Allstate takes advantage of Senior Citizens!…read more I just received a letter from Allstate Insurance refusing to pay for damages to my vehicle. My insurance has determined that I was not at fault for this accident. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security. I have an excellent driving record and have NEVER had any claims. Allstate also determined that their client was not at fault, and offered no further explanation. This is Allstate's way of preying on profit over people. Their client who is an 18 year old, inexperienced driver unable to control his vehicle, hits my rear quarter panel on the drivers side while he's turning from the left onto my lane. How is that my fault? It is hard enough on a senior, living on Social Security having to pay a high deductible plus a probable premium increase due to an unjustified claim. If you have Allstate Insurance or if you're in an accident with someone who has Allstate, you can bet your bottom dollar you won't pry a red cent out of these Crooked Insurers for your damages! Don't trust Allstate!

They said I was paying behind. No insurance company has you pay behind. Have always had to have a payment to start. Have always had it auto withdrawn due to brain injury. Need it taken out on 5th of month but they can not do that with my house, but continue with my car. Two faced people in this office. Find another agent or a complete different company.

Between two different local agents our insurance was almost cancelled twice because they could not get billing and autopay correct. This despite my husband having to leave work twice "to sign paperwork for autodraft." This does not include when we signed up. A problem we didn't need to deal with every six months.
