I've had great customer service every time I call. They know exactly what I need, for long nails gel X, and even the best color Ferrari red. It was very hard to find this in Fort Worth. I'm a hard-working successful business women and I went there tonight and got nigger treatment! I've never had a manicure where the manicurist left my hands ashy and dry. It was the most painful manicure I've ever gotten. She drilled on my nails, super hard. I'm sure my nails will be damaged when I take this gel off. When she was correcting polish on my skin, she pressed super hard. I felt like I was being poked by needles. I hope they weren't expecting a tip? I think you still need to earn those. The man at the cash register did ask how was my experience and I told him. He was kind, thanked me for the feedback and said he would speak to Kimmy the nail tech who did my nails. But I'm putting this on here for the brown people. If you want a relaxing experience after a stressful day at work I would not go here. I left feeling irritated. And, the really messed up part is they made thousands of dollars off the group I was with because corporate sponsors paid for pedicures for a bunch of my colleagues, including myself. This salon is housed within the Shops at Clearfork, and conveniently close to other stores and restaurants in case you want to be time efficient. I went in early on a Thursday and it was a little slow but still more than I expect on a random Thursday morning in July. I asked for a dip manicure, was seated pretty quickly and didn't have to wait long to have someone start on my nails. Everything seemed neat and clean. The young woman who did my nails seemed like she was new, as others kept checking in on her, but I wasn't too nervous about it since I was getting something simple. Overall, It was an ok experience with decent nails. Would probably just check in here only on occasion as it's convenient and nearby. read more

Worst nail place I have ever been to in Fort Worth, coming from a local. They have almost chopped my pinky toe off with the "cheese grater" they use to remove the dead skin from your feet, and I still did not receive my pedicure for free after it was probably the most painful pedicure I have ever gotten. I then went back again and the man grinder my nails so far down to where he was shaving off my nail and now all of my nails are cracking. I left before he even did the dip manicure because of how badly my nails hurt and how long it took. My nails are now cracking and raw and red in the areas he ground my nails too thin and hard, while removing my acrylic nails. I have never had this happen and be so painful afterwards. I get a discount here from living at The George as well and still I will not be returning because of how awful my experiences have been from going to get my nails done here. DONT GO!! read more

I came here based on the nail designs advertised and was then told they couldn't do the design I showed. I was rushed during the process and kept getting asked what design I wanted multiple times when I was clearly looking at ideas while getting my nails removed which I usually do. I would say this place is overpriced and if you need shorter nails then cut them yourself prior because it's an additional $5. The nail color options are not great either and I also looked at cat eye and was told she couldn't do the design I wanted so I will look at other salons in the future. read more

Hmmm well where do I start. Villa is a salon in Clerfok. I expected much more from this salon. My visit started with my husband and I getting pedi's together. I also opted for a mani. So, during my visit the water was really hot for my pedi despite me telling them it was hot several times. At one point they neglected my service and left me hanging...my water flooded on the floor. My mani was not so good. The paint was bleeding into my cuticles, the cuticles were uneven a little. As far as my pedi, the paint was okay, but my toenails were uneven. My husband had a great experience with his technician. If I ever visited here again I definitely do not want a mail technician as I had two working on me during my visit and they weren't very good. read more

I have been coming here for two months about every two weeks and the service is phenomenal you come in you fill out the paperwork and your color I come in and get the dip every time they also offer beverages alcoholic and nonalcoholic they're very welcoming. When I was finally seen my technician was rude and was visibly and audibly irritated with me when I requested she add an additional coat of color to my nails (this is a standard ask at every other nail salon). I went in tonight and got a regular gel manicure, I picked a deep blue sparkly color and when they couldn't find it I tried to ask my nail tech for a color that was similar and she handed me the books while she walked off and let me pick.. the one I chose looked similar in the book but the first coat of polish was purple and I expressed concern and she just kept going.. until I again said it looks purple and she said just wait until the third coat.. not to mention I asked for her to not file them too short and she filed them too short and uneven. Heck, even my nails were already filed by me to the shape I wanted! Day before thanksgiving I go in to get my nails done, while the lady herself was very sweet she kept leaving brush marks on my nails. I tried to tell her but she didn't understand. Instead she added another coat of polish.. that makes 4 coats total! Okay, whatever. The gel never even covered my full nail bed but again, eh. 2 days later 3 nails already started peeling off. Three. I call them and the lady at front desk was kind and immediately told me to come in and they will fix it. At the time I thought wow she was so nice and understanding but now I realized it probably happens a lot which is why she didn't even bother hearing me and immediately asked me to come back! I go in and get my nails REDONE and 48 hours later 2 nails are already cracked. Took my daughter, along with her boyfriend, for her birthday. There were three of us. I booked the $50 manicure that was supposed to include a hot stone massage and choice of scent. My daughter wanted a fill, showed a picture of her desired nail art, was told it would be no problem. We sat down and waited and waited. Boyfriend asked for a standard manicure. The service was lacking. My manicure did not include a hot stone or shoulder massage, nor did I get to choose which scrub scent I was given. Not sure why I paid $15 more for more service, because I didn't get anuyhing beyond a standard manicure. They could not do my daughter's accent nail art but never told her until they finished the other 8 fingers, leaving her with a ring finger on each hand that didn't match and had no art. Her boyfriend never got a manicure. I wish they communicated honestly about what they can and can't do. I'm understand time constraints - I just felt like this salon didn't value their customers and didn't follow what their menu stated, and never once talked to us about the inability to serve all 3 of us. I waited an hour to get seated then another half hour to get served. 2 men kept walking around but not helpful, usually someone wold at least get my nails prepped. I felt rushed while I was getting my pedicure, in the past they set a timer. I was burned with hot water, and cut with cutters. I understand that there are new people. But.... I saw a lady across from me getting a neck massage, and asked if I could have one, one of the men said it was too late, 4pm, I have to ask at the beginning next time (as if...) Allison, the receptionist is the brightest part. Always knows me when I call, has my paper ready before I get to the counter. She calls me by name when she sees me. She is a keeper. read more

I typically like this place. They do a great job. Three stars to the work they do. I get a pedicure and dip manicure. It's convenient for me if I want to go from home or after work. Cons - Parking is troublesome at times. That is more or less the mall's fault and not the business. The other is appointments. I don't make appointments any more with Villa. The last time I made one, it was at 3pm and they did not get to me until 3:42. They did not apologize or acknowledge their lateness. I was pretty steamed. Why take appointments if you don't keep to them. They are called "appointments" for a reason. If I ran my business that way, I would piss a lot of customers off. Apparently from the reviews on here, I am not the only one. To management - you have to have a manicurist that does the appointments and not the walk-ins OR just don't take appointments. read more
