Pat is great, love the Kenwood Inn, perfect location and nice pool. We have stayed there three times in the last 8 years

This is the oldest bed and breakfast in St Augustine and one of the best! We enjoyed our time here on a long weekend to see the Christmas lights. We were personally greeted by Pat who was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in a dog friendly room (Caitlin) which was very comfortable - technically two rooms in one! You had to pay $35 for a pet fee which is very reasonable. The place was very clean and cozy and centrally located to the hot spots of St Augustine (within walking distance). The breakfast was also amazing with three courses! Each one was unique and very tasty. Plenty of seating for breakfast inside and out. Overall, we highly recommend this place! read more

Had a lovely stay at the Kenwood our last visit to St. Augustine! We picked a horrible weekend to stay, where it was raining the whole weekend but we really tried to make the best of it! The Kenwood was one of the few hotels which allowed a once night stay, so thank you for offering that!! I loved the personal touches at the Kenwood inn, it felt like you were apart of their family. Its a cozy little bed and breakfast located a short 5 minute walk from the city center area. The do not offer onsite parking, but there is a lot down the street you can park in for free and is reserved for hotel guests. When we checked in we were greeted at the door by the staff. He (cant put my finger on his name) was able to check us in a give us information about the hotel and the local area. We did book a carriage ride through the hotel, but that got cancelled so we booked the trolley tour through them as well. They made the experience easy. They even let us use an umbrella at the door when walking outside! That evening fresh cookies and wine were put out for a complimentary happy hour which of course we took advantage of. They have a beautiful courtyard and patio area including a Koi pond. We did not know what to do since it was rainy and the staff let us feed the fish which was so nice! The room as very cozy and clean, I really enjoyed it. When it came to the next morning, we unfortunately over slept the breakfast because they did not tell us what time it was when we checked in (and I forgot to ask). But Pat was so accommodating and asked the kitchen to cook us a little eggs and bacon!! We checked out and Pat thanked us for staying. Amazing bed and breakfast! The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The welcome fresh baked cookies were very delicious. The location isn't too far to walk to some great restaurants for dinner. The decor is beautiful, cozy and charming. The rooms are well appointed. I somewhat expected to hear other guests due to it being an older house but was surprised at how peaceful it was! The Kenwood Inn is a beautiful, quaint Bed and Breakfast that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in Pat, the Innkeeper made us feel like such welcomed guests. By the second day we felt like family. Our suite was elegant. The 3 course breakfast prepared by Chef Adam was spectacular. Afternoon happy hour was a wonderful way to relax after exploring the historic section of St. Augustine. The guests were all delightful to chat with. We can't wait to go back. We've come back home!!! That's what the Kenwood Inn is to us. It's our home away from home. St. Augustine is a cute little town to visit and explore. Staying at the Kenwood Inn is like visiting your family (if you like your family, it's a bonus). I love my family and we usually will meet here for a nice visit with one another. The gourmet breakfasts are an added bonus!!! There is a nice little kitchenette fully stocked with coffee and tea. Lemonade/ice tea is in the fridge. An ice machine. There is a game room, stocked with games and puzzles. Pat has used this time to update bathrooms. I mean, just come on down. All CDC requirements are being followed. Hand sanitizer is everywhere. Masks are worn in the house. I feel completely safe being here!!! Now let's book our next trip!!! read more

