I absolutely love, love, love The Lash Lounge of Fort Worth, West 7th! Lashes and Brows are Perfect!

I've been a loyal client for about 2-3 years now and can't believe that I'm just now posting a review. This is the ONLY place I will allow to service me and Rachel is the my esthetician. I leave looking like a model every time and she's so thoughtful and kind. She's done lashes for years prior to moving to Texas and I can honestly say she goes over and beyond. I only wear makeup on special occasions so I'm bare face most days. All I need are my lashes and Rachel understands the assignment every time. I work remotely and I show up to my zoom meetings looking like a million bucks. I love her and I love the lash lounge. Highly recommend. read more

Well, this is the worst of my eyelashes have ever looked. I asked to get them lifted with a natural curl and my eyes looked like they had p*bes growing out of them. I told them that my eyelashes are curling back into my eyes and I wanted a natural curl and so they relaxed them. I am now missing half of my eyelashes in the eyelashes that are left are fried. I have been to a few places to get my lashes lifted and tinted and this is by far the best. Ebony is an absolute gem.

Brow tint. Looks great. Color is perfect. Quick & easy. This is saving time with my daily make-up routine, and looks great.

Absolutely terrible service. Lashes never look the same and the technician turn over is ridiculous. Takes 3 weeks to get an appointment but yet my fills are supposed to be done every 2 weeks. They told me the girl replacing mine was a "master" stylist and then the girl glued my eyelids shut. I filled out the paperwork to cancel my membership, yet they keep charging me! I went in this dump to buy my wife some new lashes for our anniversary. There was bitch working in the front named Michelle that would not even talk to me because I was a male. So she come up and said "what do you need, why are you here". I said "mam I came in to get my wife a present but never mind if your gonna have that kind of attitude". Leah saved my lashes!! Unfortunately, I was sucked into a groupon deal for mink lashes from a rinky dink "salon" off University in Fort Worth. Needless to say my lashes looked absolutely terrible. I went home crying. I called the Lash Lounge immediately after my appointment to schedule a removal of lashes and they got me in the very next day!! I was sure I would lose most of my real lashes because the previous woman used so much glue. Leah rescued my lashes and removed all of the lashes without losing ANY of my real lashes!! I was thrilled!!!! Bottom line, The Lash Lounge and their staff are extremely professional and comforting, the atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and clean! I have had my lashes done at this salon several times. Every experience I have had my lashes have looked amazing. Believe me when I say not all Lash Lounges are the same. I have been in this business for 13yrs and been to several Lash Lounges. The Montgomery Plaza LL is by far one of your best bets. The stylists are well trained and the owner has very high standards and great customer service. The front desk receptionists are very friendly. The place is spotless and very clean. I love this place! I've been here several times and it's always the most relaxing part of my day! There's blankets to comfort you and they are very gentle on you eyelashes. The first time I went and got a lash lift it looked incredible! The second time I went, it was the technicians first time EVER doing a lash perm and I had one eye that looked great and one eye that looked like nothing had been done to it. I have been using Lash Lounge for about 8 months now. Lynn does an excellent job(First treatment room on the right). Also love that they call and give you a reminder for your appt. Typically have to schedule your appt a few weeks ahead of time. You need a fill every 2-3 weeks. I love that they stay open after normal business hours so I can go after work. It can get a little pricey(several hundred for initial visit and $50/fill)..but the lashes look so good you'll be hooked after the first time!!! Enjoy! read more

They don't accept the membership at this location. I booked my appointment in the middle of the day so that I could get my refill during lunch. I explained that while I had never been to that location, I had been to many others. The location was difficult to find as was parking. I was only told that they don't accept memberships after I had already gotten settled and the technician had began prepping. I was then informed that I would be charged an extra $75 in order to get my refill. They blamed the issue on a slow computer that didn't tell them I had a membership until I was already there. This place is great! Loved my lash refill performed by expert stylist (of 7 yrs) Leah (not sure if I'm spelling that right). No lashes sticking together as I've experienced at other places, no pulling, stinging, or other discomfort. This is the worst company to do business with. Please do not sign up for their membership it is a rip off, you pay $59.99 and then you still are charged an additional $23.00 on top of that for a fill. Also, they do not provide you with the contract which is the only document to advise you how to cancel their membership. I called and advised i wanted to cancel my monthly membership i was not advised i needed to submit anything in writing and the money was still drafted out of my account and they refused to reimburse me but nothing on their website nor the pamphlet they provide provides are states that information. They want to force you to come back and use their service when their service and lashes are very mediocre. I will never suggest them, and I am aware they will do whatever they need to not to refund me my money. The original issue for me canceling my membership was how fast the lashes shredded within 3 days of the service. I have been getting my lashes done for several years and I have never experienced this. I suggest you pay close attention to what you sign and request all documents from them if you choose to deal with this company. It cost me $60 but lesson learned!!!!! read more

