Then again when she's on her way with ETA with another text when she's about 5 minutes away. So as you can see very good at communication. The items I found that weren't cleaned were, wipe down of the the stovetop, microwave, windowsills, underneath the credenza (as per specific discussion). The bathroom upstairs had hair/dirt on the sides and behind the toilet. The chairs in the dining room with the cat weren't total vacuumed, the other chair wasn't vacuumed at all. We had specificly talked about that as well. The stairs weren't vacuumed. The shelf under the TV wasn't completely dusted. Not even sure if the pictures or anything else were either. When requesting a partial refund this is the response I received... "Sorry I missed a few spots, you paid for a regular clean that is on discount ,not deep clean. Microwave and stove and all windows was not included, especially for that price. I also did extra work for free, such as cleaning most interior windows & which we only discussed for the porch and upstairs. Inflexible and Unreasonable Scheduling Clean Crew LLC requires a four‑hour arrival window (12-4pm) and Margie refused to narrow it down, making it nearly impossible to plan around work. There was zero willingness to accommodate a reasonable request. 3. Poor Quality Cleaning and Missed Tasks On 4/8/26, two cleaners arrived at 1pm and were let into my unit by the building's Property Manager. After paying the invoice and inspecting the unit, I discovered multiple areas- listed by Margie herself - that were not completed: Carpet corners still had debris The vent was untouched Outlets were not cleaned Blinds were not cleaned For a move‑out cleaning, these are basic expectations. 4. "24‑Hour Reclean Policy" Used as a Shield When I reported the missed areas, Margie texted that they could return the next morning, citing their "24‑hour reclean policy," and that they would only address the specific items I listed. I ended up opening the vent and cleaning it myself. They then began gossiping in Spanish and called their supervisor, Carlos, who proceeded to reprimand me over the phone, claiming they "don't clean inside vents"- even though it was on the task list provided by Margie. When I explained that communication was difficult because the workers did not speak English, he accused me of being "racist" and bizarrely asked if I was from Somalia or India. The shut off valve was old and broke when he turned it off and they handled this like champs. He even said I could hire a plumber if needed and cover the cost to replace the valve. Luckily that wasn't needed and it was an easy $20 fix which they still insisted to pay for. I really appreciate how they handled this. I would highly recommend these guys!
