Quality & Efficient - Fast service usually isn't the best, but I've never had my nails done so quick (acrylic fill, 2 break fixes, and gel polish - 30 minutes!) and the shape is perfect ! 3. You sign into your appointment on an iPad with your phone # and you collect points for every visit. I am not a picky fussy nail person. Regular polish on the toes, dip on the nails. Nothing fancy, nothing difficult. I have been to this salon maybe a dozen times with enough time in between that I forget how truly awful it is. The staff seem unhappy to be there and their work shows it. I've sat in the front waiting area with an appointment while I've watched walk ins get service before me ... I left after 30 minutes and at least three people bypassing me. I've had my poor cuticles torn apart so the my fingers ached for a week. I've never had a pedicure last more than a couple of hours. Their polish is old and does not hold up. During my last visit, and I mean last visit, the person who did both my manicure and pedicure was just seeing how much I would put up with before I said something. First, during the pedicure she dug her nails into me while she massaged with her thumbs. I thought it was accidental until I asked her to stop. She grinned and stopped for a second and started again. I finally told her no massage. She glopped on the polish super thick and it was a mess by the next day. She did the dip and I asked for light pink. She grabbed pure white. I wasn't sure how it was going to end up until she finished the first coat. Then I had to tell her that that was white, not pink. She told me it was going to be pink to be patient .. I was and it wasn't. Still isn't. While she was doing the manicure. When she finished with one finger and one of the other ones, she would literally toss my hand. I felt like I was on candid camera. At first, I didn't say anything, but then the tosses turned into aggressive shoves. I finally asked her to slow down, please and be more gentle. I was met with the same grin. My experience in the salon is the product is inferior, the staff is unhappy and unkind The results are always disappointing. I hope I remember this the next time I'm tempted to save time and stop in here rather than go to my normal salon. If you were looking for a new nail salon, this is not it. Run run run. read more

If you aren't familiar or weren't recommended a nail tech there then beware. I had to do two visits because the young lady that dipped my nails didn't do a great job. I let it slide at first but then the very next day one of the nails began to peel. The young lady in the front gave me no issues when I returned but I did have to wait an hour and twenty minutes for someone else to do what took less than 10 minutes to fix. Walked in for the first time ever, Normally I have an appointment. Had about an hour between appointments. I am a male who appreciates good hygiene. As my toe nails have had many encounters over my 56 years, experiencing stubbings and bedposts and items dropped on them, I like a polish called Bubble Bath (please don't judge me but it does look pretty closed to the fleshtone of my nailbed. Everything was going great until mu pedicurist took it upon herself, while I was answering emails, to put a "glitter topcoat" on my toes, WITHOUT ASKING. She had asked me before as to whether or not to put on clear and I responded no. She took it upon herself to do a topcoat with, wait for it, glitter on my toes. I didn't look at my toes at first, as the Bubble Bath was drying and I was still doing work. When I did finally look down, the pedicurist had disappeared and I called over another girl. I asked to see the Bubble Bath bottle and verified there was no glitter in that particular bottle. None. Here comes my tech and she tells me: I put on a glitter top coat. She then begins laughing. I was furious. To many this would not be a big deal, and honestly an apology would have gone a long way, but I was in between professional appointments and yes, it was noticed as my next stop. Thanks for totally disregarding my NO. I declined the glitter, yet the tech did it anyway and thought it was comical. Having utilized this place for 15 procedures over the past year and a half, that's it! No one listens, no one cares. I went to the front desk, angry, and explained to the young lady there my situation and that I was furious. She rung me up. No apology, no nothing. My tech was asking me to wait and she would remove the polish and start over. I again, reiterated, that I was on a time constraint. While I loved everything about this salon, its now pretty much over with, and I even brought a female friend the time before this one. She had the worst manicure of her life with the powder procedure and a guy who didn't know what he was doing. This place has really gone down hill in the past few months. read more

