It was total crap--many of the functions didn't, well, function; there was one bug after another and whomever it was developed by didn't seem to have any knowledge or foresight whatsoever regarding the process for which it was developed (editing resumes). To top it off, there were several instances where I lost a huge amount of data and work due to a glitch with the 'save' function. Never again. After my experience using MentorMate software, I am left wondering whether this company's products are mere afterthoughts to their real objective: Signatures and revenue. You get what you pay for. If you're not on a tight budget, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
