting when you walk in. I come in often to get documents notarized and Melanie helps me with that. She's always quick and efficient. I really appreciate having them down the street from us. It saves me a trip to the post office and so much time out of my day.

Or to wash your hands to avoid cross contamination. Or not sharing yourself with others food by properly covering while coughing or sneezing. Overall, worth a visit but not a place to run back to.
