This review is about the customer service I experienced while trying to get my eyelash extensions. I scheduled a 6PM appointment at Fancy Flutter for Monday 1/6/17 (I made the appt on 1/3) I spend the whole weekend looking up how to upkeep them - the whole 9 yards. I arrive to the building 5 min early but I cannot find any signs so I call the salon and she tells me that they are inside an exec suite - no big deal - she then informs me she is running 20/30 minutes behind schedule.. this is literally 3 minutes before my appointment. I say ok, ill come in and wait. She gives me paper work and I finish in 3 minutes and sit there in a separate conference room than her little shop. 30 minutes pass.. then 45... then a full hour.. I am extremely upset about this huge waste of time. I would have been fine if she called me at 5:30 and told me not to come until 7:00 but instead I waited a full hour and at this point I no longer wanted to get my eyelashes done because the horrible service I experienced (or didnt experience?) There were a dozen ways to go about this and leaving me to wait in a room for a full hour is not one of them. For people that DON'T know - this service usually takes an hour - 1.5 hours. I should have been done by 7/7:30. And on the paper work it states that if a customer comes in more than 10 minutes late they have to re-schedule. Clearly the salon owner didn't adhere to that for the customer before me. I told her I would call back if I wanted to re-schedule which I will not. Once again Cami is unbelievable!!! I have to honestly say she does not disappoint. I've read some of the reviews here and totally don't agree. I was actually the first person to put her on Yelp and I did so for a reason. She is very talented. Yes, she is affordable I assume because she is fair and wants the return business. If you are looking for gaudy outrageous lashes, this is not the place for you (unless you ask her for that). She is very good and her work is beautiful lashes that are hard to tell if they are fake, at least those are the compliments I get. Before I get my lashes done I make sure to wash them because as women we use a lot of products and I don't want that getting in the way of my lash durability. Purchased a Groupon certificate for this place. Within a week I called to make an appointment. No one answered after several calls (understandably, maybe she was with a clien ‍). She finally answered but told me she couldn't hear me. Hung up and called back, no answer. I left a voicemail and sent an email to book an appointment. I live 2 hours away and understand that the facility is appointment only. Well, there is no way for me to make an appointment if my call is not returned and my email is unanswered. As an first timer, I loved my eyelashes from Cami! They look fabulous! She provides an outline of what she is doing and also, tells you how to care & maintain them afterwards! (very important) The atmosphere is very private and serene and my experience was very relaxing! Let me start by saying that I only get eyelashes for special occasions or trips and I have only done them 5 times. The first time, I loved them and then my lady left and I didn't like 2nd or 3rd time so I needed to find somewhere/someone else. I have now had 2 sets with Cami and Fancy Flutter and LOVE them! I do the classic style so they don't look fake but it always looks like I have mascara on - which is fantastic for the beach and pool! The last 2 times I have done lashes with Fancy Flutter (Cami) they lasted well over the 3 weeks I traveled. This is saying a lot because of the humidity and the fact that I shower twice as often on vacation (morning and after pool/before dinner)! I don't know what she does differently but I am about to make my 3rd appointment with her so I have full lashes for the holidays. Her prices are very competitive as well. 5 stars??!! Are you kidding me? She deserves 10+ stars. Cami is what I call a "Lashes Scientist" lol. She is AWESOME! By far, excellent customer service!!!! I already had 3 visits with her thus far and she continues to amaze me. I have not met any lashes expert like her who literally takes the time to educate you on how lashes suppose to be applied and why I was losing my own lashes from other folks who messed up my eyelashes. She even carefully cleanses my eyelashes before applying the extensions. Who does that? Hello!!! This professional stylist does. She instructed me to not wet my lashes for 24-hours. I followed her directions carefully and my lashes always look fantastic for weeks. This lady uses quality lashes and I constantly get compliments on my beautiful wings, lol. I don't know about the other negative reviewer, but you have to understand depending on their individual growth cycles, a person can typically shed between 1 and 5 natural lashes every day. With or without extensions, the shedding process is perfectly normal. My recommendation is to get a fuller look that will last longer. BTW, I bookmarked her place. I will be back for sure. I purchased a classic full set with fill-in on Groupon. I called on multiple days and left two messages to schedule my appointment. I finally received a call back when Cami thought I was calling about a package she was waiting to be delivered. After reading the reviews, I was already prepared for her customer service to fall short, so this was not surprising. When I arrived, she explained the process and we got started. She is an odd person to say the least and whatever she was listening while doing my lashes was inappropriate. When she was done my lashes looked natural and good, but just like another review I read, I immediately started losing lashes. Since I also paid for a fill- in, I scheduled my follow-up appointment for Saturday 1/2 at 4. I arrive at 4 after a 45 minute drive and the exterior door was locked. I called, left a message and never received a call back. As a small business owner myself, I try to support other small business owners, however my experience overall was not good, especially since I did not get what I paid for. I went to get my lashes done early Saturday morning arriving at my scheduled appointment time. When I arrived there was no sign showing the business name or suite number on the outside of the businesses. At that time I called the lash Tech who is also the owner and informed her I needed clarity where to go. She then responded in a rude tone saying she is in the executive suites but there were 2 doors and 2 numbers on the door which she didn't provide clarification. I then went to get my lashes done which took 2 hours for the natural look nothing extravagant but very pretty. I then thanked her and went on my way. I went to lunch right after and noticed I'm the restroom 2 lashes were on face. Then day after day I noticed more and more were falling off. Within 3 days I barely had any lashes on and it looked like I just used mascara on my natural lashes. Which wasn't the look I left with because I asked for them to be full. I then called her on Tuesday, but no answer then I sent a text message which she responded please call. I called she didn't answer so I decided to call back again on Wednesday no answer so I left a message. So I waited and called on Saturday morning at 8:30 am which she answered. At that time she acted as if she didn't remember me then when I explained she said oh yes you said your lashes were falling off quickly. I told her I've been trying to contact you because I can't have my lashes looking this way after I paid you for services and contacted you right away. She said well I didn't get a call from you and you needed to contact me within 3 days. I said I did and called you and left a message aswell as you texted me back on the message I sent informing you of my lashes falling out on Tuesday. She then said well I can fix them but I have to charge you all over again because I didn't contact within in 3 days. Really???? I sent you a message on Tuesday and you told me to call but you never answered. I then told her this is unprofessional and I also forwarded the text message and took a screenshot shot showing when I called I called her. I then called back twice and she didn't answer. Very unprofessional and rude not a way to run an establishment. Poor customer service and services rendered were poorly done. When asked for them to be fixed she was extremely nasty.
