Despite fixing every mistake within a day, he was singled out while others with the same errors were ignored. The coaching is unqualified, communication is nonexistent, and the environment is toxic--especially for immigrant families. My son, who is faster than half the team, was told he "does not fit" in a cruel email during Easter. This is not a supportive club; it's a disgrace. I will be reporting this experience to USA Swimming to protect other families. Avoid this place at all costs.

Management is helpful and attentive to my need to push her in certain areas and they take constructive criticism well. They're always trying to improve and asking what we like or don't about our time here. I have referred a couple friends and they also had positive experiences. At times the kids paired in the class don't seem to be as advanced as my kid and that can lead to slower times transitioning to the next exercise but overall we have had help with makeup classes, tailoring teaching methods to my kiddo and I've seen first hand how well they work with adaptive swim and special needs kids. I have done a lot of research on classes in the area and this is hands down the best option with the most flexibility and cost is reasonable. Best coaches for us have been Azul, Makayla, Patton, Natalie, and my daughter also likes Heidi however I feel they spend more time talking then learning so I have put notes in to limit that and redirect to skills work when it's just her and my kiddo in the pool. I don't like the 3 kids to 1 instructor but if the kids are all matched by skills and listen (it is a class. If your kids just wanna play or you can't get your kid to focus go to a public pool, don't waste my money and time with a coach having to constantly redirect your kid) it runs smoothly and each kid gets a solid 10min of swim time which is a decent time to perform skills and learn. We do 2x a week and that's better for us. The swim clinic seems to be more intensive and focused but I haven't tried it due to our schedule so I can't speak on that personally. I responded May 4th saying that we will cancel our service, and was told a 30 day notice was required. I was never told how to provide notice, given a link, or followed up with. I believed since I didn't receive anything saying my notice given on May 4th was insufficient, that our membership was cancelled. I texted on June 1st just to confirm that it was cancelled and was told I never provided notice, even though I texted them a month earlier on May 4th. I am now being charged fully for both May and June, even though I provided what I thought was sufficient notice on May 4th and was never given other instructions on how to cancel. The Manager said it didn't matter that I gave text notice, that I would still be charged two full months (~$1800 for my two children). We had had a great experience up until today. I am severely disappointed and angry at how this was treated because I was not told of how to properly give notice and thought I had done so on May 4th. Management will not work with you to make something right or to keep customers happy. I would not recommend using this company if you value your hard earned money.
