"Feet" down - the best pedi I've ever had! (Sorry about the pun - just had to) I've been three times now. Pedis all three times and a buff only manicure once. Once seated in the extra large leather massage chair, you are given a menu with a long list of different spa pedicures. Chooses include various soaks, massages, hot towels, hot stones and paraffin. You can choose anywhere from a quick 20 minute pedi to a luxurious "Zen Spa" which is over an hour. The prices aren't cheap - the Zen is over $100 but rest assured, you do get what you pay for. Gel adds $20 to the base price. Finally, you choose your color polish from books of literally hundreds of colors. Upon selecting your pedi, your feet are immersed in a tub of hot water containing aromatherapy, salts and possibly even red wine depending on the pedi you choose. Your treatment begins with a foot scrub and then proceeds through whatever package you chose. Last visit, I had the red wine spa which was supposed to be 55 minutes of bliss but ended up being almost 20 minutes longer - no complaints here. At other salons, you never quite know what you're going to get - it's all dependent on WHO you get. Here they use timers and there is no cutting corners or skimming here or there with your treatment. I'm way too hard on my hands for regular manicures but my DIL gets them here often. She doesn't get gel so she needs to touch up her polish but her nails always look nice. You can make an appointment but I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and that was a Friday afternoon. There is a new nail salon 2 miles from my home but I'd rather drive 25 minutes to Primp and Posh and know that I will definitely have a relaxing experience. read more

Pros: you can schedule appointments online and the service is fast and friendly. Cons: quality. I have my nails done at 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. I did t the manicure with paraffin wax and hot towels, and did dip on my nails. By 10:00 that night, I had cracks in 4 of my nails. I had done nothing except watch a game and hold my baby. By Sunday, I had 2 more nails with cracks in them. By Monday, the dip was lifting off of my nails. For $80 I expect much better quality. read more

I went to Huntsville Alabama for the weekend and decided to get a pedicure while I was gone, my niece goes here to get her pedicure and nails done so I decided to give them a try. When I walked in I was greeted with how many I help you? It was crowded but happy they were able to take me. I have been in nail salons and they didn't have many people working, but I was very surprised at the number of workers. They had a computer where you signed in and choose the service you wanted. That was far better than signing in a note book. Back to the number of workers...they had about 8 people doing pedicures and about 10 doing nails...I was impressed. They presented me with a book to look at to choose the pedicure that I wanted...after looking at it I picked the mango one...can't remember the full name but they started off with soaking my feet for a little, then a nice leg massage....not sure what a they used but it was about 3 or 4 different creams they used. After that they went ahead and done my pedicure....afterwards she came back with two plastic bags of blue warm stuff which each foot was placed in one and wrapped with warm towels...felt so good. After leaving my feet in there for about 10 minutes it was removed, my feet got a good scrubbing. My toes were polished. The pedicure I picked it was $55 for regular polish and $85 for gel. I was going to get gel but two of my toenails were split and she recommended I get regular polished. Which may me feel she was concerned about my safety and not just making money. She did a great job and my feet felt good and looked good. When I'm back in Huntsville I'll visit again read more

Hello Primp & Posh Management, I was in on Tuesday afternoon, Aug 2nd, and had a Signature Spa pedicure. I happened to get a good look at my toes this morning, and am attaching the photo for your review. I don't know if the young lady who did my pedicure is new, but I can see that the polish was not consistently applied to the end of the nail. This is the case on my other foot as well. I should have identified this before I left the salon, and in the future, I will pay better attention. I don't have time this week/weekend to go get it fixed, but I would like to get in soon to have my toes repainted to fix the error. They were talking about other costumers in-front of me. It was so loud in there with everyone yelling and have food delivered that I couldn't relax. My nails looked decent when I left. I did have to ask them to skip cutting my cuticles because I didn't want to risk an injury. I got a regular manicure but I honestly didn't feel very welcome or taken care of because I didn't get gel or something fancy. The manicure lasted two days. I didn't even make it to my car before catching my nail on my keys and getting the polish smudged. The service here is priced high because many Madison residence have higher disposable income but as some one just above the poverty bracket, I can't afford it for a two day pay off. read more

This place is wonderful! They take COVID pretty seriously and request that you wash your hands after checking in. They also check your temperature as well. I treated myself to a zen pedicure, it's pricey, but Diana took her time with each step. The massage chair was great. I could actually feel the massage. My toes were perfectly polished. I got a gel manicure as well. Diana was amazing and was extremely detailed. For everything not including tip, I spent over $100. I think it's worthy it for the service and the specialized attention. They have multiple other packages that are less expensive but I had a treat myself day after Christmas. read more

