Very warm welcomes when we came in. We found comfy spot and ordered our drinks. The staff was very kind and attentive. It's clean and pretty quiet. We got 2 apps and 2 pizzas. All were delicious. Mozzarella was warm and gooey, artichoke dip with pita was so good. Both pizzas came out hot! Very cheesy and some of the best crust I've ever had. Also, the house made marinara is out of this world! This is such a cute spot with a beautiful bar center piece. We eaten a few thing here and have been happy with most. The pizza is good. My husband like the paninis and the side winder fry's. We've been on a busy night and on a slow night. On a busy night service is terrible. On a slow night service is fairly good. read more

Tried this place for the first time this evening to have some pizza with our daughter and grandchildren. We were greeted by a nice young lady who promptly brought us our drinks and then took our order. After waiting for 49 minutes for our food to arrive, we decided that we were not willing to wait anymore. At no point did that young lady come back to check on us or let us know when our food would be ready. Also, we sat next to the kitchen where the cooks were dropping f'bombs galore. It was like we were on a construction site. Our grandkids are 10 and 7 years old so we weren't happy about that. When I finallyI told the young lady that we needed to cancel our order, she said that it would be another minute for our pizza to be ready, but I wasn't willing to wait, so we left without taking our food with us. Great pizza selections and friendly staff. Very slow. Other reviews say not to be in a hurry and we took that to heart. Sat at the bar a couple times now to enjoy a few cocktails while waiting for our pizzas to go. Great little place, clean, friendly service, good food, and when they aren't rushed, very interactive and fun to talk to staff. So far, I have liked everything we have had here. The Korean bbq wings are tasty, the pizza is never soggy, the strombolis are nice and hot and the cocktails are made well. read more

We ended up in Yamhill Oregon today for work and the Larson House was recommended for lunch. I am on a very strict diet at the moment (groan) and was really surprised that pretty much anything on the menu could be made wheat free and dairy free. I had the chicken wings and my wife had a personal pizza. Both were fantastic. This is a quaint restaurant in a 120 year old building. Service was prompt and efficient. read more

Great little place in Yamhill. My wife and I I went here tonight for the first time to try a different restaurant. The building is 120 years old and I like these old buildings like this. This is a great, casual place with a good variety on menu. We visited from East Coast and this was first place we stopped on way to our accomodations. Pizza was very tasty. Service was great too. We enjoyed so much that we stopped again at end of our trip. Had the Cubano sandwich and the special-chicken nachos both so delish! Had a variety of beer and wines selections too. 2 stars because the place looked like a cool hang out, but after taking our order and 30 minutes later when we asked what is going on with our food, the bar keep said they had only one person in the kitchen. Why not mention that in the beginning that it might be a wait on the pizza. He said it would take another 10 minutes and offered a free appetizer but when was that going to show up. After our food. Well, forty minutes later and no food, we walked out. And the couple that came in before us got their pizza. We were there for lunch. There was a couple sitting up front. For Yamhill this place is a big winner. They have something for everyone from health food freak to greasy meat eater. Lots of gluten free options--even one for dessert! The salad was my favorite, and you can add extra toppings off of the "salad bar" list on the menu. The calamari was good too. We haven't tried the pizza but paninis were huge. Fresh ingredients and lots of variety. This is better than tiny little Yamhill has had in a long time. Oh, and they have top beer and cider options as well as local wine. read more

We stumbled upon The Larson House while out for a beautiful drive through the Yamhill countryside. We certainly weren't looking for pizza as we had eaten pizza the last two days! But since we didn't know that Larson House is mainly a pizza place , we went in- and were treated to a fantastic, creative pizza- so good we were happy to eat pizza three days in a row! We chose the "Alfredo Dough Roller". The name is a mystery to me. But, along with the Alfredo sauce it's loaded with mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of pepperoclni peppers on a perfect crust. Three people can feast on this 13" pizza! It's that substantial! Plus, service was friendly and prompt! We ate inside in the the rustic, logging decorated dining room. On a warmer day we will definitely eat out on the nice porch. And last but very importantly- I always judge the restaurant by its restrooms! The Larson House's are newly updated and sparkling clean! 5 stars for a great pizza place in Yamhill! read more

The Larson House has recently opened up in Yamhill and I say they're definitely worth checking out. My boyfriend and I decided to try them out and thankfully weren't disappointed. Service was nice and food was nice as well. Only complaints would be the pizza crust seemed a little doughy which we felt was weird for something that seemed like a thin crust pizza and our marinara sauce was just a tad too salty. Besides that we enjoyed our pizza and garlic breadsticks a lot, they were super delicious! We definitely plan on coming back again to try some more pizzas! read more

Sorry to say our visit to Larson house was very disappointing. We ordered soup came out really cold. Took over 45 minutes to get it. The bread stick took 1 hour or more. The were not done in the middle. They took them off our order. I hope they figure out how to serve lunch soon. We came especially to Yamhill to try them. Don't believe we will be back. read more

We came in and on a Friday night around 8pm for some dinner. We were a party of 4 and they greeted us with a warm welcome! Alicia was our server and she was an absolute delight from beginning to end. She did a great job with recommending drinks as well as some of their food options. It was our first time visiting, but we will 100% be a repeat customer! Alicia went above and beyond with keeping our drinks full and getting our food out HOT. We tried fried calamari, fried ravioli stuffed with cheese, a couple of paninis and a couple of pizzas. Terrible service. Our food was completely wrong and the servers attitude was it was our fault . They said we'll give you 10% off. So we paid $35 for not what we ordered and it was our fault. Don't go here. read more
