Just had my 2nd visit and it was just as good as the 1st. Zakiya has been my stylist for both visits and I am thrilled with the results. She did an excellent job on the threading, discussed some long term strategies on problem areas, and showed me some potential solutions. Based on her recommendations, I am trying out a new product that is available at the shop. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer questions. I had never visited a professional lash/brow service and they immediately made me feel at ease. The setting is welcoming and soothing. Times are easy to schedule. The shop is in an easy to reach shopping center with plenty of parking. I work around exposed to potentially hot Covid-19 areas as part of my job and am particular about safety. I'd like to say the shop has excellent hygiene procedures in place to protect everyone. All of this is nicely done to still create a welcoming and soothing environment. Masks are required for both staff and patrons. Gloves, masks, and sanitizer are available to use, especially if you forget your mask. The staff are always masked and gloved. Intake and checkout procedures are touchless. There are both physical and distance barriers to keep patrons safe and separated while services are being performed. I have never posted a yelp review in my life. However my eyelash Stylist Jamie deserves a standing ovation. She started by kindly telling me to throw out my waterproof mascara that was caked to the skin of my eyelid along my lash line. She then throughly cleansed my lashes - for a good 8 minutes - to ensure all residue was removed. Jamie was informative the entire time, suggesting different methods and products to keep my natural lashes healthy. Her installation of a classic full set was quick, relaxing, and looks absolutely gorgeous. She dicussed everything from lash length, style, and placement to ensure I received exactly the look I wanted. Her technique is different than other lash artist I have had in the past. She used the blow dryer CONSISTENTLY as she was installing instead of waiting until the very end. 10/10 would recommend !! read more

Bailey was the one who helped me, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. I have to brag on this business a little. Not only did they resolve an issue with a cranky, tired mother (I was up with a sick boy since 2 AM) but they were very kind and understanding. Now to the lashes. Although I had fallout afterwards (I attribute to my shed cycle or bc my tech was being trained), I would still go back. These lashes are the lightest and most comfortable lashes I have ever worn. They are very pretty and I didn't feel like I had any on. I have been to several different techs and wearing these were my favorite even with the fallout. I was planning on discussing that with my tech at the next appointment. I have had my lashes done for awhile, it wasn't until I met Destiny and she could tell that something definitely wasn't right with them. She helped me and made an appointment. It was a completely different experience then I've had in the past. The beds are so comfortable and they offer you a blanket, WHAT! So you are definitely relaxed. My stylist, Zakiya, is super sweet, she didn't just put my lashes on, she cared about the health of my real lashes. It was a great experience! Definitely will be recommending to everyone. read more

This place is amazing! I came into town to visit family and spent a pamper day with my sister in Kingwood. It was my first time getting lashes, and the staff were all super friendly, and made me feel really comfortable... not to mention, my lashes look beautiful!
