The lash artists are all excellent and well trained. Unlike other studio that see rapid turnover of lash artists because of bad management or better opportunities. Most of the girls at Lash Daddy have been here for as long or longer than I have been a client. This speaks volumes about both the salon and its management. The girls stay because they are happy and have opportunities. The lashes these girls produce are exceptional, The artists take their time to ensure you are happy & look your best at the end of your appointment. The place is beautiful & was definitely feelin' the vibe. My lash tech was cool super FAST, only thing is 3 little pieces already came off. One was the day of I went in just a few hours later which I couldn't call & go back cuz like I mentioned I was super booked for our trip had NO time whatsoever then Saturday & yesterday Monday morning when I was at the grocery store a piece was just hanging dangling over my eyeball, it is my first set but I have friends and my sister who gets them done religiously & told me repeatedly how to care for them & I've done just so. I've been super careful with them esp being that it's my first time having my lashes done. I'm pretty sad some have already dropped. They're still on & don't look that bad I'm hoping the rest will stay on for a while. Other than that the owner & ladies were amazing & super nice! You land on somebody that you think rises above the rest, only to be shuffled to someone else in their salon. So you'll never know nor get what you put in for. When I decided to book PMU with Mila, I was told that Mila, the salon owner, had no appointments for 3 1/2 months, well ok, because really good aestheticians should be busy. I was immediately pushed off to another aesthetician in the salon, Anastasia, saying that she was hired right away because she was that good, etc., etc. But she is not! My first appointment, as with everyone else's, they draw out your brow line for PMU and ask you to approve it. I told Anastasia that she literally lowered my brow arch by a third. Her answer was, "don't worry about it you'll have enough arch left." And just proceeded. Well, I didn't! And I was not happy. Here's where it gets really interesting, I reached out to Mila right after, after she asked me to give her a positive review on Google and Yelp, telling her that I can't do that because I wasn't happy. She rest assured me that she would make it right and laser could fix the PMU that affected my arch. And that she would personally make it right. That never happened, and here's why. I had my follow-up/touch-up appointment with Mila on a Saturday and I was really early so I was sitting in the parking lot having my lunch an hour or more before my appointment when I was contacted by her husband, their receptionist, telling me that she left so sick and had to cancel my appointment and they didn't know when they could rebook me because they didn't know how many days that she would be out. I never saw her leave. Little does she care either, that she posted herself working out in the gym at 6 o'clock the next morning on her social media I mean, come on?! It's not just my opinion, but she left the day of my appointment and canceled my appointment so she could do something before she left for a 15 day vacation in Mexico. Let's fast forward to trying to get rebooked with Mila. I sent a text to their main phone number, which is her cell, and was again told that they didn't know when I could reschedule with Mila so they put me back with Anastasia. Ugh!! Anastasia then drew the brow line "box" on my brows for the second time and created so-called, "wings." I literally got up this time and erased those lines myself and redirected her to where they actually needed to go to follow my natural brow line. Which is what I came in for in the first place. And, still not right. She kinda does what "she" wants. This is a $900 service with a $200 follow up/touchup service. It's really really really not worth it. Not that I can't afford it, but if you're gonna pay this kind of money, you should get what you pay for with who you want to pay to do it. Not just gets shuffled off to somebody else in the salon because you have a family and you want to take most of the Summer off. If you have a business, take on a business, run that business!! I don't know if the ink will ever stick, it didn't the first time around. Still waiting for the touchup to heal, but my hopes are not high! Cannot recommend this place at all! I have reached out to Mila's personal cell a few times since and she has yet to answer me, just crickets all day long! Just save yourself the time, the money and the aggravation! I don't think I'm the only one that is going to have to go to another salon to do a cleanup on this botched job! This is way less than one star treatment! These are people's faces, for petes sake! When somebody searches you out for "your" expertise and you agree to take on the job, personally take on the job! After all, we aren't letting just anybody touch them. That's why we do our research beforehand. Steering new clients to other aestheticians in your salon, claiming that they are just as good when they clearly are not! For what?!

I do realize this place mostly did lashes but they also offered brows and it was near my house so I wanted to give it a try due to moving in the area. It started off a little rocky because my appointment was at 12 but I think due to scheduling issues my appointment didn't start until 1230. I was on a time restraint so I had to be out by 2. I loved my aesthetician, she was personable, kind and funny. There was no awkwardness at all. She told me how much she loved her job and doing the work and that made me feel comfortable. She constantly asked me what I liked and didn't like about my brows and wanted to be sure I was happy with the results. I did leave somewhat happy with the service but due to more scheduling issues, she had a client coming in quickly and couldn't finish the tint for my brows. She did ask if I wanted it but didn't want to intrude on the next client so I agreeably refused the tint and left. My only hang up is that didn't feel prioritized and felt that I didn't get the results I wanted. I came home and played with my brows to clean them up a little more and place them they way I thought they'd look better. I do wish she had a little more experience in maping out my brows (which she did not do) and wish she had more feedback on what she thought might look better for me. She did say she refund me for not tinting my brows but after my second time for asking for a refund and not receiving it I let it go. I do feel l would recommend this studio for lashes but maybe not for brows and would say, to make sure they didn't have a time restraint. Overall, I liked my time there but think I'll go someplace else that focuses more on the service I'm looking for.

I had to reschedule with her due to my schedule and nothing was available. I asked to be paired up with someone else and made it very clear I did not want Shay again. Guess who I was paired with? I gave it a go thinking maybe it was a bad day or something. That was last Friday, it is currently Saturday.. a week and a day from my fill and my lashes are gone. I canceled my upcoming appointment. I'd rather go somewhere that'll do my lashes right.