We had an excellent stay here and were treated well, ate well. Enjoyed the historic "Old Town" area and its walkability. Pat was an excellent host. The floors are creaky, the doorknobs are glass, our key was on a tinkly bell, all presenting with the ambient charm. Breakfast was served 830-9:30 in an elegant diningroom or a casual sunporch and a divine 3 courses, with options for those with allergies. Great suggestions for touring, 4 pm Happy Hour with complimentary wine and homemade cookies. Many areas for guests--two parlors, sunroom, front porch, back porch, koi pond area, saltwater pool. Parking is a block away unless you find and pay street parking fees. Complimentary (shared) bikes, walking distance to major sites. Know you're in the oldest B&B in town and the rooms are smaller, decorated to period, with small bathrooms & atypical showers or baths. The hotel is walker/rollator/cane accessible if you can manage the 5 steps into the building and room on the first floor. Not good for wheelchair users. If I had to find fault on our wonderful stay, I prefer a much more firm bed, not hearing dogs bark IN the inn, an alternative juice to oj, a chair rather than bench in the room- all piddly things that certainly did not change our 5 star rating. I simply cannot rave enough about this place. Every room is both charming and admirably quaint. We were supposed to leave to stay elsewhere and ended up cancelling because we'd never experienced such a relaxing and hospitable bed and breakfast like the Kenwood Inn. The beds were heavenly and I slept like a baby. The breakfast in the morning is better than a lot of the expensive neighboring breakfast joints, in my opinion. They'll see me soon! This is my favorite bed and breakfast. Don't miss out on the 4 o'clock wine and cookies. They put out a nice red, a rosé, and a white with ridiculously delicious cookies. I could say more but I'm just going to highly recommend you stay and experience a stunning place that takes amazing care of their guests for yourself. We've stayed at other B&Bs in town before but Pat and her team of amazingness at Kenwood Inn provided us the best stay in town to date! I wanted to book the Bridge Suite but there was a 2 night minimum requirement (we are local St. Aug and just needed a one night stay in town for an event). After talking to Pat and explaining what we were looking for, why we were staying and just the overall of the Inn, we opted for the Country French Room. We noted we would be around the area by noon and she was kind enough to note that as our check in time. We arrived after noon and had a quick and easy *(but informative) check in process. We unloaded the car and parked in the designated parking lot next to the Oldest House. We headed straight out for a quick lunch as we had an event nearby that evening to attend. Once our lunch was over we headed back to the room for a rest and to get ready. The room is just beautiful...very tastefully done. There are plenty of covers to keep you warm on a chilly night, windows that open were a nice treat as we slept with ours open all night, ceiling fan is another nice touch. There is a fireplace, small couch, table and sitting chair in addition to beautiful wooden night stands and dresser. The bath has a small shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. There is another door in the bathroom that leads to the veranda porch overlooking Marine street with a hammock, two chairs and a table ( I spent a lot of time out here). We were unable to enjoy the afternoon cocktail hour as we had to go check on the event space to make sure it was ready but they had a variety of drink options and I would have loved to have stayed and enjoyed conversation. Guest Pantry: I have to call this out because it is something that every bed and breakfast should have and one of our favorite things. In the guest pantry at the bottom of the stairs there is an ice maker and beverages for guests to enjoy!! The morning I usually find myself alone with coffee at pretty much every place. It is my curse and my comfort that I wake up so early. There was freshly brewed coffee in the living room when I went downstairs, I took my coffee to the courtyard and to my absolute joy two beautiful german short haired pointers came out to greet me!! I spent time cuddling until it was time to move for Barbara to set up for breakfast. Listen y'all Barbara is one of the sweetest. Take time to say hello to her and the owner Pat...they are just wonderful. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and sooo much beautiful and tasty food. I loved the eggs with spinach and mushrooms, ham yumm, potatoes, fruit and there was more I didn't have the room in my belly to try out. I gave the inn 5 stars b/c there really isn't anything that went wrong. I would recommend if you stay in the Country French Suite you move the glass table close to the couch prior to bed so you don't hit your shin on it in the middle of the night. Would I stay here again? I honestly can't think of a place I would rather stay when overnighting St. Augustine. read more

Our stay in room 9 was uncomfortable. The bed was uneven and not the pillow top I imagined. The shower was extremely tight, no water pressure from rusty shower head and black mildew on tile as well as shower curtain. See photos. Dust, dirt, old clothes and junk were found in the room. Bikes are rusty and dirty. Dirty floor on deck. Breakfast was subpar with fake eggs. Lack of clean dishes and inadequate supply of coffee. The staff was pleasant. The Kenwood Inn is my HOME when I come to St. Augustine. This is my third time staying at this lovely bed and breakfast. What really made the experience stand out was Pat. She does a wonderful job running the place and makes you feel like family! Her staff is wonderful! The Kenwood Inn is in prime location where downtown is only a 5 minute walk away but just far enough to be peaceful and away from the noise. Their 3 course breakfast is different every morning and makes me excited to get out of bed. (I don't usually wake up this early on my own!) The sheets are buttery soft and heavenly to sleep in. They are dog friendly and so easy going. I would highly recommend this property. read more