I've tried this place about 6 times in the last year. 2 were successful gel mani/pedis, so they are batting about 30% on having presentable nails. But after today, we will not be back. I brought my girls (12 & 15) here, at their request, because they, unlike myself, have had a consistently good experience--until today. Today, the three of us came in for gel mani pedis. My 12 year old wanted an accent nail w/ a design on her hands also. Anyway, she left in absolute TEARS. First she was ignored on the toe color she asked for, then she was told that what she wanted on her hand was "dumb." She was sat over by herself in a corner and made to wait, then passed off to two other nail techs. When she tried to explain what she wanted, the first tech belittled her and told another customer that she just didn't know what she wanted. She tried to explain to the next tech what she had asked for and he said "No--you're done." and then he walked away and left her. I specifically called ahead sm to be sure that we wouldn't be coming in at a busy time and that there would be enough staff to provide the services we requested, but my biggest issue is this: the service requested should not matter if the person requesting is an adult or not. For her to leave there feeling belittled and bullied in tears is absolutely unacceptable. Both techs had her feeling like she shouldn't speak up and that she couldn't go across the salon and ask for my help. We were perfectly aware and willing to pay for the service that we asked for, the fact that my daughter is 12 should not be a factor in how she is treated. The quality of work here has never been the best in the area, but accompanied by the demeaning attitude toward my daughter--we will definitely NOT return. It's sad that someone would charge for a service and then think they had the right to be mean and rude just because their client was a I won't be subjecting my daughter to that kind of humiliation again. We will happily go to Gel Nails on Daniels which has excellent customer service, or Holly Nails off Estero Parkway & 41 where Victor & Holly do awesome designs. read more

I've never received a manicure or pedicure and decided to give it a go at Bliss. Let me start by saying this place looked high scale with its well-lit, modern interior! The equipment looked pretty new as well. I immediately felt like I was in the right place. I got a pedicure and was quickly seated. While waiting; I got waited on and was offered a complimentary drink. Pretty decent selection and they have wine if you ask for it. Once situated; I sat back and sipped on my drink while they went to work. Peace and tranquility! I think I got a deluxe, so there was a lot included including paraffin. All in all, this was a splendid first experience getting a pedicure and I actually ended up going back at a later date to get a manicure lol. My only advice that I have for Bliss would be to allow tipping to be made via credit card. Not having cash was a bottleneck when I was trying to get out of there and wish it was a bit more streamlined. read more

I overheard someone at another salon mentioning this place as really good, so I made an appointment for a deluxe spa mani/pedi with gel polish on Saturday 4/3/21 for my anniversary. Looking at the ratings now, I wish I had done my own research since I'm usually very picky with my nails, because I left with barely any of that done. At the least I should've just done a basic pedicure so I wouldn't have to pay so much for what I got. Reason being is that my nail tech (who is a male, but I don't recall his name, could be James from what I saw in a similar low review on Google), in the process of cutting my cuticles, actually cut my skin, which caused it to bleed. I decided not to do gel polish anymore and just do a clear polish to avoid irritating my cut skin further. But as we continued, it kept stinging and I decided to do no polish at all, cut the spa pedicure short, and not do a manicure. I was too emotionally upset to want to proceed further. Though the owner gave me a $20 discount (after I explicitly asked for a discount, because I saw that the nail tech wasn't going to make anyone aware of the injury on my toe), still having to pay $39 for me having to leave with no polish and a half finished spa pedicure (because every time he put any cream/treatment on that foot, I had to stop it to avoid further stinging, irritation, and risk of infection, especially since I have sensitive skin/eczema), and an injury on my foot, during my anniversary weekend, felt unsettling. It actually upset me so much I left crying, because I didn't know what else to do. Thank God for our face masks to hide the tears a little. I just really wanted to do something special for myself and for my husband to also enjoy. My husband was even confused why I had to pay any money at all for being injured, but again, I was too frustrated and emotionally upset to fight it. I figured since I did have gel polish removed and a soak with lotion massage, that I would pay for that at least, though still seems like much considering the circumstances. I just wanted to leave because at this point it was embarrassing and it felt like people started looking. The owner did suggest to come back on a different day and ask for another nail tech that's supposedly really good, but in my opinion, you shouldn't have any nail techs that cause bloodily harm, at the very least. They were kind enough, but I'm paying for the service rendered, and that was nowhere near my standards. Would not recommend if you're trying for the first time, because I'm sure if you've been here before, you know who to ask for. Maybe try asking them who's good before going, but again, I expect all nail techs to have the basic training of not causing you to bleed and thinking it's okay to put chemicals on an exposed wound, during a pandemic of all times. Just really disheartened and disappointed with my experience, especially in what I wanted to be a relaxing weekend for our anniversary. I'm giving 1 star only for the kindness the owner showed to me (though I would've preferred a better deal than $39, but I guess that's on me for getting all teary-eyed and not fighting for more money off). read more