Couldn't wait to get the pedicure over and done with! Terrible service, rude, came home with the skin around my toe nails painted. I had to tell the technician twice how I wanted my nails. He did not even look at me or responded. Then was very rough with the nail file, buffing and cutting my cuticles. The nail polish was old, sticky. There was a big bubble of nail polish in 3 nails and he was ready to just put top coat. I had to ask him to please correct it. So he removed it and did it again! Very unpleasant experience. First and last time. Did not feel welcomed or relaxed. Came out feeling bad. Paid $68 in cash and decided not to leave a tip. I Allways tip 20% I value people's work and effort. If you don't get a design then this is the place to go. I have been in twice to ask for a design on nail. They have failed every time. I asked for a sunflower that is not what I got. I started with Diana and she didn't know how to do it even though saying she could prior to me sitting down.so Maria step in. I told her it wasn't close to resembling a sunflower. Maria got smart saying she stepped away from a customer to do my design on nail. It is not my fault if your technicians can't do a design (teach them). They should have said they couldn't do design prior to me sitting down when first shown the picture. You don't get smart with the customer. This will be my last time here. Yes I know the example is 3D and the one I got was flat but the flower is not full of petals like a normal sunflower. read more

Absolutely trash service from beginning to end. I went in for a pedicure and received a leg massage with a polish change at best. The bottom of my feet still feel rough, even though I requested a heel treatment, that request was ignored obviously. No depth, no skill, just terrible do not recommend. Decided to give this place a try after reading the great reviews. The establishment is nice and clean and the massage chairs are great! My only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because i had called a few hours in advance to make an appointment for myself and sister for her wedding the following day. We arrived 5 mins ahead of our scheduled appointment time and still had to wait for about 20 mins to get seen. Which was okay cause they were busy but that was the exact reason why I called ahead. We weren't even sat next to each other. I was given my pedi first and she was getting her nails done. Then when she went for her pedicure, she was sat at the other end of the salon. Again, not a huge deal but we definitely were wanting to sit together since this was supposed to be special for us. I got us both the Lux pedicures and honestly the massage was pretty sub par. The up charges for everything definitely added up quickly. Over all, it's a nice salon and we are happy with our nails but there was just small things that made the experience a little less that what we had hoped for. I went in for a pedicure about a week and a half ago. I was happy with the service when I left. However, the nail polish started getting messed up quickly because they put on very thin layers of polish. Also, a few days later, 3 ingrowns that were not there before appeared. Two of them were very concerning even when they had just come up. Those two are now infected and I am going to have to have a consult with a doctor because it's so painful. I can't fix it myself and I'm not sure if this place doesn't clean their tools properly or what went wrong. All I know is this place caused me to have to consult a doctor to possibly get antibiotics for infections and ingrowns that they caused. I'm never ever coming back. I made a phone call the day before I wanted to come in and the person on the phone sounded so annoyed to be taking a call and was pretty rude. The woman sitting down by the door greeting people when I came in was not much different. I saw people in previous reviews rave about Lee so I made an appt with her for a full set but it was so uncomfortable. She didn't talk much and when she did it was very pushy like she was in a hurry. No cuticle care or prep just straight to it. I asked for round and got more of an almond shape and one of the nails actually ended up crooked. There was no after care of cleaning up acrylic from under the nails so they keep getting caught on my clothing and things. I will say for time and efficiency it was very nice being able to get a full set in an hour, but I don't find it worth it for feeling rushed in and out of there and having to feel like a burden. read more

Covid precautions were well taken care of, however, the service and pedicures my mom and I received were horrible. After exfoliating my legs til they were raw my technician barely touched the soles of my feet with callous remover. My moms technician cut her toe so badly she wouldn't stop bleeding for over 10 minutes, it's been over 6 weeks and she still hasn't healed. Her polish was all over her toes. it was okay. very nice aesthetically and clean, but all an $87 pedicure (before tip) really got me was some rose petals in the water and gel polish. when i get pedicures, which is usually once a month or every month and a half, i'm looking to spend a pretty penny on the service so i'm not complaining about the price or trying to cheap out or anything, but i just feel like i got a pretty basic service for what i paid. the nail tech didn't really do anything for my calluses and the leg massage was pretty weak and she just kept going over the same spot instead of rubbing my feet and the backs of my legs. not a bad place by any means, but i'm looking for a nice nail salon in huntsville and probably won't come back here. read more
