Rick has been in the mortgage lending business for twenty-eight years. He is well versed in all types of mortgage lending, Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA home loans. He was an owner and mortgage broker before becoming the Branch Administrator for Texas Bank Mortgage Waco. Rick has trained loan officers, processors, and underwriters and has taught mortgage originators in all aspects of mortgage lending. "My 22 experience in this industry has led me to the conclusion that product knowledge and the upfront education of the buyer is paramount. With my ability to customize a loan program which not only meets the needs of the borrower now, but also in the future, is the key to a successful transaction.
