First, management was nowhere to be found during business hours. I was there for two hours and never saw an employee. I spoke with others and they said the manager is rarely there. I did not see coaches or cleaning crew either. The door didn't latch properly and I was able to walk right in. Does this location even care about the security of its members? I question whether the camera system works or is even installed. (Usually you can see a screen in the office but I did not see one.) I would be worried about late night workouts. Also, I saw two other people come in, interested in membership, have to leave because no management was found. The gym itself was filthy--trash cans were overflowing, the windows have spiderwebs on the inside, and the advertising on the windows were dirty, curled up along the edges and also blocked natural light. It gave the place an unwelcoming, neglected feel. On top of that, the men's shower area was in terrible condition--the bench was broken in the down position which makes showering impossible, and the shower curtain was downright gross. The toilets, sinks and shower look as if they have not been cleaned in months. Even the walls and floors were scummy. Broken mirrors. Dirty windows. If there's a Covid-25 outbreak, this place might be ground zero. There were plenty of machines available since there were only a couple of other members. The place feels abandoned. So two stars cause I was able to get a workout without waiting. Overall, this gym needs serious attention. The Anytime Fitness brand is usually dependable, but this location is not up to standards. I hope management takes action to clean up and improve security, but for now, I wouldn't recommend stopping here. There's a Gold's Gym a block away and several other fitness centers in the area.

When a business charges a customer, a receipt or notification should be sent--that is basic and reasonable. I was a very good customer for almost three years. I was charged only twice total--once for a late cancellation and once for a no-show--and in both cases, I did not intentionally book those classes. Despite this minimal history, there was no flexibility or understanding. The way this was handled felt inhumane and unfair, especially toward a long-term customer. Transparency and basic communication were completely missing. Finally, after reading other reviews, I realized I am not the only one experiencing this. Many others have reported similar issues--this is a bad business practice. Stay away from this unclear and misleading gym. If you value transparency, notifications, and fair treatment, look elsewhere.

I have tried at least 10 yoga studios in the past year and this is, hands down, my favorite place…read more The staff is cordial, the studio space is clean (15 minutes between classes but they mop it down when they can), and the classes are kick ass. I tried to attend classes at different times throughout the day to get the feel of the crowd, different instructors, and variety of class flows. All classes go at a fairly quick pace so you will need to know your yoga poses or peek over at your neighbors. Don't worry, there are plenty of people in class. It ranged anywhere from 10 to 30 yogis. The Sculpt and Detox Flows are the best classes as they incorporate dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and resistant bands. Fun stuff! The instructors are helpful, upbeat, and motivating. A cold, wet lavender towel is offered at the end of class and it is truly blissful after an hour of 100+ degree of hot, sweaty yoga. It is pricey at $150 per month or $25 per class but it really is worth it if you go a few times a week. It was so addicting that I went 12 times in 14 days. Just after two weeks, I felt leaner, stronger, and more carefree.
