You land on somebody that you think rises above the rest, only to be shuffled to someone else in their salon. So you'll never know nor get what you put in for. When I decided to book PMU with Mila, I was told that Mila, the salon owner, had no appointments for 3 1/2 months, well ok, because really good aestheticians should be busy. I was immediately pushed off to another aesthetician in the salon, Anastasia, saying that she was hired right away because she was that good, etc., etc. But she is not! My first appointment, as with everyone else's, they draw out your brow line for PMU and ask you to approve it. I told Anastasia that she literally lowered my brow arch by a third. Her answer was, "don't worry about it you'll have enough arch left." And just proceeded. Well, I didn't! And I was not happy. Here's where it gets really interesting, I reached out to Mila right after, after she asked me to give her a positive review on Google and Yelp, telling her that I can't do that because I wasn't happy. She rest assured me that she would make it right and laser could fix the PMU that affected my arch. And that she would personally make it right. That never happened, and here's why. I had my follow-up/touch-up appointment with Mila on a Saturday and I was really early so I was sitting in the parking lot having my lunch an hour or more before my appointment when I was contacted by her husband, their receptionist, telling me that she left so sick and had to cancel my appointment and they didn't know when they could rebook me because they didn't know how many days that she would be out. I never saw her leave. Little does she care either, that she posted herself working out in the gym at 6 o'clock the next morning on her social media I mean, come on?! It's not just my opinion, but she left the day of my appointment and canceled my appointment so she could do something before she left for a 15 day vacation in Mexico. Let's fast forward to trying to get rebooked with Mila. I sent a text to their main phone number, which is her cell, and was again told that they didn't know when I could reschedule with Mila so they put me back with Anastasia. Ugh!! Anastasia then drew the brow line "box" on my brows for the second time and created so-called, "wings." I literally got up this time and erased those lines myself and redirected her to where they actually needed to go to follow my natural brow line. Which is what I came in for in the first place. And, still not right. She kinda does what "she" wants. This is a $900 service with a $200 follow up/touchup service. It's really really really not worth it. Not that I can't afford it, but if you're gonna pay this kind of money, you should get what you pay for with who you want to pay to do it. Not just gets shuffled off to somebody else in the salon because you have a family and you want to take most of the Summer off. If you have a business, take on a business, run that business!! I don't know if the ink will ever stick, it didn't the first time around. Still waiting for the touchup to heal, but my hopes are not high! Cannot recommend this place at all! I have reached out to Mila's personal cell a few times since and she has yet to answer me, just crickets all day long! Just save yourself the time, the money and the aggravation! I don't think I'm the only one that is going to have to go to another salon to do a cleanup on this botched job! This is way less than one star treatment! These are people's faces, for petes sake! When somebody searches you out for "your" expertise and you agree to take on the job, personally take on the job! After all, we aren't letting just anybody touch them. That's why we do our research beforehand. Steering new clients to other aestheticians in your salon, claiming that they are just as good when they clearly are not! For what?!

The shaping itself came out really nice -- I actually loved how my brows looked in the end. Clean, defined, and exactly the look I was going for. However, my main concern was with the tinting process. I was told the tint would be left on for about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes without any heads up or explanation. During that time, my eyebrows became extremely itchy, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

However, during my most recent visit a few days ago, the usual staff who thread my eyebrows were either at lunch or unavailable. The lady typically at the front counter was the only one present and offered to thread my brows. I requested a simple clean-up, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. She was much rougher than usual--while threading can be uncomfortable, this time it was noticeably more painful. Additionally, she removed too much hair, resulting in unevenness at the top and bottom of the brow, as shown in the attached photo. I gave three stars because I'm generally pleased with the results, but based on my last visit, I feel she should remain at the front desk and leave threading to the other staff.

If you're thinking about going to this place for a first try for your brows...DON'T!…read more My brows were completely ruined! I walked as a first time client. I was warmly greeted by two women working and I informed that it was my first time coming to this location that I was referred by a friend. I explained to one of the ladies that was going to be servicing my eyebrows that I wanted a light clean up and tenting done. I was priced for $35. Which was $11 more than what I usually pay for those particular services. But I was in need of a new place because my original brow lady went back to her country. After the service was complete. I was given a mirror to review the work that had been completed, not only were my brows ruined, but it was nothing remotely close of what I asked, for. explained my concerns, frustrations and disappointment and my concern for my brows and the lady began to shape them again by threading them. I explained to her that did not want them thinner. I wanted the tinting corrected because the tenting just seems to be just placed on my brows without any type of shaping and arching. My right brow looks half way decent. The bridge seems to be decently formed, but the tint and the brows tail just seems to be super thin and short. The same thing can be said with my left, except my left brow was completely threaded super uneven and short. Even the bridge is completely uneven from the right. I showed them pictures of what my natural brows and my tinted brows looked like and the look I was trying to achieve with today's services. Instead of working with me, I was told that they've never had any complaints and I was the first one. I told him that I had a right to express my frustrations and asked what could be done. I was told by the other lady working that she would take over and try to fix my brows. I also showed her pictures of my brows without tinting and in their natural shape and with tinting with a little bit of brow filler on them. They apologized and said I could just pay $20 for just the tinting services, so I asked them if they could at least fix the tint on the brows to make both brows even and fuller, since I was now being offered a price discount. The women just continued to state that my brows were fine and there was nothing more they could do. Then things quickly turned when the ladies suddenly became rude and I was told to leave and to return to my original brow lady because they never had any complaints before and they wouldn't be charging me for the service at all. This is was definitely a terrible experience, decision and a mistake on my part for coming.
