I came in for lash lift/tint and brow tint. I was the first appointment of the day. The technician was late. The brow tint was fine, but I had actually just done this myself, so didn't really need that. The lash lift was okay. Noticeable in the center of my eyes, but not at all away from center. That did make it look a little unnatural. My bottom lashes are there, but nearly clear in color. The top center lashes got good color, but there were only a few lashes in the center bottom that got tinted. Not worth the money or time. The lighting was dim. I was handed a mirror while still lying down, without my glasses in the dim light to assess the job. I was not at all assertive about it as I couldn't see and didn't know what to expect. Honestly, they should be their own quality control. They know better than anyone if they have done an acceptable job. I have since found another, much more affordable place that has done a great job. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got my eyebrows threaded here by a stylist named Kiara. She was very nice but she does NOT know how to thread eyebrows. My brows both looked untouched and also ruined. She took about 40 minutes from start to finish. I could feel the thread was not pulling any hair most of the time, and when she did pull up hair it felt like she was taking up clumps. Her threading method did not feel smooth at all but more of choppy motions. When she said she was done she had me take a look and I was frustrated to see that there was hair all around my eyebrows, the tails of my eyebrows were not clean and sharp, AND there was zero shape to my eyebrows. When I asked her to clean it up some more she obliged. When she finished for the second time she showed me the finished product I noticed that she had threaded off the tail of one of eyebrows. Instead of risking further damage to my brows I told her it was fine and paid.... $19 smh. Anyways I was very distraught so my mom recommended me to a threading place in parkway mall. I went there and the woman there was so surprised that I gotten my eyebrows done 30 mins before, she said it looked like I had gotten my eyebrows done days ago because of how much hair had grown around it. She was able to fix my eyebrows but she said I would just have to wait for the tail of my eyebrow to grow back. The place is really nice and the staff are nice but I would not trust them with your eyebrows. At least not Kiara, she needs a lot more practice. read more

I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to today - my volume lashes look great, but the girl that did them was constantly texting on her phone all throughout my appointment. Hopefully I don't get any type of eye infection as we all know phones are full of germs. So not only was it unprofessional, it was pretty unsanitary to say the least. read more

Getting my lash extensions done at the Lash Lounge has got to be one of the most exceptional experiences I've ever had. I was skeptical about getting my lash extensions due to peers not having good experiences at other lash stores in Huntsville, but being that when I entered the store there was such an inviting, clean and professional environment, I had faith in the process! Not only were the employees friendly, but my lash tech, Taylor, ensured that the length of my extensions was appropriate for my eyes, suitable for the look I was trying to achieve, and that I was comfortable with them... being that it was indeed, my first time. I find this minuet detail particularly fond because it really personalized my experience! Also, the owner discussed a few lashing accessories that would increase the longevity of my lashes in between fills, and explained to me that the health of my natural lashes won't be compromised if I take care of my extensions properly. I liked that she went over these details because I'm a college student and need my lashes to last especially in between breaks; so I made sure to get the products she mentioned. I find this detail but the owner was extremely accommodating and genuine given my circumstances. AND not to mention, the superb quality of the lashes as well! They looked like an enhanced version of my natural lashes! I know this is a long, and colorful review but I was so elated by my experience I had to share everything. This is truly the best lash experience in town and I highly recommend getting your lash extensions from the Lash Lounge. They offer eyebrow threading, but it is not done by a skilled threading professional. I am very vain about my brows and I was not happy with the work. Came here to get a lash lift. It was atrocious. The curl was way overdone - the lashes looked like backward Cs. I came back so they could "fix" it for me. Not only did they lie to me and tell me the lashes looked fine but they only discounted half of my original procedure when they messed up. They also had the same tech who messed up my lashes fix them, which to me was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. To "fix" it they gave me a half set of lash extensions and it looked so bad. The extensions were clumpy and the tech paid no attention to where/how she placed them (aka she made the ends as long as the inner corner all across my lashes, it looked gross). She also ripped out half of my bottom lashes with the glue on both eyes. Two weeks later and most of the extensions have fallen out (thank God) but my lashes are ruined. They are still so kinked and over curled. I can't wear mascara without it staining my eyelids and looked like a clumpy mess. Especially on the right eye. I will never let them touch my lashes again and I suggest you do the same. I wish I had never come here. read more