Lovely Inn! The staff was very nice...they couldn't do enough for you! The breakfast was tasty with different breakfast items each morning.,,,free drink every morning such as Bloody Mary or Sangria. Each night there is wine and cookies served. That was an awesome treat. A piano player on Friday night...I thoroughly enjoyed that . We stayed on the third floor...two bedroom suite with our own living room, bathroom, fridge, microwave, Keurig. Overall the rooms were clean. Beware that the shower floor is slippery. This is a very old building so it will never be perfect. They work hard at updating or maintaining the building. I'm sure projects are never ending. The only issue that I thought was that the oriental rugs need to be replaced or cleaned. They are heavily soiled. Be aware that this is part of a very old city with a lot of history. The city is haunted and the Kenwood is part of the ghost tour. The inn is haunted. We did witness activity. Of course, there is no danger to guests that I'm aware of. Stories are all over the internet. You should be aware if this would be difficult for you. Overall, a very nice place. read more

OMG!! So lovely and perfect location. You can wander down Saint George Street , go to one of the many restaurants, live music, walk up to the top of the Bridge of Lions, all within walking distance. The plantings around the building are lovely to look at and the pool is a perfect ending after a hot day, from start to finish you won't find a better experience than The Kenwood Inn! Just returned from a wonderful weekend getaway at the Kenwood Inn in Saint Augustine. Everything about our stay was fantastic, but by far what stood out the most was Emmanuel! He was the first person we met and the "face" of the inn the entire weekend. My partner and I loved our stay at the Kenwood Inn. Upon checking in, we were provided a short tour of the house. The Kenwood provides a nice pantry with cold drinks (lemonade, tea, water) and a wine hour. We had the Captain's Suite which was spacious and has a nice balcony area. We felt like royalty in the king sized bed that has a little step stool to climb up. Breakfast was delicious and light. The first morning we had eggs Benedict with a strawberry and cream parfait and the next morning we had an apple granola parfait with a sausage and mushroom omelette. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool area due to rain but we look forward to coming back. All attractions and museums were within walking distance so need for Uber or rental which was nice. read more

We could not be more pleased with everything that Pat and her staff provided us last weekend. The blue porcelain Room was beautiful! We purchased the elopement package and it was amazing! It included my gorgeous bouquet, the most delicious mini wedding cake, champagne and a carriage ride. The breakfast each morning was out of this world delicious! Look, if you are used to 5 star hotels, then inns and B&Bs probably won't impress you, as with some aspects of the Kenwood Inn. It was a little warm for my taste in the room, with no thermostat. The wifi didn't work, which I didn't want to call about since it was midnight. But they are getting 5 stars because Pat the proprietor was one of the most accommodating and genuinely nice people I have ever stayed with. She cares very much about her guests and went out of her way in every way possible. I was only there one night, but I will definitely visit again. And they after pretty friendly! My daughter and I stayed for one night in room #6, The Bridge, on our way to Orlando. This was our first time staying at a B&B, so we were excited. The staff was amazing, from the young man who checked us in, to the host who checked us out and the super friendly Chef who let my daughter feed the Koi. The house sits on a crowded street corner, the online pics are a tad deceiving. There is a huge awkward extended cement curb in front of the inn that looks as if it has done some serious damage to vehicles over the years. I had to constantly mentally remind myself to not pull forward when loading and unloading in front of the inn, having that there makes no sense. Our room looked like the pictures with a couple of negative exceptions. The sleeper sofa/couch in the sitting room was filthy, and when I pulled the sleeper out, it was also dirty. I assumed - 2 tenants - they'd prepare the sleeper, just in case, they did not. I'll blame that on lack of communication on my part (?). My dau. is 16, she doesn't want to sleep with her mom. I ended up on the couch next to her bed. The bedroom was unbelievably hot, like sleep in your birthday suit hot. We did eventually fall asleep, but due to the room being on the first floor, roadside and having original windows - you could hear every hoof, human and engine that went down the road til about 11 pm. We had just fallen asleep when I was awoken shortly after midnight by a loud knocking on the wall next to the couch. This knocking continued for a long time (long enough for me to record it), along with heavy footsteps in the room above us. It was so annoying that by 2 am, I grabbed a towel in frustration, layed it across the nasty couch in the sitting room, closed the door, turned on the TV, grabbing about 2 hours of sleep before the sound of engines woke me up in the early morning. I mentioned it to the host and she pulled up the guest list to show me that the room above us was vacant. (insert ghost emoji). Whatever spirit hangs out upstairs, is heavy footed and didn't want me sleeping on the "nice" couch. Our second issue, I understand it's an old house with creaky slanted floors but for anyone booking room #6, put a towel at the bottom of the shower door and point the showerhead up and away or you will walk out to your own little pond in the corner of the bathroom where the shower water drains to. There is damage in that corner of the bathroom from sitting water. The room was very clean though. My daughter's favorite part was meeting other guests and chatting them up at breakfast. We told our ghost story and another patron told us that she had an experience too, she awoken to find a glass ashtray under her pillow. The 3rd issue - besides the car damaging curb out front, is the parking. You have to park 2 blocks away and with the increased number of homeless ppl that reside in the historical district, I was scared dropping the car off, walking back and going to get the car early the next morning. It's remote during off hours. It definitely was an eventful experience but I would say we can mark B&Bs off our bucket list forever. The best part, was the ppl we met and dealt with. read more

