I opened my two business accounts in San Antonio, then I moved to the Waco area about 13 years ago and I have used the Hewitt branch for all of my banking needs. However, I had a very disturbing dialog with a person identified as Jason. He was very rude, and unprofessional. I have never seen him before, however, he indicated he has worked for BOA for 8 years. I asked him for a simple explanation to a systems problem, and he was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation. I explained that I was offended by his attitude and reminded him that serving his customers should be his priority. He simply said it did not matter to him; he would have a job with BOA regardless. I ended up going to the branch on Valley Mills, who were able o provide the service I was accustomed to receiving. I will never return to the Hewitt branch; I am very disappointed that BOA would employe such a person to handle customers. Since this has been the only time in 20 years this has ever happened, I consider this to be an exception, not the rule for BOA.
