I initially planned to get an acrylic refill, but after removing the acrylic, I noticed a fungal infection on my nail. I informed the technician that I preferred to let my nail breathe instead of applying anything that might worsen the issue. After I made this decision, her attitude noticeably changed. She handled my hands roughly and continued suggesting acrylics or polish even after I explained that my nail needed to heal. I found this unprofessional and concerning. Less than a week later, my nail beds are very painful and sensitive, likely from being over-filed. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will NOT be returning.

I am very impressed with the work here. The place also is very clean. The only thing is, I'm not sure how the pricing works. I did get a fill-in and I did have to have them cut down along with a replacement now. So I knew it was going to be a little more than normal. However, I was wrong in my mind again. Cost a little more than I expected. But I am very pleased with the results. I recommend people coming here to arrive early if they are a walk in, or get an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting.