Words cannot express how much we love this place. This is the second time we come and are totally committed to making this an annual stop for my husband and I. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a private entrance (because we had our dog). It initially was not the room we booked, but were extremely happy with the replacement. The bed was super comfortable. The personal attention was so warm and welcoming. From checkin to breakfast to checkout. It's just an amazing experience. Things to note, it is an older building and floors creak, bathrooms are a little dark, rug could use replacing. But if you understand that this is all part of the home's character, you will totally enjoy it here. We also learned that there are a few rooms that are haunted. We didn't know this the first time and may not have gone then. But this time, room was already paid for. Do not worry, we did not experience anything. And we loved it so much, we were not afraid of meeting any ghosts. Lol. read more

I'm not sure what these reviews about the gourmet breakfasts are. When we were shown our room we were told there would be a gourmet breakfast at such and such time. Well, my husband went down there during the correct time and it was literally cold cereal, milk, and fruit. No lie. I don't even have cereal in my own home. Usually when I stay at a B and B they serve various other things throughout the day. Like cheese and crackers and wine in mid afternoon. Cookies available in the evening. Bowls of fruit available all the time. The room we were in was very nice. The black washcloths and makeup remover wipies are a nice touch. It's a cute place with a nice yard/ patio, but probably would choose a different place. Also, parking was misrepresented to us. Hospitality doesn't seem to be a strong suit here. read more

If you're going to stay in Saint Augustine, stay here! You will not receive a warmer welcome from any hotel or frankly, any B&B owner. We enjoyed the salt water pool, the bikes, the delicious breakfast, and the jacuzzi tub. The house was built in the 1800s and she has fixed it up beautifully. Excellent spot for a wedding or event but it's right next to town and the water so there's so much to do. read more

Hospitality was great, food was awesome and the location is excellent to walk anywhere in town. However, we spent three days there and the first night was spent listening to a screaming baby, the second afternoon/evening and third morning were spent listening to a toddler run around for hours in the room above us, not to mention the ruckus at breakfast the following morning. When we complained, we were told the inn was "family friendly", but it appears that is to the exclusion of the other guests' comfort. I don't imagine anyone expects to spend that kind of money on a bed and breakfast and then listen to infants and toddlers the whole time. It really ruined our trip as far as enjoying our room. This is not good place for a couples looking for a nice quiet vacation. read more

We were prepared to love this quaint old bed and breakfast in the Old Town area of Saint Augustine. The photos looked charming, the amenities (comfortable beds,ample parking, internet and breakfast included) seemed complete and the email communications were reassuring. We were asked to confirm our arrival time so the room could be ready. Concierge services were offered and a warm welcome promised. Didn't work out that way. We pulled up to the Inn on a narrow one-way street with no place to park -- we later learned that their lot is three blocks away -- and threw our luggage to the curb and double-parked around the corner. We walked into the front parlor of the Inn to be greeted by ... no one. After five minutes of searching, a very harassed staffer appeared carrying dirty linens. We introduced ourselves and asked for our room key. We had confirmed a 3:00 check-in. She told us that, with only herself and another colleague to clean and handle reception, it would be at least an hour before we could get in our room. As it turned out, it took three. When we finally gained access to the room at 6:00 pm we discovered: the king bed sagged deeply in the middle, the pillows were as flat and hard as concrete, the shower did not produce hot water and the internet password didn't work. We attempted to reach the front desk by phone and in person, but of course no one was there. Other guests were also becoming concerned and were milling about searching for assistance. A new couple arrived looking for a room. Finally a guest located the staff -- they were sitting on the curb a block away from the Inn, clearly over-worked and exhausted. We walked down the street and asked about hot water and Internet access. We were told that the plumbing in our room had been repaired incorrectly and that maybe the cold water setting could provide hot water (it did!) and that perhaps the Inn management had changed Internet providers and we would be given a new password (we never were). The entire experience left us tired, sore and feeling very ill-used. We would have complained, if we could ever have found someone to listen. read more

