I was in communication with the same guy via text message for several days, I think his name was Mike. We went back and forth for a while but I couldn't get him to lock down a date. I told him several times that I was hosting a party at my house on Friday so he needed to come before then or after. He finally told me I was on the schedule for Monday. Friday afternoon I get home from work about 3:30pm and the tree stump removal guy was at my house. I was very confused and unimpressed with the communication amongst the people who are all supposed to be working together. I ran outside and told the guy I was on the schedule for Monday and he said, "Ok, well I'm here now why can't I just do it now?" That is the right answer. He assured me that it would only take 10 minutes and he wouldn't leave behind any mess. They didn't always do a great first pass of plowing, but if you called to complain, they would come back with bobcats and handle shovels if needed to get your driveway clean enough to see the pavement. They also have a really good gardening team to remove and plant your annuals every year or take care of any of your tree and bushes needed to create privacy and an oasis around the house as well.
