Another person brings my bag to the window and says "Merry Christmas "(I wasn't feeling very merry). She says it again and i said "you took too long" she said "ok, Merry Christmas!" Happy New Year and a few other things to make sure I felt put down somehow. I've been working twice as long as she's been alive. I remember when commercial was treated with some urgency, competency, and friendliness. They are none of these things.
