Scheduled my appointment online. Owner tried to move the time up earlier twice so the staff could leave earlier. I was okay with the first move, but the second ask seemed unprofessional. I ended up in the ER that day and was admitted for 1 week. I asked the owner if we could cancel due to the emergency and he said no and charged my card full price. Impersonal and unprofessional all around. I would never want someone like that working on my lashes. read more

First off if you sign up for a membership and decide it is not for you, they will continue to charge you the membership fee over and over again. They WILL NOT allow you to cancel, they will say this or that. It is not a CANCEL if you feel the services are not benefiting you. This place is a rip off. THE OWNER will not accommodate you. DO NOT GO HERE! IF YOU DO- DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP! I decided to try this a year ago. The lashes were not as advertised and certainly not worth the money you pay. A membership requires you to provide them with a credit card for auto-billing. Due to the membership being so expensive and the quality so poor I canceled. My credit card CONTINUES to be charged 6 months after I canceled this! I am having to cancel my card because I have no other options. I am extremely disappointed by the Lash Lounge in Mechanicsburg, PA. Due to the weather (snow and ice) I was unable to safely attend my appointments. Instead of caring for customer safety, I was charged for all appointments. I am canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. I am a loyal customer who stays with a business for years when I am treated properly (hair stylist, masseuse, nail tech, etc.) all long-term relationships. You have not only lost a long-term customer, but a customer who would have normally referred other customers their way. That will not be happening now that I know that profits are more important than safety. Extremely disappointed. read more

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they'll keep your credit card in file and just charge it. Was unable to make an appointment for truly unforeseen circumstances and they were made aware first thing in the morning, my card was charged for the missed appointment before they even replied. The place in the mall for 12$ does a much better job (actual threading and not using some plastic thing where they keep pinching your skin) for 1/3 of the price. read more

I have been wanting to try this place out for a while so I booked an apt. for an eyebrow-threading service: the facility is sophisticated and clean but the service and customer service experience, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired. The brows look just OK ....the customer service was just ...OK; given that the cost of this service is several dollars more than other eyebrow threading shops, I expected a lot more. read more

I don't recommend going to Lash Lounge. The change in management has created a lack of customer service. I'd recommend going to Legion Hair Studio for your lashes and brows. They have great customer service, the technician and product are high quality, and lastly, they have a great vibe! read more

not good at all. everyone there is being trained still and they are literally learning on you. it takes them forever to put them on because they aren't skilled yet, and I've tried them 3x now and each time I left looking the exact same as when I got there. Calling it quits for good. read more

This place is perfectly placed on the busy Pike. They have a nice parking lot in a small business strip mall. You can see it easily from the road. They are cleanly and adhering to social distancing standards. I never once felt uncomfortable. I saw Michelle for a lash lift and color. She is still in the beginning of her career, but it did not once feel like that. She has a gentle touch and verbalizes everything she is doing. She was professional and sanitary. I would recommend her to anyone. At the moment, they are doing only electronic payments as to help keep everyone safe. They had sanitizer available for clients as well. The lash experiences I had over the 2 years were great, longer, fuller and beautiful. The problems lie in the membership billing: continuous overcharges to my credit card so I needed to constantly correct with the staff at the desk and sometimes with the manager who was not on the premises; AND recent appointments were continually being transferred to another unknown stylist at rescheduled times. For these reasons, I am sorry to say, I took my business elsewhere. It was such a hassle. Wishing the new management good luck! read more

I booked an appointment here before going on vacation, The staff was friendly and the place was clean, my technician was very nice . I left and my lashes looked okay, but nothing extravagant. HOWEVER I woke up the next morning and I BARELY HAD ANY left. After crying and probably ruining what little lashes I had left, I called lash lounge and the lady said I could come back and get a fill But we were leaving for vacation THAT DAY. So instead I piled on mascara for the weekend. she said I could come back another time to try them out again, for free. Fast forward to almost a year later, I'm getting married soon and thought I'd like to try getting my lashes done a few times beforehand and thought of my "free" lashes. YEA RIGHT. I called and now there is no "note" in my file saying any of this. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I loved my lashes when i first got them. But now even 2 MONTHS LATER i am in physical pain. My tear duct was not covered properly and now I have a serious infection in my tear duct. My eye is 99.9% swollen shut and the left side of my face as well. I can barely see out of my eye & am in pain 24/7 from all of it. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The lounge is truly luxurious and comfy. Staff at the front desk is polite (different from friendly). My technician was really sweet and was friendly. He took time to explain my options and the process. I laid back and took a nap. A little over an hour later I woke up and...... Oh hell no my eyelashes look exactly the same as when I walked in. That wouldn't have been a problem if I had long healthy lashes. But my natural lashes are short, thin and sparse. In all fairness I did ask for classic lashes. However if my technician took the time to examine my lashes he might've suggested I kick it up a notch and get volume as well. Like I said in the beginning I wanted to like this place. I recently moved to the area from NY so wanted a place close to home. Unfortunately this was not it so I ended up taking the drive back to NY 2 days later to het them done. read more

Had a terrible experience here. I made an appt on a certain day because I needed my lashes done THAT day. When I got there, I was told because I've had an allergic reaction to lashes ONCE in the 7 years I've been getting lashes, that they refused to do them for me. They told me they could do a patch test and I can come back but they didn't have any appts for me to come back so it made no sense. I signed a liability waiver so there's no reason they shouldn't have been able to do them. They need to let people know this before appts or else they'll be stuck in my situation having to find somewhere else last minute to get an appt somewhere else which is not easy for lashes. They reached out to me so many times before my appt to make sure I knew they'd charge me if I missed my appt but didn't think to mention that they won't fulfill what I made an appt for if they don't want to. Shows they don't care about their clients and just want money. I will never be returning. read more
