Upon arriving at 4:58pm I'm now being told that there are new winter hours that have "been here forever" & the store is closing at 5pm, so I can not be seen. I have been a customer of Lisa's eyebrow threading boutiques since her first location opened on Flamingo & Eastern when I was in MIDDLE SCHOOL. I'm now in my late-twenties! I've been coming to this location since high school and I love it. The shop is conveniently located in the same plaza as Trader Joe's, Bad Owl, Gaati Thai, etc. and is very clean. There is ample seating to social distance while waiting for your turn and the seats are disinfected between each patron. Everyone is always masked up and I've always felt comfortable coming here during the pandemic. Lisa and Anita are both AMAZING. You honestly cannot go wrong. I prefer to keep my brows on the thicker side, so I always just request a clean up and they always make me look amazing in less than ten minutes. I feel like a whole new person every time I leave. It's a mistake. Don't do it!! I told the lady to keep my eyebrows thick and just clean them with a small arch. She proceeds to take out a huge chunk underneath my right eyebrow while leaving my left eyebrow virtually untouched. No cleaning or shaping of the top of the brows and when I got outside in the light I could see there were still stray hairs in the areas she "cleaned". After she finished she told me Next Time she would shape then how I wanted, today she just cleaned them, but I think she was just trying to rush me out so she could get to other customers. The only thing I can say is that I'm grateful she quit while she was ahead. I still have enough brows to go get them salvaged by someone with more skill and attention. If you're thinking about coming here, just don't; learn from my mistakes. P.S. she left me with at least one lovely thread cut under my right brow to remember her by. read more

I think you have an employee trying to commit credit card fraud. I was just there today (2/19/2023) at 2:49pm. I got my eyebrows done. Which she did slowly and poorly, and went to pay after. She asked me "credit or debit?" I responded with "Credit." At which she took a long time processing my card. Longer than I have ever seen before and then took the phone they have on the text, put it under the table and continued to dial a very long number. One that was much longer than a regular 10 digit number. She then asked me if I wanted to add tip, which I never been asked before. I usually add $3, which is 25%. But I've never been asked that, usually I add it on the receipt, which has been the case every single time I've gone in the past. I have been getting my eyebrows done here for more than a year. I have never had any bad experience with any of the girls doing my eyebrows. They are always really nice and courteous. I like the package deals you can buy for threading for a really good price. My only suggestion would be for them to have someone come and clean the tan chairs, couches they have in the back which are dirty. The place would look better if these were clean. read more

I have been going to this business for a few years now but only one of my few times at the Eastern location. Most ladies are great but very quick with my brows. (They are more minimal so I get it) On this past visit, Bee did my brows and lip. She was so specific to detail and even gave my hairless brows more shape than I knew was possible. The threader I usually go to was booked out, I needed to get my eyebrows done before vacation. The woman was very rough and made me bleed. She spent 3 minutes on both eyebrows . When I saw the results I wanted to cry. My eyebrows are soooo far apart now! I always had good thick eyebrows now I have these wide spaced thin eyebrows . I've aged so much with these ugly, thin, and far apart eyebrows . Do not go here unless you want to say bye to your eyebrows and be butchered. I don't even want to leave my house that's how ugly these eyebrows are . They are also extremely uneven. I hate giving a business a bad review; after all, everyone has a bad day once in a while and I can give anyone the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I feel I would be doing a disservice to any prospective clients if I didn't post about my experiences here. I have been to this location twice in the last 3-4 months; it is not my usual brow salon, but I was in the area. On both of those occasions, I was helped by Anita. My first experience with her was rough, but on my second visit she was the only tech there so I went back and hoped for the best. While she is a perfectly nice person, she is by far the most aggressive brow threader I have ever encountered. I have visited a dozen salons throughout the valley since I started threading eight years ago. I have never left in so much pain, and she cut my upper lip because she was moving so fast (there were no other clients waiting.) It was bleeding enough that she dabbed it several times with cotton before I left (although she offered no apology, which I have found customary in other salons.) I have a high pain tolerance and I understand that this is not a pain free experience. But, most of the eyebrow techs have a certain degree of finesse and care that, unfortunately, Anita does not possess. If you have masochistic tendencies, this might be your place, but otherwise, I would go elsewhere...there are certainly plenty of options. read more
