The wax was too hot and gave me a heat rash each time. While she did use a clean stick each time, she didn't apply any tension and pulled slowly. My leg hairs are not removed, they are all broken. Coming from Seattle, the mask policy, or lack of it here, was a bit confusing, but local regulations are very different in AL and businesses can only do so much. It has been over a month since then, and the discoloration and needle scars persist. I reached out to the owner for a full refund. He said they don't provide refunds but only store credit. Please tell me who, in their right mind, would want to go back to their medspa after what I have endured. Microneedling is supposed to make my face look better, not damage it. I have taken care of my skin, and they ruined it. The least they can do is own up to it and hold themselves accountable. Do not go to this spa!
