My friend asked for no mushrooms on her wrap, she still received mushrooms. the next time i visited, the girl working the till ignored me, and invited her 2 friends up to order even though i was infront of them and completely ignored me. i confronted her about this and she said she "didn't see me." like wow... didn't see the person standing in front of your 2 friends?.... The people being hired here are obviously extremely questionable. the last time i went, i asked for no onions on my wrap, and yet there were still onions on my wrap. Management needs to have a serious conversation with their staff about attitudes and attentiveness towards the customers and more care over the food. only adding extra star for good coffees.

The other breakfast plate we ordered the full Jax biscuits and gravy was also disappointing. It says bacon or sausage and my husband asked for both (this is an extra charge of course and we understand that) but they gave us one sausage link. I wish I was joking but I don't know how anyone can charge extra and give you one link so I took a photo to share. After years of coming here, I think this will be our last visit.
