I didn't have my contacts in , so I couldn't see clearly why the right lashes are shorter and I trusted her explanation even though I sleep on the left side mostly . Once I was able to see properly it was obvious my lashes were noticeably shorter because they are bent and over permed on the right eye . What upsets me most is that she noticed the damage before I did, yet blamed it on me instead of taking accountability and being honest. UPDATE in response to the owner: You obviously did not look at the photos I uploaded. I am not referring to the natural length of my lashes. The photos show that the lashes on my right eye are bent, overly curled and over-processed My concern is the condition of the lashes after the service. As for contacting you first, I'm not sure what could have been done to safely correct already over-permed lashes without risking further damage. You're blaming the victim here, whixh is not a good look . take accountability and learn from your mistakes.