When I left Lash Lounge salon on Carol Street, Fort Worth, TX, today with a smile on my face, as usual, I realized that the reason I was smiling was because of the pleasant and positive experience I had at the Carol Street Lash Lounge. I fell compelled to commend the salon, the management, the office management, and the lovely ladies who make us all feel beautiful . I am sure that all of the Lash Lounge salons provide exemplary services for their clients; however, I think the Lash Lounge on Carol Street in Fort Worth is exceptional. From the time that you walk in the door, you cannot help but to smile because you are so warmly greeted, the décor is so aesthetically pleasing---which puts any normal woman in a good mood ---and the cleanliness, the superb interpersonal skills of Michelle: the positive, quiet-spoken, sensitive lady who so patiently and sincerely cares about each client's needs, to the exquisite skills of the artists who provide these wonderful services to all of us who desire to enhance what Mother Nature gave us. This salon is managed so very well that it almost seems to run by itself---and this is a compliment to the manager of this salon: excellent training for conscientious, talented ladies, beautiful décor---from the fresh, lovely flowers to the beautiful jewelry, clothes, and accessories---to the exceptional lady who greets you as you enter: Michelle is amazing! Michelle consistently handles them with such delicacy and concern that even those petty bullies should be ashamed of themselves. The clientele in this Lash Lounge are so well cared for that it is always a pleasure to enter here. We only get a very few negative folks in this salon because of the excellent management, Michelle's interpersonal skills, and the talented and artistic ladies who create magic for their clients. I cannot find enough words to express my appreciation for the serene, positive, and friendly environment that I experience---and have experienced consistently for the last two years---at this salon. Any woman who wants to feel good about herself can do herself a favor by visiting this Carol Street, Fort Worth, Lash Lounge. I highly recommend it to all my friends because I can safely guarantee that they will be greeted warmly and treated like a VIP: any woman who would say otherwise must, necessarily, be one of those select few would-be bullies that I'm sure myself and 99.9% of the other regular clientele would love to have a word with. Eh, I wouldn't even give this place one star. I went here to get a fill due to being away from my normal lash place, and walked out still looking like I still needed a fill. They seriously COUNT the number of lashes used per eye. Never again. I'll be returning to my beloved Lash Boutique. I have had eyelash extensions for over a year now. Lash Lounge and Wink are very overpriced. I had to stop going to these places, and now go to a new individual in Keller on Main Street. Lash Lounge counts the number of lashes for a refill, then charges extra. My new place will give me a full lash refill, even if it takes 35-45 lashes, for around 50 bucks. At Lash Lounge, I was paying $55 for 20 lashes (then $1 per lash after the 20). read more

Amanda is amazing! I highly recommend her! She is super sweet and I am sad I will not be going back to see her! The manager Michelle, who is the receptionist is not so kind. I have witnessed her being short and rude to customers in the past and recently it happened to me. Unfortunately, the receptionist is the first and last person you see so you would hope to feel greeted and welcome and leave feeling the same. I would only use Amanda. The one time I used someone else my lashes fell out within a few days. The only thing different was a new technician. I spoke with Michelle, the manager and she said it was not their fault, lashes shed. I understand that but not the way mine had. Nothing was ever done on their side. I decided not to make a big deal about it and to only use Amanda in the future. Recently, Amanda was out of town so I chose to wait instead of paying for lashes I was unhappy with. When I called to make my appointment the manager/receptionist was not courteous or showing customer service skills in the least. She will cut you off mid-sentence, talk over you and essentially not listen or show care. It's the way you talk to people that can break a place. read more

Love, love, love this place! I've been to many different places to get my lashes done and none even come close to the quality you get at the Lash Lounge in Ft Worth. I've tried the discount deals from other lash places on Living Social and other coupon sites, and every time I am so mad at myself for going somewhere else. Every time I get a bad lash job somewhere else, the girls at the Lash Lounge always swoop in and save me by removing the terrible lashes I got elsewhere and putting on new ones that are perfect again. I have been going to The Lash Lounge in Fort Worth since shortly after they opened in 2008. I admit that I have "cheated on them" a few times to try other places that were a little cheaper or easier to get in with, but every time I'm sorry I did and always go back to The Lash Lounge. They are super busy for a reason -- because the are the best. I've used almost all of the stylists there and think they are all pretty equal in skill.