My family and I love the Kenwood Inn and can't wait to come back. My husband and I had our wedding reception here in 2015. We rented out the inn as we had a number of out of town guests, and they all enjoyed their stay. The owner, Pat, was a pleasure to work with and very reliable. The staff was extremely hospitable as well. The rooms were decorated well, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious, and everything just went so well. We all felt so comfortable and like we were at home. We just got home from our 3 night stay at The Kenwood Inn. We stayed in Caitlin's rooms since it was the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids ages 7 and 10) as well as our English bulldog. This was the perfect room for us since we could be separated from the kids at night and also had a door right out to the porch and courtyard so I could literally roll out of bed and go to breakfast in the morning. The property is beautiful and very well maintained and the kids loved the pool. The location is is right in the historic district and it is an easy walk to all the main sites, the marina and a few trolley stops. We loved that is was a pet friendly property so our pup could hang out with us at breakfast every morning. The owner Pat even has 2 sweet dogs that live on the property. The breakfasts were amazing and better than what we could get at any of the local restaurants! Even my son who is a very picky eater said it was the best breakfast he ever had! Pat was so welcoming and treated us like family. We can't wait to bring the rest of our family back to stay at The Kenwood Inn in the future! read more

Mixed feelings about our stay at the Inn. Pat and her staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Lovely breakfast and wine social hour. Décor of main floor beautiful. We were awakened the first morning at 6:15 by a dog barking for over 40 minutes. Loud dog barking same evening around 11 pm although Pat the owner after being notified did come to get the dog. Our room was nice but with a tiny bathroom. We were adjacent to a room being remodeled. Being made aware of that before booking should have been done. We would not have selected that room. Workers began at 8am. Impossible to sleep in or take an afternoon nap. the remodeling was being done on wall next to the bathroom so every conversation of the workers was heard, and the electricity was turned off periodically. Amazing attention to detail, the room decor, the food, the welcome wine, the waters in the room, COVID-cleaning constantly, warm and inviting home and personality all made this a wonderful trip!! My wife, Nicole and I made a quick business trip from West Palm Beach, FL to Jacksonville we where stayed at a bed and breakfast for 1 night before returning home. On our way back, Nicole talked me into sporadically extending our get away an extra night with St. Augustine being our destination. We drove into St. Augustine, me behind the wheel, and Nicole working hard on her iPhone to try and locate the best, most unique, Bed & Breakfast in town. Finally, she found it; The Kenwood Inn. Because we were so close we decided to make a visit and book the room in person. We drove up to the beautiful historic home to find the sign out front "No Vacancy." Nicole searched and searched on her phone to try and find a comparable Bed & Breakfast with a Vacancy. She found a couple, but nothing that had compared to the pictures she had seen online of The Kenwood Inn. Finally after 30 minute long search we decided to call Kenwood and we ended up getting lucky! They had one room (#17) that just became vacant. Now to summarize the stay - Room Rate - was around $185/night, which was very comparable to all the other B&B's (although the others were less desirable, in our opinion) - Location - we loved the location. We spent the night walking the area... my wife visited shops and in the area, we had a couple drinks at local bars and restaurants, held hands, and walked down the 400 year old pavered streets. - Room - After walking the streets we grabbed a bottle of wine, walked back to our room which was very spacious, had a very comfortable bed, and a Jacuzzi tub. (that's living) - Service - We took our time getting out of bed, which was great for a change. After some pillow talk, we made our way downstairs into the living room where we poured ourselves some coffee and then continued out to the patio where we were waited on by 2 very happy, accommodating servers that were just incredible. I also noticed another lady run 3 plates out of the kitchen, which when we were checking out, I found out was the owner. Hands on owner has led to a great staff and operation in my opinion. - Breakfast - When we checked in we were told that the menu changes daily. That all the food is very fresh, clean, and they do their best to keep the food simple and healthy. As soon as we sat down our server offered us a peach smoothie with peach rum! I excitedly opted in (of course, for fun) and my wife went with the orange juice instead. 1st course, they brought us fresh fruit with some sort of fluffy yogurt (I'd call it healthy whipped cream) and a crushed nut, granola topping of some sort I think. Main course, was a montecristo (breakfast sandwich with turkey, ham, and bacon). The presentation of the food was pretty fancy, they drizzled sauces and used fruits as garnishes. The breakfast was great. - Staff - When we checked in the lady that greeted us was very welcoming and informative. She was very friendly and allowed us to ask her a bunch of questions and spent about 10 minutes with us. She told us all about the house, it's history, and educated us on St. Augustine. She grabbed a map and a sharpie marker and went to work for 5 minutes circling and explaining places that we would want to visit and options for eating. She insisted and even moved her car across the street so that we could park right in front of the Inn. Dinner - For dinner we went to the Ice Plant, I highly recommend. You'll have to drive there but It's on the list of one of coolest restaurants I've ever been to. It's a farm-to-table restaurant. Great food and the place was an experience in itself, and we got out of there for around $75 with an appetizer food and 2 drinks. Parking - Parking in St. Augustine is atrocious but thankfully Kenwood has about 7 spots right in front of their B&B. They also have a contract with "The Oldest House" and has many assigned spots in their parking lot which is just a block over. We actually parked my truck in the lot and enjoyed the intimate walk twice during our stay. - Free Wine - for whatever reason that was something my wife was very excited about. They serve free wine in the evenings and I think it's a social gathering of the guests if you want to make it one. Otherwise you can always head back up to the room, or the patio with your glass. - Pool area - They have a beautiful pool area, and free bike rental. We really wanted to ride the bikes around the city but ran out of time. - Pet friendly - we seen guests there with dogs, and the owner has 2 beautiful dogs which were great. One of them was scouting for lizards and the other jumped up on the side of the koi pond for a drink. Although it was short, it was a very special time for my wife and I. I felt like we really connected and somehow this just turned into a really great trip for the both of us. Life is busy and hectic as business owners, spouses, and parents. Nicole and I are excited about visiting The Kenwood Inn again, I'm sure it will be in the near future. read more

