We both grew up Catholic, but seemingly the Catholic Church wasn't resonating with us in our personal life as much so we were looking for something new and fresh. We stumbled upon this Church and never looked back. The community is welcoming, kind, and the Church is lively and beautiful. We look forward to the speakers and hearing Pastor Luke every Sunday. We literally would dread going to church before, but now are excited to go. I have attended several of their Women's Events, too, which have allowed me to grow in faith and in the community. Yes I was vacationing but I still go to church on Sundays when I'm on vacation and this church felt a lot like my home church. There was definitely a large crowd and felt somewhat touristy with many people taking pictures and video of Elevation Worship. Yes they are amazing artists but the spoken word was amazing as well as the volunteer hosts. As a tourist and visiting guest, I appreciated the free t shirt, hospitality seating and parking since the church is located in a shopping center. We went to a small church in Groveland and it didn't have that feeling we were looking for. We went to a big one in Clermont, it was too big, it felt more like a concert type of venue, lights, camera, action! We both felt the same way, we needed a church like the one back home, with a good message and a home feel with the presence of God. We were recommended to visit these churches as well as South Lake Church.
