Melissa really cares about her clients, and is the utmost professional but also makes you feel so comfortable (which can be hard when you're getting hair ripped off your body). After many fails in the past I just thought it wasn't for me. Well I just got my third done by Katie and don't see myself stopping any time soon. She's a wizz! She knows just the right amount and type of product to match my skin. She's also been very accommodating to any concerns or questions I have. Melissa on the other hand is my Brazilian girl. I can't tell you how nervous I was sitting in Phoebe's chair for the first time after I had an incredibly terrible color experience from a different stylist, but trust me, you have *absolutely nothing* to worry about when you're in her hands. Phoebe is SO talented and passionate about hair, I don't think I've met a stylist who's as personable, sweet, and professional as her. Her energy is always bubbly and positive, and she gets so excited transforming your hair! I've come to her twice now, one for a balayage and another time for a highlight, and I've been incredibly happy with my hair each time. She listens to what you want, and after getting to know you she's very good at picking up what color and style is "you" more than anything else. She's easily accessible, flexible with her schedule, always greets you with a big smile when you come in. This place is fantastic. I was looking to get a lash lift in pb only and all recommendations I saw were for this place and to see katie. So that's exactly what I did. Its upstairs in a smaller building (across the post office) the waiting room was nice and had candy out and some beauty items for sale as well. The chairs to get lash lift are super comfy and katie explains what shes doing as she goes along. I also got a tint. I still out mascara on when going out but I like that my lashes are darker and I feel semi made up already. My lashes looks fantastic and Katie has a very gentle touch. The team provides excellent customer service, with high quality products. They had high sanitation standards before COVID and, of course, continue to do so.
