The first appointment I booked online, and the second I believed I just called to see if they had an opening and they did. If you book online you will be asked to reserve with a credit or debit card and it says they will charge $25 for canceled appointments under 24 hours notice, so keep that in mind. I've gotten the CBD manicure and pedicure before as well as the herbal pedicure. The loss of a star comes from having to ask them for callus treatment when I had already booked and paid for it ahead of time, and then additionally having to tell them to finish off on the callus as their was still a lot of roughness. I tried not to make a big deal of it at all, but I did want to make sure I was getting what I paid for of course. They were nice about everything. Another reason why my review is not five stars is that there was no shoulder massage as advertised in the CBD manicure listing online. For that particular one, it says it's included but it wasn't. I didn't want to bring it up as I already felt bad about asking for the callus treatment I prepaid for, so I just let it slide. The place is clean and workers are nice enough. I would probably come back here. I have an ingrown toenail, but they were gentle so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend the CBD treatments on your feet and hands. It was very soothing.