My husband brought me to the Kenwood Inn for the first time three years ago. I was smitten from the moment we entered. We have gone back a few more times - it feels like we are coming back home. Just recently my husband surprised me for my birthday with a stay and the Kenwood Inn and had our adult children show up! The kids finally saw why it's so special. Pat is a wonderful Innkeeper. Very thoughtful, kind and proficient. Here staff is equally wonderful. Barbara treats each guest as if they are a guest at her own home. The breakfast is spectacular, the rooms are absolutely charming, the location of the Inn is perfect. We enjoyed walking the brick roads to downtown or catching the trolley to sightsee. Bicycles are available to borrow if you want to explore a little further. Locks are provided if you want to stop for a bite to eat or do some shopping. Parking is somewhat limited but guests may park in a lot a very short distance away. We park our car when we arrive and walk or bike to everything. We have stayed at another in Tennessee which was very nice but certainly not as welcoming as the environment that Pat has created at the Kenwood Inn. read more

We had a wonderful time during our recent visit to Historic St. Augustine. The Kenwood Inn is conveniently located and a short walk to the Historic District. Pat and the Staff were wonderful and kind, always smiling, hospitable and willing to offer assistance with anything. Pat met us at the door and assisted us with our belongings. With her kindness we felt right at home. We stayed in the Lavender room, located on the second floor. This is a smaller room which is perfect for two. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated and the shower is remarkable. The queen bed was amazingly comfortable. This room also includes a small porch with two chairs and was a perfect area to end our evening each night. The décor in the house and bedroom was exactly what we were looking for. This B&B also includes a wonderful saltwater pool and a courtyard highlighted with a wonderful Koi pond. Pat prepares the meals, our breakfasts were creative and delicious, served on beautiful china and enjoyed in the courtyard. During our stay, Saturday night included a 2 person band, we had planned to go out that evening but decided to say and enjoy the band and we were not disappointed. We will be back and the Kenwood Inn will be the B&B we will stay at for our yearly trip to St Augustine. Mark and Colleen read more
