This location is organized, efficient, and actually knows how to move people through the selling process. The employees seem to have defined roles, the buyers are able to actually BUY without the entire operation grinding to a halt, and even when they're busy, things move. The difference between this location and Studio City is honestly night and day. Same company, same basic business model, completely different execution. The staff here are also friendly and professional without the weird too-cool-for-you attitude I encountered at Studio City. Nobody acts like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging you. They just do their jobs, keep things moving, and somehow manage to create a much more pleasant experience in the process. I've sold here multiple times and this location consistently feels well run. After seeing how chaotic and inefficient another Crossroads can be, I appreciate this one even more. If you're deciding which Crossroads to sell to in LA, skip Studio City and come to the Santa Monica Blvd location. It's not even a comparison.

The item has only been live for 5 days! Five days! And I'm potentially looking at earnings of less than $20 (unless the price is dropped again!) for a pair of Armani shoes. I could have sold these shoes for more at a garage sale. Can someone please explain to me why the price would be lowered by 20% after only 5 days of being available? As a consigner, it is infuriating to see the earnings decrease by such an amount that it makes me consider even working with The RealReal again. For $18.40 I could have taken these shoes to Buffalo Exchange and gotten more. I'm very disappointed.

The lady (who I believe is the owner) does allow people to shop on their own but if you need recommendations or assistance, she's very happy to offer suggestions.
