I came in at 6:07pm on a Wednesday and the shop states they close at 7:30 M-F. The receptionist was very kind but the tech that was assigned to me was annoyed that I was sat. She wanted to leave... the entire service she was very short and not happy. I have a background in cosmetology and I have a hunch this tech isn't properly licensed or trained. She reused disposable gloves, she cut the edge of my toes... past the point of exposure of my bare nail bed, she didn't use the UV lamp properly and was over curing my toes, she also wanted to send me off with gel nail push on my foot. I visited Bellini Nail Bar for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. This was my first time here. I had dip on my nails and gel on my toes from a previous service, so they charged an additional soak-off fee--but I wasn't informed about that until checkout, which I wish had been communicated upfront. My manicure ended up being $50 and the pedicure $50 as well, totaling $100. The salon itself is nice and the customer service wasn't bad, but unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the results. I was distracted during the manicure and didn't realize how disappointed I was until I got to the car. The finish on my gel nails just doesn't look how I expected, it's bulky and I'm left with extra skin around my nails. I'm not sure if it was just an off day for the particular nail tech I had, but for the price, I don't feel like the quality matched. read more

Went to this new nail bar excited to have a new place to try. Well, the nail service itself was fine and the lady who did it was very nice, but another customer had two screaming children in the salon and the owner did nothing. He said he asked the nail tech to ask her to leave and she wouldn't. He then said he was concerned she would leave a bad review if he threw her out. I asked him about the 20 other customers in the salon and whether he cared about their experience and reviews. I will absolutely never go back to this establishment simply based on the principle that she should have been made to leave as this was a continuing disturbance, not a one time thing. read more

Cannot warn you enough to star away. A $60 service became $102 (after a 15% discount!) all because "the tech can charge you want they want". Ok. I got the same service 3 weeks prior with the same tech. When asking for clarification when paying, the brat at the counter kept interrupting, telling me I was wrong, and wouldn't pause to realize the math she was doing was incorrect and wouldn't listen to the tech telling her how to correct it. If a service is going to almost double, the customer has a right to be given a choice to choose the service or not, not be slammed at the register unexpectedly. The customer, while not always right, does have a right to be spoken to calmly and respectfully, not interrupted, told they are wrong, and instantly blamed - as if they have control over the process or had the chance to say no if no option is presented. There are many other nail's salons very close by that are straightforward about their pricing, are consistent, and who won't price gouge you for a service. Don't charge me for a cut down when it's part of a manicure. Had I not asked the new growth to be cut down, I would have been charged for the length. Or shape. Or for them being filed. It's ridiculous and poor business practice. I was ok paying the price if it would have been explained to be and I wouldn't have been verbally attacked by your front desk staff who had nothing to do with the appointment or services. I've been a consistent customer. I've recommended this place to many and brought you customers. I have NEVER come close to paying that for a fill, a repair of one nail and a basic French manicure. I didn't even pay that much with cat eye nail polish and designs. If you're looking for a reasonable salon, this isn't it. If you expect to be valued or respected as a customer, this isn't the place. And to the salon, I highly recommend making someone else the face of your salon and your customer service associate. You just lost multiple customers simply because of her and her piss poor attitude and inability to communicate. If you keep her, I'd suggest telling her to not sit there in front of customers telling them to wait because her 40 minute long personal phone call is more important than the experience your customer has, which impacts them recommending you and even deciding to come back themselves. I had such high hopes for this place. What a joke it turned into. This isn't a $102 service. No pedicure, nothing extra. $102 for a fill, one $7 nail repair, gel polish and a basic French. I went to get a deluxe pedicure and a deluxe manicure with dip. The pedicure was amazing. All the services that you should receive it the deluxe were included and the gentlemen did a great job. The nails, not so much. I left with 6 out of 10 fingers bleeding and the nail tech seemed careless and rushed. Even after I kindly told her to be careful after she hurt me pretty bad she continued to knick me and cut me with the drill and file. I didn't get all the treatments you're supposed to get with the deluxe but my fingers hurt so bad I just wanted to go and didn't say anything. The nails are uneven, too thick and not the best with shaping. I wouldn't go back for a manicure but I would for the pedicure. read more

This salon is beautiful but their customer service needs improvement. The person at the front desk never smiled while getting me checked in. There are no paint colors displayed in the check-in area. Once I was seated the nail tech was wearing a mask and I could barely understand anything she said. She asked me three times what color I wanted (it took three times for me to understand what she was saying), and I had to ask her to show me some samples. How am I supposed to answer that question without samples? Pink? Blue? Red? What does that even mean without samples? She went and got some sample charts and I chose the color. I was never shown a list of prices for my mani/pedi so it felt a lot like a mystery ride which ended up costing over $70, though I didn't feel I'd agreed to expensive add-ons. Beautiful TV screens installed, but they were not turned on. This is a convenient location for me but I doubt I'll go back. read more
